Bring your flashlight and star gazing equipment. It will be awesome. This is Florida in the Natural, with all the comforts of home. Small dogs are welcome.

The property backs up to a channel leading to the Withlacoochee River. There is a covered dock for fishing.

Swimming is NOT allowed. “Swim at Your Own Risk”.

Outdoor activities nearby are Rainbow Springs, boating, tubing, antique shops in a quaint town.

We are about 9 miles from the Rainbow river access point (Hwy 484 and the river). You can rent Tubes or Kayaks at Aquatic Wilderness Adventures or the KP Hole, County park.

The State Park is just North of the KP Hole county park. You can rent kayaks or tubes at the KP Hole as well.

Right on the river is Swampy's Bar and Grill. A great place to eat and relax.

The KP Hole offers the same rental and pick-up services.

The Rainbow River State Park is just a mile or so North of the KP Hole.

La Fish Camp is on a wide canal about 200 yards from the Withlacoochee River.

Across from the channel is a large Cypress Swamp, wildlife, Bald Eagles, A family of wild turkeys, etc are plentiful. This is Florida in the wild

You CAN swim with the Manatees in Crystal River.

We are 40-45 minuets from Crystal River. We have had a number of guest that came to swim with the manatees.

They have multiple locations in central Florida.

Pet Policy:
1. The dog(s) must be well behaved, TRAINED, Not puppies.
2. Maximum of two small dogs or one medium sized dog {Max 70 pounds}
3. Pet Must REMAIN on a leash while outside - Must pick up your Dogs Poop. :>)
4. If left alone, the pet(s) MUST be in a Kennel.
5. A Verified service pet is always welcome.

The yard is fenced but NOT to contain your dog.

LONGER STAYS:
For stays over two weeks we offer and require a mid term cleaning. Every 14 days we will, at our expense, perform a general housecleaning of the property. We will schedule this with our guest prior to our mid term cleaning.
