Great place to stay!

We decided last minute to get away for the weekend and were lucky to find this condo. It is on the golf course, very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is a 20-25 minute drive to Wenatchee and only 5 minutes to a great milkshake at the 59er diner! The owner, Vipen, was very quick to respond when we had a question and great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for this trip

This rental was easy to find, very close to both Brown's Family Homestead and Lake Wenatchee State Park where we had events over the weekend. Leavenworth was a beautiful drive away, just over 25 mins. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Manager was welcoming and answered questions quickly. Lots of table and counter space for the Wedding cake we needed to decorate and assemble. Fit our needs perfectly.

Lake Convenience

Overall this was a fine place for our accommodations during our 3-day visit. Comfortable and clean. Only small downside was the kitchen had only salt and pepper for seasoning, number of plates was a bit limited, fry pans very old and no storage containers for leftovers. If you eat in a lot like we do this was a bit of a negative and the reason for our one 4 rating.

Comfortable condo, close to lake

Comfortable, well-equipped condo. We loved the location close to Lake Wenatchee state park, lots of trees, and plenty of room to get out and walk through the complex, if you're not a cross-country skier/snowshoe-er. The property owner was great about talking with me directly when I was concerned about lack of 4WD (we were lucky to go when it was clear, and no problem for our Prius). The restaurant is very near this condo, and we had excellent meals as takeout. Large master bedroom, and deep, jetted tub in the adjoining bathroom; nice to have a 2nd bathroom too, and washer/dryer in the unit. Overall, a great stay. We'd be happy to return.

Wonderful location, good bones, but supplies and cleanliness a bit short

Had a great weekend here to enjoy sledding and cross country skiing at Wenatchee SP and Nason Ridge. Location is fantastic, check in easy, and it’s a nice condo. Great stock of toys and games for kids, including sleds. But we all noticed that the sheets were stale and a few of us seem to have eye issues now. Propane, paper towels and dish washer detergent were at Empty. Owner / manager should take a bit more care about that, and when they do, it’ll be perfect. No regrets, though, the skiing was glorious. Thanks!

We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday with his daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters — it was the perfect spot!! Plenty of room, nicely appointed, very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with property owner as well.

Great apartment! Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was clean and nice. The kids enjoyed the board games provided and the selection of DVD’s. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. The only issue is the hot water. I don’t know if the hot water heater is going bad or if it’s just too small, but we couldn’t even get 2 showers in before the water ran ice cold.

We had a nice time at this Condo near Lake Wenatchee. It was comfortable and the surrounding area was beautiful. We had lots of fun paddle boarding on Lake Wenatchee and visiting Leavenworth. It would be fun to come back in the winter and cross country on the groomed trails!

Owner was great, but we had to leave early

We arrived late at night at the beginning of a heat wave. The condo was warm and was not cooling so we immediately notified the owner and he got back to us the next day. He tried to help but could not get anyone out to fix the AC while we were there. We spent two nights there but checked out a day early - the owner was helpful and in contact to make sure we were refunded for our last night. Other than that, the condo was in a nice location and if it hadn't been a heatwave it would have been a great base for hiking. There was some wear and tear on the condo (bent blinds, nicked furniture) but beds were comfortable and it was clean and quiet.

Relaxing

My friend and I decided to take a trip for Mother’s Day weekend. We arrived pretty late due to work. As we arrived it was a little confusing to find the correct parking but eventually found it. As we entered, the condo was in good condition. Bedrooms were tidy, bathrooms were clean. The stay overall was great, very quiet and calm. Their were toys which our children enjoyed playing with, as well as a variety of dvd selections for them. The only downfall about the condo was it was missing basic essentials like salt and pepper, paper towels, and oil. Some of the cups were still dirty from the previous people. I will definitely be staying here again if need be.

Hi Claribel, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and the many extras the owner keeps for guests. Every owner makes their own choices on the type and quantity of supplies they include for each reservation, and typically guests are expected to purchase whatever else they might need. Salt, pepper, and oil can go stale easily, so the owner has decided not to stock them, but they do provide paper towels. They were surprised to hear about the cups, but have followed up with their cleaner. Thank you for telling us about your stay!
