The condo location is excellent. The condo is clean and well stocked. The unit is exactly as described. Check in and check out were very easy. We encountered no problems. This is a very nice condo and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

The condo was clean. We really enjoyed the square couch and the twin bed in the living room. We used the pool and the tennis court alot. The covered parking spot was great to have in the hot weather.

Great place!

We enjoyed staying at a place walking distance to town. This is a large and very clean 2 bedroom condo with a pool and hot tub just steps outside the back patio. Owners responded right away when I had questions. Looking forward to coming back!

This was a lovely, clean condo with every amenity imaginable. It was extremely comfortable in a conveniently easy location to walk to town. The only thing I would make known is that the airconditioning/heating units for the 4 condos in the complex are right outside/between both the main and second bedroom windows. They are very noisy, so having a window open at night is not really possible. Even with the window closed they were quite noisy. We did not use heating/airconditioning but the other apartments obviously did.

Kaspar and Nancy Donier are famous in the Seattle area for their restaurant and catering business - Kaspar's. They have enjoyed success as property owners and well-known restaurateurs but their real passion lies with family and spending time together. This property was bought as a safe haven away from the hustle and bustle of the restaurant business. Their two daughters love Leavenworth - with one at college in Colorado and the other still in highschool they use their Leavenworth shelter as often as possible. Whenever they can't find the time to enjoy a weekend away they want others to enjoy this space that is very important to the family.

Six minutes away on foot from downtown Leavenworth this property is ideal for any family, outdoorsmen, or village adventurers with all the fixings for a family to prepare a gourmet feast for guests.

You will not be disturbed by the crowded downtown accommodations of Leavenworth but rather be greeted by a quiet community that belongs to time-share owners and full time residents. The location can not be raved about enough as it is also the perfect destination for any golfers in Leavenworth. The Leavenworth Golf Club is within walking distance and you can even spectate from the pool in the Summertime.

The amenities at this patio level condo are superb with many breathtaking sites to boast for visitors including – views of the pool, backyard pond, immaculate mountains, greens of the golf course, and rolling foothills of the N. Cascades. There are more than enough activities to occupy a family or traveling group after spending a tiring afternoon in the downtown area of Leavenworth. There is the golf course, the catch and release fishing pond (directly in the backyard – with polls to borrow from the concierge), two well-maintained resort style pools with ostrich lounge chairs and towels provided, 3 hot tubs, tennis court, recreation clubhouse, exercise facility and basketball court.
