Fabuloso apartamento en Clube Alvor Ria (mejor complejo y ubicación privilegiada en Alvor)

Clube Alvor Ria es un complejo superior junto al puerto en el pueblo pesquero de Alvor.

La ubicación del complejo es excelente, agregaría, inmejorable en Alvor, que ofrece vistas increíbles y en el pueblo. Estarás a 2 minutos a pie de un pequeño supermercado abierto hasta la medianoche y también a 5 minutos del mar. El apartamento es 203 (primer piso) en el Bloque A, el mejor, porque tiene una vista abierta al mar y al estuario de Ria.

El apartamento está en muy buen estado de conservación, con muebles nuevos y recientes de alto nivel. Aún así, tiene un toque personal, haciéndolo más familiar para nuestros Huéspedes, con todas las comodidades esperadas. También hay 2 baños (social y suite), para dar más privacidad y comodidad.

Dormitorio: espacioso, con 2 camas individuales que se pueden unir en una cama doble, con 2 mesitas de noche, una cómoda con espejo y un armario empotrado con cajones. También está equipado con plancha, tabla y tendedero.

Sala de estar: sofá de 3 plazas que puede convertirse en un sofá cama de 2 pax. También hay 1 sofá de un asiento. El comedor tiene una mesa con 4 sillas.

Cocina: totalmente equipada con todas las máquinas adecuadas, que incluyen vitrocerámica, horno, frigorífico / congelador, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, lavavajillas y lavadora. Todas estas máquinas están muy bien cuidadas. También tiene una caja de primeros auxilios, un extintor de incendios y una manta contra incendios.

Balcón: con una silla de descanso y una mesa de madera + 4 sillas de madera, donde puede comer o relajarse al sol. Las vistas son impresionantes.

Tiene acceso WiFi dedicado (límite de datos de hasta 6,5 GB) y alternativa proporcionada por una red pública.

También tiene aire acondicionado individual tanto en el dormitorio como en la sala de estar, lo que le permite personalizar en cada momento su propia definición de "comodidad".

El apartamento tiene licencia para alquiler como "Alojamento Local", ya que ha sido inspeccionado por las autoridades locales y cumple con todos los requisitos de seguridad.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden freundlich von Cesarina empfangen und der Check-In war gut. Der Blick vom Balkon war traumhaft schön. Lokale und Geschäfte waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man konnte ausgiebige Spaziergänge in der schönen Natur machen. Wir haben auch schon wieder gebucht.

We enjoyed our stay and delighted to return to Clube Alvor Ria. The complex is ideally located within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and bars, the boardwalk and beach. The noise from the ongoing construction nearby was intrusive but didn't spoil our holiday. The apartment is well equipped. Great sunsets seen from the balcony.

Fantasic accomadation

Really practical apt with all the neccessary requirements for a family of four. Location is the best in alvor. Sofa bed very comfortable. Even with the building going on adjacent to the property it did not spoil our stay. Very good communication with the owner.

Another winter stay in the best location in Alvor.

Clube Alvor Ria is an older but perfectly situated location to make the best of all the facilities in Alvor. Our unit, 3rd year in a row, is always clean and comfortable, rain or shine, and Lord knows we had tons of rain this year. Thanks again Joao & Cesarina. We will see you again next year. Karen & Paul.

Wonderful Alvor.

First the negatives. This property is in need of a freshen up as it is starting to look a little tired in places. I understand that is about 30 years old so I guess that is to be expected. However it did not detract from our enjoyment of the place. What did detract was that this property was right next door to a major new development being built with a piling rig drilling caissons 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. Most disturbing. This development won’t likely be completed until late 2026 from the look of it. Now the positives. Our Host João was very helpful. We did have a problem of our own making and he helped us sort it out quickly. The unit has a lovely view to the Southwest with wonderful sunsets. The view to the south will be affected by the new condo being built (it is not in the way of the primary view here.)What sets this building and condo apart from others in Alvor and the Algarve in general is its location. Alvor is a smaller town with a genuine feel to it. It does not have the concrete towers all about that some of the larger towns nearby have. This unit is as close to the sea and extensive boardwalks as you can get. The Alvor Sunday market is literally a few steps away and restaurants galore are just minutes from the front door. So in spite of the negative remarks at the beginning of this review we would return to Alvor and this condo without hesitation. 4 out of 5 stars only because of the noise from the new development.

January stay in Alvor

Having stayed in Alvor many times this was our first visit to Clube Alvor Ria - great location near the harbour and the town. The first floor 1 bedroom apartment was ideal for a couple, very tidy and well equipped, with great views from the balcony. Would be happy to go back. One minor point for the future - a new apartment complex is being built right in front of Clube Alvor Ria which may slightly spoil the views.

Excellent property with amazing views

Just returned after a lovely 4 week stay at this property. The location was perfect & the property had all the amenities we needed. Photographs are accurate & in winter we had sun on balcony from about 10am until sunset. We cannot use heating provided by aircon units due to health problems & owner provided portable heaters for living room & bedroom. These were great & we didn't have to use the one in the bedroom as it was warm enough.There is noisy building work on adjacent site where they are building new apartments but this didn't impact on our enjoyment as we were out most of the day & just ignored it when we were in the apartment or on the balcony.We hope we can stay here again in the future.

Lovely location

Perfect location for Alvor town, boardwalk, harbour and beaches. Sunny balcony with lovely views. Great communication with Joao who responded quickly to questions. Would recommend.

Lovely apartment in excellent location

We stayed in this well equipped apartment for 12 days and had a wonderful holiday. The balcony was the perfect place to eat breakfast in the morning and to watch the sunsets in the evening. We also enjoyed the pool which was big enough for a nice swim and the sun loungers provided for relaxing in the sun. Couldn’t fault the central location which was in easy reach of restaurants, shops, beach and boardwalk. The only negative for us was the beds and pillows which we found to be very hard.

Amazing views

Lovely spacious apt with breath-taking views, it was fantastic having two bathrooms. Very well equipped with every possible appliance, we loved the juicer. The bedroom is great for getting ready in, lovely furniture plenty of hangars and great blackout curtains. We loved our stay and Joao was a fantastic host and easy to contact. Obrigada Joao

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick

Das Apartment liegt großartig, direkt im Ortskern, aber trotzdem sehr strandnah, besser kann man es in Alvor kaum treffen. Besonders gut hat uns der Blick auf Meer und Lagune von der eigenen Terrasse gefallen. Im Apartment findet sich alles, was man für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt braucht, alles sehr gepflegt und auch die Abwicklung verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Fabulous Holiday

Lovely first floor apartment. Nice balcony, two bathrooms, all very clean. Flexible check in which was really good as we had a very early flight. We’ve been to Alvor many many times and love the location of the Clube Alvor Ria apartments. Communication with Joao was excellent. He responds very quickly and was very helpful.

I have stayed at Clube Ria 4 times this is my first time in this apartment and I found this to be the better one... Two bathrooms with a shower in both was brilliant..I was staying with my mum and we both found the beds to be extremely comfortable.. the apartment is perfect and upon my return to alvor I wouldn't hesitate to book it again ... Alvor is one of my favourite places and Clube Ria is the place I will always book... I highly recommend anyone who wishes to find a place that is spot on... Thank you for making my holiday great by having an amazing apartment to stay in....ps the balcony was so good...great views of everything...we didn't watch TV once there was no need with views like that....

A great Alvor location, again.

This unit continues to be the best place to stay in Alvor. With easy access to the town (with restaurant selection options increasing every year while always retaining high quality); access to the beach and boardwalk. Even better with the furnishing improvements the owner completed this year. Looking forward to returning next year for our 3rd lengthy stay.

We love to travel, mostly outside Portugal, but because my wife is an Azores native, we usually spend our summer there, in Pico Island, where nature is still so close to heaven. But we always keep our time in our long-term hidden-gem secret in Algarve, Clube Alvor Ria!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

While in continental Portugal, we simply love Alvor because it is such an unique and hidden gem among the almost crowded Algarve. Apart for the great conditions provided by the apartment and the complex itself, we are always vanished by the views and the location. Forget the car, park it in the garage and just walk: to the beach, to the pedestrian sidewalk along the ria, with its wooden bars, to the restaurants and mini-markets (hot bread until 10pm). We love our apartment.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The property is just five minutes walk from the wide and fabulous Alvor beach. If you prefer to stay in the complex, enjoy the pool while resting in our 4 long-chairs. If you love tennis, there is 2 public courts just opposite to the complex and you can access 5 golf courses on a 5/10 minutes car ride.
