Completely modernised, our luxury villa has beautiful views of the sea and overlooks the large heated swimming pool and stunning landscaped gardens. Probably the best location not only on this premier complex but in Playa Blanca itself. Nestled in the centre of the complex and situated opposite the harbour in central Playa Blanca the views over the Atlantic are stunning and the fishing boats can be enjoyed as they bob along the ocean. The gated private garden is south facing and is not overlooked. Large patio doors lead to the extensive terrace for alfresco dining and lazing on the sunbeds. Balmy evenings can be spent gazing across the softly lit pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. The villa consists of a spacious lounge furnished with comfortable leather settees. Independent fast WiFi. 42' flat screen TV with English channels, Sky Sports,TNT sports, box sets, Netflix, and music channels. CD stereo system. Cot and highchair included. A gem of a holiday to be right in the centre of Playa Blanca yet in a tranquil, tropical, quiet get away from it all location.Air conditioning is available in both main bedrooms and is included in the price.Please note there is an additional small fee for bookings with only 2 guests as this is one of the few larger villas on the complex and can accommodate up to 5 adults and one baby.

Loved our annual trip to Playa Blanca and Sunny Secret proved to be the perfect base. Casas Del Sol is immaculate and all staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Location is ideal to give easy access to all parts of PB. The villa itself ideally suited our family. Features that mattered to us and have encouraged repeat bookings include spacious south facing terrace, comfortable beds, excellent showers, well equipped kitchen with plentiful supply of matching crockery and glasses, spotless on arrival and this was maintained by twice weekly cleaning.

Lovely relaxing stay. The villa is a good size for a family of 4 or 5 and the large patio was a real bonus for eating Al fresco or sunbathing on the loungers. Plenty of space in the kitchen too for food storage which is so often lacking in rental properties and the use of a large fridge and dishwasher really helpful.The villa is only steps from the pool which was warm and clean but we were never disturbed by any noise. We loved that the complex was quiet and well maintained, staff were friendly and efficient and the whole vibe very relaxing.All in all a great stay - thank you!

An absolutely wonderful property in a fantastic location. Well equipped, spacious, super comfortable with air co, the garden truly delightful, with plenty of recliners & a large table. The urbanisation super, sensitively developed and very clean. Helpful & friendly staff. A truly wonderful pool. And just a very short walk east or west to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops & the sea. Wonderful hosts quickly & helpfully responding to every query. Simply cannot recommend highly enough. Quiet family friendly complex close to everything you need!

We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 4 (2 boys aged 8 and 11). Bungalow is well situated with sea and pool views. Air con in 2 main bedrooms and portable fans. Pool heated and kept immaculate. Short walk to nearby beaches - our favourite was playa flamingo with white sand and lots of fish to keep our boys happy for hours snorkelling and fishing. Spar 2 minutes walk away. Range of lovely restaurants along the promenade. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The villa is lovely and has the benefit of the outside space which we used a lot. I stayed with my three children two girls who shared a room with a on suite which worked well.The third bedroom and the bed is more suitable for a small child so my 20 year old son had to share a room with me as it was not comfortable for him at all. This didn’t affect our stay though. Lots of good equipment in the kitchen making meals easy to prepare and the complex facilities are great. Lovely pool and in a lovely location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great villa in great location

The property is in a great location on the complex with a view to the communal pool.The property had everything we needed with a lovely outside space for al fresco dining and enough space to relax on sunbeds.The property was well equipped and very clean and well maintained.The location is perfect with just a short stroll to the beaches shops bars and restaurants we will definitely be coming back.

The property was first class, everything you could possibly need. Close to all the amenities, pool within 50 metres, and the best patio with loungers to lay out in the sun. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit here again.

Perfect terrace for very relaxing break

We loved the location of the property, an easy walk to shops, restaurants supermarkets. The terrace with view of the very clean and quiet pool, view of the sea and shade when we needed it, was perfect for us to spend a lot of time relaxing there. Wonderful Villa

Sunny Secret is definitely a special place!! We could tell this as soon as we arrived, villa was well equipped, spacious, a real home from home, very well located next to pool, very quiet, just what we were looking for. A fantastic villa with a large, south facing terrace in a brilliant location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Secret. It is a short walk to the promenade and local beaches. Playa Blanca is a great resort and this villa is close enough to be able to enjoy the facilities but far enough away to be lovely and quiet. An excellent shared pool (solar heated) and a very well kept villa and complex. We really appreciated the sunny terrace with sun loungers, the well maintained gardens full of flowering shrubs & beautiful palm trees. Highly recommended!

Hidden gem in Playa Blanca

We had a great week with our 9yr old twin boys at this lovely apartment in Playa Blanca. From the moment we booked until after we arrived home the owner was in contact to ensure that everything was ok and we had what we needed. The apartment is on a complex in a great central location meaning you don't need to have a car and can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and water park. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay ( and more). We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Julie!

Great villa in perfect location

Lovely villa in a beautiful complex with a great pool (more suited to adults as restrictions for kids with inflatables etc). Easy walk to excellent seafront restaurants and bars, with slightly longer walks along the promenade to the marina or flamingo beach. Visit the national park and take the coach around the lunar landscape. The caves at Cueva de las Verdes are a must, but you need to be reasonably mobile. Avoid the tourist trap of Jameos del Agua. Puerto Calero is lovely for reasonably priced meals in a marina setting with fishing, boat and submarine trips available. We had an eventful week in Lanzarote and Sunny Secret is the perfect base!

I have retired as a Staff Nurse, and my husband is a practising GP. We all love the outdoor life playing tennis, golf and hockey. Our sons Sean and Alex are working in business and Sophie our daughter works for Beat the eating disorder charity. We also have Cara our beautiful Golden Retriever. We have been visiting Lanzarote for the last 30 years and love the all year round climate. We particularly love Playa Blanca for its wonderful beaches and upmarket feel. The standard of cuisine is excellent, we really enjoy visiting the various restaurants and eating outside on balmy evenings.

Why they chose this property

We immediately fell in love with our villa because of it's location and our beautiful patio and garden area affords us stunning views of the pool and sea whilst sat relaxing. We adore watching the boats bobbing along and watching the ferry come in. There is a sense of well being and happiness radiating from the wonderful atmosphere created by the sense of openness, watching the skies as the day turns to night, whilst listening to the gentle rustle of the palm trees.
The tropical gardens are a delight and the complex is impeccably kept. We love swimming in the fantastic pool because its huge and never too busy. We also use the tennis courts every day. We amble along the promenade for our evening meal, a glass of wine and no worries about getting home. A perfect get away from it all.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location that's the saying and it applies not only to our position on the complex but for the resort as well. We bought the villa when it was very dated and I really enjoyed the total renovation including new kitchen, bathroom and complete colour co-ordinated refurbishment. It feels very bright and homely. The villa is slightly raised and we have total privacy as we are not overlooked in any way. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and we really feel that it is home from home. We originally bought the villa for our personal use but as we were tied to school holidays we successfully rented our much loved villa and our guests keep on coming back!
