Villa Banus is next to the fabulous beaches of Puerto Banus. It has its own private pool and there is an excellent barbecue and bar area set within a timber decking area. All the restaurants and nightlife of Puerto Banus are about a 10 minute walk along the beachfront with many more restaurants and beach bars nearby.

Aldi and other local grocery shops are about a short walk away. El Corte Inglis, department store and shopping area is about a 15 minute walk.

Along the beach next to the villa is a lovely promenade to walk along, one way going to Marbella , about 40 minutes walking, the other going to Puerto Banus passing by some fabulous restaurants and shops.

We have blackout shutters on the main bedrooms for a good nights sleep. A jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom for some luxury lazy bubble baths. Parking for three cars inside the compound.

Amazing property, great location as it is walking distance from Puerto banus, the beach and shops. Really easy contact with the host’s representative who came and saw us on the first day and was then there to answer any questions via WhatsApp. We stayed for 7 nights and would 100% book this property again if we were to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Perfect location, beautiful house. The contact with the owner Tony was great and also the local contact Margaret is there for you 24/7. Perfect.

Great family villa!

Excellent location (close to beach, private and 15 mins to Puerto Banus), well equipped, clean generally, perfect outdoor living, ideal place for a family holiday of 8. Great pool for kids and bar b q area. The only negatives are that we felt it was tired decoratively and not immaculately clean in drawers and cupboards. Tony and Margaret were very helpful and responsive. They made the process easy and we would happily come back. Just a personal observation from a family that eats late, there was no lighting outside around the dining table. Overall a great family holiday and thank you for our stay.

We stayed here for 7 nights in August. The villa is perfectly suited to large families/group's. We travelled with 2 adults, 2 children and 3 teenagers. Plenty space for everyone inside and out and the villa is well equipped for all your needs. Beds are really comfortable and air con/fans in every room. Margaret was amazing throughout the week and was on hand for any queries we had and really made us feel welcome, going to extra lengths to sort out a last minute travel cot. There is building work nearby which didn’t affect us in the slightest as the noise was minimal. Wouldn’t hesitate in booking again, the location is perfect with the beach minutes away, Aldi is a 10 minute walk away and within 10-15 minutes walking you are in the centre of the bars/restaurants. The only thing I’d recommend is having the outdoor dining table looked at as it’s definitely in need of a bit tlc and there isn’t any other dining area where we could all sit together. Thanks for having us, I’m sure we’ll be back again in the future.

A Great Place to unwind

This villa is a great place to stay when visiting Puerto Banus or Marbella as both are easily accessible by foot or public transport. Communication with the Owner is very good and Margaret the Housekeeper is very helpful and always available via WhatsApp. The Villa itself is good, with Two large ensuite rooms(with air conditioning) and two small doubles (best for kids only), which have fans in them, there is also another full bathroom There is a well appointed kitchen, with everything you need for your stay, including dishwasher. washing machine and fridge freezer.The pool area is a fantastic suntrap and is in the sun all day, perfect for relaxing.The only downside is that some areas would benefit from a bit of an update, with the deck area and sunloungers needing some attention. One final note- there is a new villa being built directly behind the villa - while it didn't affect us as the noise was minimal, you may want to take this into consideration

Lovely villa, great location

We had a brilliant summer holiday at Tonys place. We stayed for 10 nights in the height of the summer holiday period, beginning Aug 2022. Communication with Tony from the start was great. The villa is perfectly located for all that you need on a summer holiday. The beach is just a short stroll down the street and is just beautiful. It didnt seem to get too busy and there are toilets a shower and little stalls to get snacks/drinks from as well as sunbeds/loungers/sunshades to book if you dont fancy. The walk into Puerto Banus is about 15 minutes, but its pleasant and there are a few restaurants and little snack shacks on the way to break it up if needs be. We were 2x grandparents, 2x parents and 3 kids 9, 6 and 3yo in a pushchair and it was just about ok to do most days, even in the heat. There is a big Aldi about 10 minute walk which has most things (thanks for the tip to take suitcases, great idea!). We didnt get a hire car and it was fine (although there is space to park if needed). The villa itself is great, the master bedroom and second bedroom have plenty of space, and are both ensuite. The third bedroom is a double, but only small (only access to one side of the bed), but perfect for what we needed. The fourth bedroom is very small with just a set of bunk beds, but again our boys were fine in there for the duration of our stay. The communal sitting room/kitchen is great, and they have everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with the all the essentials and we didnt want for anything whilst there. The pool and outside is where the villa comes into its own, there is plenty of space and seating for all scenarios. The pool is a good size and probably isnt done justice from the pictures. There were beach towels provided and there are also lots of toys and games for kids and adults alike! And the golf putting areas are great way to keep all busy for hours! Overall a really lovely stay and we would be happy to reccomend to others. Also, thanks to Margaret who manages the property who was always available to answer any questions.

Lovely location

The location was great with just a few minutes walk to the beach as well as the long beach walk for morning walks. You need a car for groceries though. The villa was also great with comfy beds.

Perfect villa in fantastic location!

Really impressed with this villa just off the Golden Mile beach in Marbella. The owner Tony and the property manager Margaret were amazing very easy to deal with, instant responses and Margaret was available in Marbella to deal with any queries or issues. The private pool was impressive much bigger than we expected as photos can be misleading! The outside space was perfect for our children, they were delighted with the onsite mini pitch and putt along the side of the villa. We used the charcoal bbq a few times lovely outside dining area. Villa bedrooms were very comfortable, 4 bedrooms in total but we only used 3. Master bedroom en suite lots of storage, second bedroom had 2 petit double beds more than enough space also en suite. The third bedroom was a small double perfect for my teenage daughter. We used the 4th bedroom to store luggage etc but would be perfect for 2 children had bunkbeds. Also a separate shower room. Kitchen very well equipped plenty of everything, even had a smoothie blender and tassimo coffee machine which we used a lot. Aldi about 10 min walk also loved El Corte Ingles in Peurto Banus if you are a foodie its amazing! Peurto Banus about 15 min walk along the beach. Location is awesome, it literally is a 2 minute walk to the beach, the famous Golden Mile. Super promenade also for walking ideal for exercise. You can walk either way towards Puento Ramono towards Marbella Old Town or into Puerto Banus. Lots of beach cafes and restaurants along the way. I would definitely return, we really enjoyed our villa experience! Thanks Tony and Margaret!

Family holiday October 2019

The property is in a great location only a 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 min walk into the main bars and restaurants. The villa was great loved the pool and even better there is a putting area around the side of the villa which was an added bonus for us golfers to sharpen up on our putting.

Amazing Property & Location

Myself and 6 friends stayed in this villa June 2019 and it was everything we imagined and more. The property was clean, tidy and modern. The photos don't do the Villa justice and there have been improvements made since these photos were taken. Any communication from Tony leading up to our stay was replied to promptly. Margaret was on hand at anytime we needed her during our stay and was extremely attentive. The location of this Villa was perfect! Just a short 15 minute walk along the beach front to Puerto Banus and a 4 euro Uber ride. I would thoroughly recommend and would 100% return when visiting Marbella again! Thank you so much Tony and Margaret!

Lovely Villa, Amazing Location

We had an amazing week at Tony's villa celebrating my Nan's 80th Birthday. Margaret (the agent in Spain) was very helpful and always on hand if we needed her. The villa itself was lovely and clean when we arrived and was very well equipped, had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, bathrooms were modern and pool area had plenty of seating & sunbeds, more than enough room for us inside & out (6 adults) The location was perfect, with an Aldi supermarket just 5 minute walk away, Puerto Banus only a 10 minute walk along the beach where there were plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and Marbella old town only a 10 minute taxi journey away, which only cost around €10 each way. I would definitely recommend this villa to others and hope to return at some point in the future.

Fantastic villa and location!

Spent a week in this nice and perfectly situated villa. Minute walking distance to the beach, supermarket and Puerto Banus. Everything is in good shape and the pool is kept clean by pool man regularly. Since cooking is an interest in our family, it was especially great to find a very well equipped kitchen, we missed nothing! Margret is very nice and helpful if there are any questions or need for advice. Our highest recommendations for a stay in this Villa!
