This newly renovated apartment offers stunning views over Nice, the Baie des Anges, port and the old castle. The closest beach is approx a 10 minute walk while a 10 minute stroll takes you down to the port and in 20 minutes into the old town of Nice. Fantastic restaurants and evening entertainment are all within easy walking distance. Also close by, a 10 minute walk is a large supermarket or within a few minutes you will find a mini-market providing the basic essentials. A communal pool with separate kiddies pool is located within the grounds and the apartment also has a private parking space in the underground car park. The accommodation includes a balcony with dining table and chairs. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet.The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob. Linen and Towels are not included but can be provided as requested for €35/double bed. Check in times are flexible, and can be arranged 24/7 with a supplement for late arrivals: 1800-2200 €30, and 2200-0800 €50. A professional cleaning fee of €50 is automatically added to the stay. The property is only let to total non-smokers, and cannot accommodate pets.

The balcony and view was nothing short of amazing

Me and my wife stayed here 3 nights as a part of our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier. John was a great host from the moment we booked. He went out of his way to make sure we knew what we were getting, called to find out our interests and sent us information on things we would like to do. Can’t thank him enough. The location is perfect, walking distance to a supermarket if you’re traveling on a budget and also walking distance to the port and shops. I think our favorite place was the balcony though! Enjoying wine and meals with a view that can’t be beat. Hopefully we will be back again some day. Thanks so much John!

Best Location, Stunning View!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal for walking around Nice or enjoying day trips. The train station is a short walk or cheap Uber ride away, and the bus is literally outside the door! The neighborhood is quiet and John is an excellent host who has thought of everything. He is very communicative and truly wants you to have the best experience possible. He recommended a lunch spot for us in St Jean Cap de Ferrat that was perfection. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. It's a small apartment, very comfortable for two people. We were met by a lovely woman who showed us everything. The key fob system is a breeze. It's a very safe and lovely location. We really appreciated the bottles of wine in the refrigerator upon arrival. They were enjoyed on the beautiful balcony. Thank you John!

Un logement parfait, très bien équipé, pour notre séjour en février à Nice. Très bon contact avec Alexandra qui nous attendais pour nous présenter l'appartement. Très lumineux avec une très belle vue. Bien placé pour visiter à pied le centre de Nice avec l'énorme avantage d'avoir un parking sécurisé sur place. Un Carrefour et une boulangerie à 5mn à pied. Sur les points d'amélioration on aurait préféré des transats, ou chaises longue, sur le balcon qu'une très grande table inutile pour deux surtout en hiver. En revanche aucune table à l'intérieur pour diner, en hiver il fait trop froid pour diner sur le balcon.

A well-located property with stunning views.

The property has a large, sheltered balcony with far reaching views and is well located for the local supermarket and walking down to the port. Buses to Nice, Monaco and Cap Ferrat stop right outside.

Appartement pratique avec superbe vue à Nice

Appt loué pour un séjour d'une semaine avec deux adultes et deux petits enfants, idéal pour visiter Nice toute la journée car bien situé près du Port et des transports en communs. Magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la ville et la mer. L'appt est bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'appartement est super bien situé à mi_hauteur du Mont Boron à l'est de Nice. Avec une vue grandiose sur la Baie des Anges. L'intérieur de l'appartement est bien réfléchi et fonctionne bien. Assez spacieux pour deux personnes, certainement plus quand les températures dehors permettent d'ouvrir la baie vitrée, qui ouvre sur une terrasse avec la table à manger plus des chaises. Je recommande vivement cet appartement!

Lovely apartment and stunning views

Only stayed in this lovely apartment for one night but couldn't recommend it enough. The apartment was spotless, communal pool was lovely and the views of the sea, harbour and Nice were spectacular. Location is ideal, only a 10 minute walk to the closest supermarket and a 15 minute bus ride to Nice Centre. Communication with owner was brilliant - quick replies and flexible with check in times, we were even welcomed with a couple of bottles of wine! Would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Nice.

Perfect!

My daughter, 5-year old granddaughter and I stayed for a week and it was perfect! The apartment was well furnished, clean, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and we loved the beautiful pool! And then there was the view from the balcony... exquisite!! We could have easily just stayed and enjoyed the property. John was so helpful before we arrived... giving us information about getting around, grocery stores, beaches, the city, restaurants, things to do with my granddaughter, things to know about the apartment. It made it very easy. And we absolutely loved the location... 10 minutes walk to a wonderful grocery store, 10 minutes walk to the old port and two bus stops right in front. In one direction the bus went to the old port and old city (where we found Fenocchio's Gelato and made 4 visits and between us ate 30 scoops!) In the other direction we went to sandy beaches and lovely towns on the Mediterranean. Next time we hope to get to Monaco. Thank you John! We hope we are able to stay again!!

Super séjour - great stay

Vue magnifique du balcon sur la mer, la ville et les montagnes. Résidence sécurisée et calme et bien située pour visiter les environs. Appartement très bien équipé et propre. Communication avec le propriétaire très facile et rapide même si il n'est pas sur place.

Enjoyable stay in Nice

We spent four days at this property in Mount Boron, Nice.It`s situated within a short walk from Nice town centre, though it is a steady uphill pull on the way back. As a couple it met our needs perfectly; the kitchen space, shower room, fittings and sleeping accomm are of a good order and more than adequate for a couple. Security is good. The view over the bay is stunning. A bonus is that the owner John takes particular care to ensure all communications pre trip are clear, timely and transparent. We`d unhesitatingly recommend this apartment. Jack N

Gorgeous Views in Great Location

The views are to die for and we could not be happier that we selected to stay here versus in the heart of the city. Drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the balcony and watching the sun set over the city truly was one of the highlights of our trip. The bus stops are literally right outside the building and made getting around simple when we didn’t want to walk. The host was very accommodating, sent a list of recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely recommend!

We loved this apartment! The views were incredible!

It was great to spend every morning and late evening out on the balcony, enjoying the incredible views! While situated up on a hill, the walk to town was very doable and enabled us to enjoy the food and drink of the region. We caught the #100 bus right across the street to Monaco and spent several afternoons relaxing in the pool before heading out in the evening for dinner. John was an excellent and caring host, helping us with restaurant and transportation recommendations. We would definitely recommend this apartment to those visiting Nice!

Great Apartment-Fantastic Views -Perfect Position

This is our 5th stay and we have booked for next year. We love the views and the position with easy access by car (parking in the basement) bus or walking to the port and Nice centre. and round the coast to Villefrance, Cap Ferrat & Monaco. All dealings are easy and friendly. We travel a lot and this is the only place we return to each year.

Lovely Apartment - Stunning View - Perfect!

We had a fantastic week's stay and couldn't recommend the apartment highly enough. Within a short walk of the port and the Old Town and with a supermarket just up the road, the apartment is perfectly located. Public transport is a breeze with a bus stop just outside the apartments. John was an excellent host and provided lots of inside information to help us maximise our short break. The apartment facilities are excellent - everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and all in excellent working order - the bottles of wine chilling in the fridge were much appreciated! The pool and the sun terrace were spotlessly clean and quiet for most of the time we were there. But our favourite thing about the apartment? That view! Across the port and the city - simply stunning! We are already planning a return visit next year!
