Terracos de Benagil i den rolige, traditionelle fiskerby Benagil. Det er en moderne byhus indrettet af en indretningsarkitekt i et uspoleret sted i Algarve. Benagil er berømt for sine havet huler beneath klipper med fantastisk havudsigt. Villaen er et stenkast væk fra 2 gyldne sandstrande. Smukke klippetop vandreture. Golf entusiaster nyde mange kurser: Quinta do Gramacho og Vale da Pinta, plus Silves og Alvor er alle tæt på. For sjove kærlige familier er både vandskierne Slide & Splash og Aqualand også inden for en ti minutters kørsel. Benagil har 7 restauranter, der serverer lokalt fanget fisk og skaldyr, alt inden for gåafstand fra villaen. Carvoeiro er en 5 minutters kørsel væk med et væld af restauranter, gave butikker og barer for enhver smag. Portimao er Praia da Rocha strande er fantastisk, Vilamoura Marina er fantastisk til natteliv, sejlsport ture for at se delfiner kan tages fra Lagos, Alvor eller Vilamoura. Spise al fresco på vores terrasse i haven. Rækkehuset nyder solen fra solopgang til solnedgang.

Nice and quiet close to the beach

The house is very nice, spacious and well equipped. The condominium is very quiet and the pool is big for length swimming and was never busy while we stayed. The only downside there’s no groceries or supermarkets nearby, only a few restaurants in the village which you need to book in advance. We didn’t rent a car as plenty of Ubers and Bolts around. There’s big supermarket 8 mins drive away. Unfortunately, wifi was down our whole stay (9nights) due to a cable was accidentally cut and whole area was left without wifi for ages so that’s why gave less a star and because of no shops nearby. There’s amazing walks though the cliffs either side of the property and Smugglers beach is a gem close by

Está genial y es muy recomendable. Muy bien equipada la casa y muy amable la atención de la empresa que gestiona el alquiler. el único pero, es que entiendo que el `precio es demasiado elevado, al menos desde el punto de vista del mercado español. Está mas enfocado a un público británico.

awsum place, extremely comfortable

stayed in this unit for 6 weeks, used it as a abse camp tour Portugal. Benagyl beach is a zoo, thousands of people there on some days, best part was a latte in the cafes on the side cliffs and watching people try to kayak to the caves. The pool is beautiful clean and has washrooms in the area.The complex is very quiet so if your looking for a party zone forget it. Carvehero is about a 15 minute drive away, Smugglers beach is about 20 min walk along the cliffs away. The unit is well stocked for cooking, charcoal barbeque and the Beygil staff were excellant. A hint for North American travellers, if you have an Amazon Firestik, bring it or you have 3 english channels

Great holidays in Benagil!

We went there in June 2022 with our two daughters (age 6 + 3). Everyone had a real great time. The house was in the perfect location, with 2 beautiful beaches in easy walking distance, also with the kids and beach equipment. The pool was quite big and clean and our daughter learned swimming there. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We also walked the 7 valley trail, which we can recommend to everyone. We enjoyed our holidays and hope that we can come back one day :-)

Spacious comfortable townhouse in a speactalur location overlooking Benegil

A very relaxing stay in a very Spacious townhouse with a lovely roof terrace. All rooms are of a generous size, the house has a nice garden and the shared pool is well managed and a good length for swimming. Overall a very nice relaxing holiday

Great location and fantastic view

The way vacation should be. Great hot spots nearby, an amazing beach at the foot of the cliff, the Benagil Cave and the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail. Nice house, well equipped and absolutely clean. Very nice contact to the owner of the property and to the managers on site. My family and I felt very comfortable. We can highly recommend this place for a nice vacation. Wonderful greetings David

Peaceful retreat

Beautiful Villa in a very quiet fishing village with stunning sea views. We stayed for 10 nights at the end of August. House is clean, well equipt and comfortable. The house has ample bedding and towels which is excellent especially travelling with young children. Garden has 4 sun loungers and there's a table with chairs under a canopy to enjoy eating outdoors. On the roof terrace there are 4 more chairs and a small table. A small suggestion is for the furniture on the roof could do with being updated and it would have been useful to have a couple of chairs on the balcony from the second bedroom. However the house is extremely well managed and any query or request is dealt with immediately. We requested a few things during our stay ( more pool / beach towels , pillows, outdoor chairs) and these were promptly provided. Superb service, very impressed!! There are two beaches in walking distance , one of which is accessible by stairs and the other you access through a small cave (very stunning and great experience!) Pool is fantastic, warm and you can always get a lounger as other guests are respectful and don't leave towels on if they're not being used. We ate out a couple of times, casa de lamy had stunning sea views but our favourite was casa de pasto do mar which has stunning food and very reasonable prices. Overall a fantastic villa which I would recommend for families or anyone wishing for a quiet retreat. Thank you again for the excellent service and amazing family holiday.

Wonderful Month in Benagil!

My husband and I spent the month of February at this wonderful condo in Benagil. This was our first time being in Portugal, and after spending a few weeks exploring the “Algarve”, we were even happier with our choice of accommodation. Benagil is in a great central location with amazing coastal trails and 2 beautiful beaches right out the door. Three big grocery stores a short drive from here (Intermarche & Aldi were our favourites). The gorgeous beach town of Carvoeiro is nice and close as well, with lots of little shops and restaurants. You definitely need a car if you are staying right in Benagil, but there are a few restaurants you can walk to. We had 2 wonderful seafood meals at “Brisa do Mar” which is right around the corner, just a few steps away. The condo itself is fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very reasonably priced for everything it has to offer. We cooked most of our own meals and the appliances, cookware & utensils were great, and we certainly appreciated the few spices and other supplies they had available for us to use. So peaceful and quiet here during this time of year, it almost felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves. Thanks David & Mari for sharing your beautiful property with us. We absolutely loved it here and hope to make it back again someday!

Don't Miss this Algarve Property in Benagil in Autumn- Quiet & Serene in Sun

Benagil is so quiet and peaceful to relax in on the Algarve. Even in October it is remarkably warm. The cliff-top walks are breathtaking to view out across the ocean. I strongly recommend you add lote no. 11 to your autumn wish lists to visit.

Fabulous property in a fabulous location

Really enjoyed our recent stay here, the house is just as it appears in the photos and as described. It was a bonus to have housekeeping mid way through our stay too! It’s only metres away from two beautiful beaches - a boat tour of the caves is a must. Car hire is essential as the shops/supermarket is quite a distance away but this also allowed us to explore the surrounding area. We will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Lovely Townhouse, good location, highly recommended.

Very clean and well-equipped townhouse. The roof terrace is a great sun trap and has views of the sea. Good communal pool, never too busy. Walking distance to 2 attractive beaches, Carvalho and Benagil beaches. Great clifftop walks. We had good weather and really enjoyed our holiday, highly recommended.

Excellent property

Comfortable and well equipped property, close to Benagil village and the beach. Excellent pool private to owners. We do recommend a car as there are no local shops and main supermarket (Intermarche) is a few km away. Also a Spar shop at Roche Brava which is close by. Excellent restaurants within walking distance and all well priced. A trip to the caves from the beach is worthwhile and you can chose from a short trip of about 30 minutes or a longer one of about 1 hour 15 minutes that includes a swimming stop, subject to favourable weather. Tennis enthusiasts can play in the "meet and greet" sessions for club level players at Rocha Brava Village and these run for 6 days a week, excluding Saturdays. Golf is available close by at Vale Do Mihlo 9 hole course. Owner David is most helpful and will assist you in any way possible. Gordon R.

Being a keen golfer, I found my perfect Algarve townhouse villa in Benagil - the most beautiful cliff-top location.There are a number of testing championship golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive of my property. I enjoy a very active life both in the UK and Portugal. Affinity Agency opened in 1986.It services and support SME's and large plc groups. I fell in love with Portugal and it's Southern Atlantic coastline because of the wonderful all year round climate, culture, and the safe, secure infrastructure. I love how friendly the Portuguese are.

I discovered Benagil in January 2006 after a 2 year search to find a tranquil fishing village on the Algarve. I was looking for somewhere with safe bathing beaches, uncorrupted by development and with easy access to nearby golf courses. Terracos de Benagil is a small exclusive development with its own private swimming pool in a stunning location on the top of the famous Benagil cliffs surrounded by a conservation area perfect for walks and exploring. The beaches are a favourite of local people and families, as Benagil is a very unspoilt traditional fishing village with a small number of select, affordable restaurants serving superbly cooked freshly caught fish, Portuguese dishes and great wines. There is a warm, friendly welcome in the village to all visitors.

The views of the Atlantic, and the Algarve coastline that can be seen from the rooftop are breathtaking. A short walk will take you to either of the safe bathing beaches of Benagil or Carvalho. Properties in this select development are owned privately by fellow English or Portuguese professionals like myself who enjoy the tranquility, serenity and beauty of our surroundings. The house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard in a distinctly Mediterranean style by a talented interior designer, and is well maintained throughout the year. All equipment (including barbecue) is chosen to make your stay pleasurable. There is a good selection of games, books, TV, DVDs and CDs for your entertainment in the comfortable lounge or outside on the garden patio or the roof terrace.
David has left two full sets of Gents' golf clubs and a Ladies half-set for holidaymakers' enjoyment. Please replace all lost golf balls after playing. Bring your shoes,golf gloves and clothing to play.
