We had a lovely stay, host was very generous and kind to us as we missed our flight into Faro and had to catch a later plane. Area is lovely we went for some really nice walks, property is very convenient for restaurants and supermarkets, villa is very spacious, we didn’t use the kitchen that much as we ate out a lot but it is very well equipped. Ocean view from the roof top was also very nice.

Our stay at the villa was a really great experience, mark and Roger were really helpful with assisting with every inquiry we had. The villa is really in a great location in Carvoeiro with restaurants & shops just a walking distance away. And also really has a amazing view of the sea from the top

Wonderful time in Carvoeiro

We had a wonderful time in Carvoeiro, the house is stiuated very close to the boardwalk, and all the other coastal walks which are fabulous.We had good contact with Mark and Roger, and any issues we had Mark found a solution too.The roof terrace is absolutely beautiful,with the views and the sea air, we spent all our time outside,there are plenty of places to sit ,also downstairs on three patios,the kitchen is very complete,the sitting room very comfortable,and dining area is great, with big French Doors of Glass which make everything very light.Thanks once again Mark and Roger

Terrible experience

Villa was filthy dirty on arrival, no beds made up, bathroom and kitchen where unhygienic. Floors where sticky when u walked on them Meet and greet guy, turned up drunk! Villa smelt of sewage, had to leave all windows open. One day we had no water to the villa. Hot tub temperature did not work. Major roadworks outside the villa, so from 8am to 6pm, all we could hear was dump trucks and diggers...the noise was terrible, so had to leave the villa each morning. Terrible experience, i will be contacting the owner about getting a refund for the villa. Any help from you would be greatly appreciated

Ein schönes Haus, was in die Jahre gekommen ist. Gerade das Terrassen und Dachterrassenmobiliar sollte erneuert werden. Der Whirlpool hat auch seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Allerdings haben wir ihn sowieso nicht gebraucht, da die Lage traumhaft ist. Man ist schnell am Strand und auf dem Klippenweg. Im Bad mussten wir leider immer wieder Kakerlaken entfernen. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet.

Villa idéalement située à proximité des commerces, parfaite pour de belles promenades le long des falaises ou aller à la plage. Elle offre un toit-terrasse avec vue sur la mer ainsi que plusieurs espaces extérieurs autour de la maison, propices aux repas et aux moments conviviaux autour d’un apéritif.

Das Objekt hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und schnell. Bemerkung: An den Fenstern sollte - zumindest teilweise - ein Schutz vor Mücken installiert werden, die waren ziemlich lästig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la location.La maison est très bien située avec une magnifique vue mer depuis la terrasse. Très bien équipée, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Elle est proche de toutes les commodités et de tous les sites à visiter.La climatisation est disponible dans la pièce centrale mais moyennant 10 par jour.

Super schönes Haus. Tolle Umgebung und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Mark der Manager ist sehr daran interessiert das alles reibungslos abläuft. 5 Sterne für Mark.Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Auszeit genießen

Schönes Haus mit allem was man benötigt. Herrlicher Meerblick. Am besten war der Jacuzzi. Wir waren jeden Tag mindestens 30 Minuten drinnen (32 Grad). Super war auch der Kamin. Zum Wanderweg an den Klippen sind es gerade mal 3 Minuten. Zum Italiener 2 Minuten. Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Zum einkaufen sind wir zum Intermache am Ortseingang. Da gibt es auch Holz und Anzünder. Holz 10 Kg kosten 5 Euro. Vielen Dank auch an Roger und Mark. Waren für Rückfragen immer erreichbar. Alles wie beschrieben. Wir kommen wenn möglich nächstes Jahr wieder.

Tolles Haus

Der check in war super,netter Empfang,genaue Erklärung vom Haus. Das Haus liegt optimal,super nah am Meer und den vielen Restaurants u Geschäften,aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der whirlpool ist auch eine coole Sache,leider viel die Heizung die letzten beide Tage aus. Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. An der Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden,auch kleinere Reparaturen und Erneuerungen würden dem Haus gut tun. Ich kann das Haus mit 5 Sternen weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmals,für die schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus für perfekten Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub in Carvoeiro braucht, inklusive Blick aufs Meer von der Terasse aus. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, nicht zu nah am Zentrum, dennoch alles rasch fußläufig erreichbar. Hervorzuheben ist Roger, der Besitzer des Hauses, der praktisch immer etreichbar ist und Anfragen fast umgehend beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit erneut das Haus buchen@

Bon Séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, villa très bien placée. Carvoeiro est une ville avec énormement de restaurants/bars et magasins, la plage est superbe. Grande villa avec tout ce qu'il faut, Mark le manager est très gentil est à l'écoute. Le seul point négatif c'est la salle de bain, très mauvaise odeur d'égout très persistante tout au long de la semaine lumière qui marche pas + douche très difficile à regler le chaud et froid. Sinon le reste très bien.

Très bien placé avec une vue sur l'atlantique incroyable. Prêt d'une belle plage de l'algarve (moins d'un kilomètre). Prêt de Portimao. Accueil très sympatique.

Fantastic venue, fantastic views

The villa was way more than we expected and a great place to spend our holiday, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The rooftop sunbathing area was great with a lovely view of the sea and we even saw the dolphins swimming by one late afternoon. There was a BBQ for use that we didn't expect and spent many an evening sitting outdoors enjoying beautiful fresh food from the Intermarche (large supermarket approx 3km away). We did have an issue with the temperature of the hot tub but the manager's son came and looked at this for us. My mum has slight mobility issues and had trouble getting in and out of the shower and with the steep pathway into the property so that is something to be aware of for anyone who has any mobility problems. I have seen negative reviews on the site about the villa being damp and smelling of damp, I can imagine if the property is empty for any length of time or during winter months that there would a damp smell with the property as there was a slight smell when we arrived but being so close to the sea this is to be expected and was easily rectified by opening one or more of the wonderful patio doors that give light and a cooling breeze through when it is so hot. You have access to the numerous pools in the Alga Seco complex should you wish to use them with great views of the sea. Arcordeao bar is a nice friendly little bar, great for watching sports of llistening to music and does snacks. O Cantinho restaurant does great food and really friendly staff. Vale de Milho golf is a 20 minute walk away, nice little 9 hole course (a bit hilly), great food and bar run by English family who also run the tennis Clube de Carvoeiro. Great food, lovely setting and fabulous gins

Prima huis op goede locatie van alles. Moesten een week eerder naar huis ivm Corona. Dat was heel jammer. Je kan het daar eventueel ook voor langere tijd uithouden

Relaxing three weeks in January

The villa was quiet, comfortable. Excellent location. I enjoyed making a fire in the wood stove in the evening. Warmly welcomed on arrival.

I am Roger Benou from the UK but holiday in the Algarve where I have come annually for holidays for years. We have enjoyed it tremendously because of the weather, lovely people and relaxed way of life. The local food is fresh and healthy and the outdoor lifestyle has contributed to that too. We love swimming in the sea in summer and relaxing on the white beaches. We have 2 small children and feel relaxed in this area as it is quite safe. The community look out for each other and everyone is ready with a smile and a hello!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This villa was bought by my parents in 1975 when Carvoeiro was just a rural fishing village. Since then Carvoeiro has become a lovely seaside town with a wonderful mix of locals and tourists. The various sea views, cliff formations breathtaking cliff tops and boat trips are a very few minutes walk away! The scuba diving possibles are amazing. Fishing off the cliffs is 5 min walk away. The view from the villa roof is spectacular. As with the town, the original villa has been changed. Modern amenities and comfortable open plan spaces with huge glass sliding doors letting the light flood in. At night the night sky filled with stars is glorious to behold from the bedroom or lounge. The jacuzzi we had put in 5 years ago and is glorious to relax in and enjoy the sun or the stars. It is private and quiet and yet a 5 minute walk to the cluster of fabulous restaurants in Algar Seco or the coastal walk along the wooden boardwalk along the cliff tops down to the town square and the heart of the town. The villa and its location are top class.

The villa is close to the cliff top boardwalk, best viewing spots, beaches and children's playground. Carvoeiro is central to all the must see places like Silves, Monchique, Portimao, Villa Moura. Activities like water parks, golf courses, tennis club, eco tourism and diving schools are close by.
