The complex has beautiful stone architecture which blends in with the village setting. The apartment is located in Emba, between Paphos and Coral Bay. Paphos and Coral bay resort with their beaches, restaurants, bars and Kings Avenue Mall are a 10 minute drive away. Other beautiful villages closeby are Tala, Chlorakas, Kissonerga, Peyia and Lempa.

I am an entrepreneur working within the legal profession in Dubai. I take pride in the properties that I let out as holiday lets and like guests to have a "home to home" experience. The simple village life, a sharp contrast to the bustling, extravagant and "super luxury" lifestyle in Dubai, mixing with the local Cypriot residents, the peace and tranquil surroundings, the historic churches in the vicinity and closeness to the amenities, restaurants and convenient stores in the village and Pahos main town. I have been visiting Paphos at least once a year since 2005. This year we have welcomed guests from Germany, Russia, UK, Belgium, France, Latvia, Switzerland and Cyprus. See you in 2016 & 2017.

It was a nicely positioned ground floor apartment
It was nice to be able to step off the balcony and walk around the pool area in the garden. Unfortunately the double bed didn't have a top sheet on it (bottom sheet only) and one of the single beds had a fitted sheet on that was too small and as the spare sheets were locked away we couldn't do anything until the Monday as I was told the agent was off that weekend. I was also woken on my first day at approx 05:00 with a text message from the owner.

The owner of the property lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and exercises a level of care to ensure that all guests are happy and well settled into the property. Communication is made with guests exclusively by text messages to their phones, due to the time difference, messages arrive at odd times in the day.
Cyprus and the local population are very family orientated and spend the weekends exclusively with their families. This aspect of their lifestyle and culture is respected by the owner, any disruptions/call outs are kept to a very minimum.
The Managing Agents of the property tend not to work from Saturday evening right through to Monday morning. This will be communicated to all guests who arrive over the weekends or late in the evening.
We all look forward to a pleasant summer in Cyprus.

Fantastic, Brilliant, Thank You
We sorted transfers out with Jennifer and her team,we found the complex but couldn't find the apartment but a quick call to the lovely Lisa and we where in.We also ordered through Lisa some basic goods, which she got.
The apartment was very clean stylish and situated by the pool.The long term neighbours are very helpful and knowledgeable,especially Dave above.
We hired a car which was essential for visiting as the Mediterranean View is in the middle of Paphos and Coral Bay.Emba is a bigger village than we thought,thinking it was Chlorakas.
My son got to much sun and needed help,which Lisa was brilliant.
Previous people had left inflatable toys for others to use,a little sewing kit.The best thing was no Internet unless you asked Lisa for it with the laptop.
We loved it so much we want to return plus have been enquiring about purchasing a M.V apartment. Jennifer and Lisa a very big thank you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx😀😁😘

Owner has details of several restaurants and bars in the apartment. The location of Paphos provides easy access by boat or air to Egypt and Greece.
There are beautiful beaches along the coast. Coral Bay beach is 5km from Emba Village.
Emba Village square is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Paphos main town, harbour and shopping area is 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Nearby Emba village has tavernas, restaurants and mini-supermarkets and a large supermarket is located approximately half a mile away.
Best Airlines - British Airways, Cyprus Airways and Choice Airways. There are direct flights from Gatwick Airport to Paphos International Airport which is a 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
From Paphos International Airport head towards the road leading to Geroskipou . At Geroskipou you will see a sign that leads into Paphos Main Town Centre. After that sign is a roundabout with Debenhams Store on the right, take the first exit, you will see a sign "Kato Paphos, Tourist Area", continue straight, at the second roundabout, take the third exit sign posted "Pegeia, Polis, Kathikas, Tomb of the Kings. Continue straight on Tomb the Kings Road towards Pegeia. When you arrive at a junction with traffic lights with St George Hotel (left side) and Angelika Restaurant (right side), turn right up the hill until you arrive at Papantoniou (left), turn right and first left. This road continues to a junction, the apartment complex is on the left.
Rates & Availability
Booking Notes: Bookings should be made directly with the owner on booking forms which will provided via email. Owner's managing agents in Paphos will assist you with any enquiries you have upon your arrival in Paphos. Welcome packs are available for an extra fee. A 300 GBP deposit is required for potential damage. Guests are required to make full payment of all rental due at least 21 days before the date of actual stay at the apartment. Changeover Day: Flexible changeover. Unless otherwise agreed with the owner, guests are required to depart by 12pm on the last day of their stay.
