Cash injection needed

lovely property and facilities/ Only one let down. the add states play area for children. This looks very run down and tired. the gym was a let down, equipment broken and attendant not very pleasant. very dark, The communal area could do with a cash injection. Also, you really need transport to get around plus you could do with a few shops if you cant get to Paphos city.. On our way to the propery, it seems people were using the land as a dumping ground for household furniture etc.

Dear Valerie Thank you for your comments, and that you like our villa. Concerning the resort I will try to get an improvement (we only have a small voting share) und will remove the corresponding lines in the description until this is done. However, in the description it is clearly stated that a car is recommended very much if you don't want to stay at the resort. Taxis are pretty cheap on Cyprus, in addition. If we are refering to the same issue: Please be fair. It is far away from our property and the resort. It is even in a different community! (Emba) . Plus we are on Cyprus. They seem to have a different attitude... Regards, Christian

Beautiful and modern holiday home

Very nice holiday home in good location and with fantastic views to the sea. The house is modernly furnished and equipped. Many beautiful beaches and excursion possibilities nearby. Had a very nice time there!

Fantastic villa, very helpful owner. Loved our holiday.

Villa was just as shown in photos. Fantastic location. Car needed if you want to get around but we knew this from last year. This time hired a car from Airport on arrival and dropped off on return. The villa stocked with essentials needed for holiday. Pool just right size for children. Had a great time. All being well we will try and book for next year. Thanks for a great holiday!

Wonderful holiday villa with great views!!!

Lovely villa with beautiful views over Paphos and the sea! The house is very modern, well-kept and well equipped. There is even a washing machine and dishwasher! The best is the large terrace, which invites for breakfast or dinner with sunset over the sea. The villa is very well connected to the surrounding villages and towns,all leisure activities can be reached within a short time by car. The beach is also not far away! We had an amazing holiday and will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Moderate choice!

We arrived at the property which as a first impression was fine. However after we entered the house I was a little bit annoying as it was not cleaned properly. After contacted the owner he arranged 2 cleaners the day after to clean the house. 2nd issue: The house has not got its own wireless network and internet in the area of the resort was not working. We contacted owner again but unfortunately nobody could help us as a result to purchase internet from our Local supplier. The owner proposed us to offer a small discount to cover our loss however he never returned any money to us as agreed. Well the house is modern furnitured with beautiful view of the town and sea. The sunset is amazing don't miss it! This property has a private small pool but you can join also the shared pool of the resort which is very big! Well It's not a bad choice but some issues need to be fixed.

The WIFI is intended for holiday use and not for a home/holiday office ("must be connected 24 hours"). I stand by for the discount, although it was neither accepted nor the account details provided for transfer. I apologize that the cleanliness was not satifactory.

Clean, quiet villa

Villa is situated in holiday resort which has basics required for stay. Villa has everything required for stay. Owner very helpful Would recommend car if planning to travel around however during our stay we used taxi which can easily be arranged via reception at resort if required Highly enjoyable holiday had by all!

Beautiful House with a lovely view

Spend two weeks in this beautiful house with my family. It's located in a Resort in Tremithousa, only 15 minutes to Pafos by car and an ideal starting point for trips to the western half of the Island. Pafos is offering lots of tourist attractions and athletic activities like water skiing, diving and other sports. We visited the Archaeological Park and the Tombs of the Kings and were very excited, history lovers shouldn't miss it. At the Harbour are lots of little tasty resaturants, cafes and bars open during the day/respectively in the evening. The House was very clean, modern furnished and well maintained. It has a large terrace with a lovely view over Pafos and the sea, perfect for Lunch/Dinner together or cosy evenings. The Owner is well accessible and cares excellent for the guests. I can recommend the property to everyone, we will surely return!
