A 3 bedroom executive villa situated in an exclusive development of Porta D'Orba in an area of stunning beauty with views across the Valley to the mountains and sea. Located close to the traditional Spanish town of Orba with its slow pace of life, yet you are within few minutes drive of some of the best beaches, golf, restaurants and entertainment on the North Costa Blanca. Each day can be as different as you like, from sunbathing by the private pool, on an unspoilt beach, golf, sailing, Hiking, or visiting safari and theme parks. An evening can end with a relaxing meal at one of the many fine local restaurants. The lounge and 2 of the bedrooms open on to a magnificent terrace with panoramic views. There are 3 other large terraces to enjoy the outdoors depending on you preference, from the covered terrace on the ground floor near the swimming pool to a rooftop solarium with 360 degrees views. The villa offers all the amenities you would expect of a property of this class.

Great stay

Peace, quiet and tranquility

Exactly as was described in the overview on the site. Everything was ready when we got there and we found a nice surprise in the fridge from the owners. The property was everything that was listed, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 is on-suite and an open plan kitchen and sitting room all on the same level. The only thing that isn't listed on the site is that there is a washing machine in a utility room which is an added bonus. The pool was clean and big enough to swim in, it's approx 4-5 meters long and 2.5-3 meters wide, one thing to be careful about is it is quite deep at the deep end. There are 2 balconies one of which is accessed from the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms with a table and chairs and a 2 seater rattan sofa and 2 chairs with cushions and a table where you can see the sea view while relaxing outside. The other balcony is below the top one with sun loungers and then there is a patio area with table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool and also a roof terrace accessed by external stairs. Overall there are so many places to sit and relax here you're spoilt for choice. There are books and a big TV with internet access and a music system as well. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and couldn't have been more accommodating. This place for a quite relaxing holiday with the town of Orba 5 minutes by car and Denia about 25 minutes and even Benidorm is only about 35-40 minutes perfect for a day trip. Overall one of the nicest places we've stayed at. A

Purpose of the visit was to visit family who live in Orba,the location was amazing as only a short 5 minute drive away. The villa was extremely comfortable and everything was beautifully prepared for our visit. I can highly recommend Casa Nirvana to anyone considering a visit to this beautiful area of Spain.

The villa is owned by Dr. Harpal Johal and Dr Surrinder Johal. The villa was bought as a new build in 2005. We use it for family holidays and rent it out during the holiday periods to help with the maintenance and upkeep.

Why they chose this property

We love the area because of it proximity to the uncrowded sandy beach and mountains for scenic drives with great restaurants. The location provides a beautiful and tranquil setting. In the evening we often go to nearby Denia and Orba for entertainment.
