Villa Tinadora is a private holiday rental located on the beautiful island of Crete in the outskirts of the village Agia Triada, Rethymno. The villa is unique because besides having its own swimming pool it also has a full-sized tennis court. It can accommodate 8-10 people and is ideal for a large family or multi-family vacation.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout, surrounded by beautifully kept grounds and has large furnished verandas where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and gorgeous landscape of the peaceful village. Nestled amongst olive groves the location is serene and only 3km from sandy beaches and 10km from the town of Rethymno. Villa Tinadora is near Agreco Farm which is less than 5 minutes away. Adding to its uniqueness, the villa also has a fitness room, ping-pong table and basketball hoop providing extra activities to meet everyone’s needs.

Amazing house in great location

We have a fabulous week in this fantastic house. The house has such wonderful facilities, and the location is perfect for exploring Crete. The tennis court, table tennis and pool were a huge hit. Thank you so much - we hope to be able to come back and visit again.

Brilliant

We stayed at Villa Tinadora as a group of 8 - four adults and four teenagers. We had a great time and the villa was absolutely perfect for our needs. Our hosts were super helpful - nothing was too much trouble and even helped out with some suggestions sourcing a birthday cake. There’s lots to do nearby, plenty of restaurants and the beaches are beautiful. We’d definitely recommend this to anyone who was looking to book with a larger group.

Wonderful

We’ve just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Tinadora and loved it The Villa is just beautiful and so spacious for the 7 of us that went - 4 en suite bedrooms all with their own balcony was perfect The location was very peaceful but within easy reach of shops, tavernas and beaches The pool, tennis court, basketball and gym kept us all very entertained Panos and Vicky were so helpful with tips on places to visit, lovely beaches and responded immediately to a couple of minor issues we had We would very much like to return in the future Thank you Panos and Vicky : )

Einfach spitze

Eine wunderschöne villa mit top lage. Schöner pool tennisanlage und sportraum Kleine märkte zum einkaufen nicht weit entfernt. Die inhaber etc. Wahnsinnig freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir 10 sterne vergeben. Einfach ein perfektes reiseziel für einen entspannten urlaub mit freunden oder familie. Nur zu empfehlen

Thank you for a great stay at Villa Tinadora. Great welcome, accommodation, facilities & location.

Great pre info & welcome on arrival & a very nice surprise to have the food parcel, water and fruit waiting for us. The accommodation is spacious & great to have 3 ensuites. Lots of lounge/dining space inside & out plus a pool that gets the sun throughout and at the end of the day & floodlit tennis court for cooler times after dark. Overall, our group inc 2 under 9s, all very happy. Thank you.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful castle!

We are a family of 4 with a friend that came along with us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful property, the photos don't do it justice, it was pristine and very large. The tennis court was great with floodlights for a late night came and the pool was fabulous for sunbathing and cooling off during the day. I think we managed to sit on all the balconies and patios and enjoyed some great meals on the BBQ with a few cocktails. The owners were great to communicate with and very friendly. They truly wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We had an issue turning on the floodlights one night and they had a maintenance person there the very next day to fix the issue! I would highly recommend a stay here, the little village close by is great for a few dinners out and has a few supermarkets too so you can stock up and lock yourself away if you wish to, we would certainly return to this lovely villa. I would suggest renting a car if you want to explore as it is not in a town, we took a few day trips to the West and South of the island, both of which were easily reached from the villas central location. Thanks again Vicky and husband for making this such a wonderful and relaxing holiday!!

This Villa was even more beautiful in person!

Our stay at Villa Tinadora was excellent. Everything was as stated in the description and more. We were a group of 7 that stayed from 4 different parts of the world and we had more than enough space to accommodate our needs. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions prior to arrival and during our stay. We would definitely return to this villa if coming back to Crete. So very peaceful.

Best time ever

This Villa is just as beatiful in reality as in the pictures. It is very well maintained, clean and everything works perfectly. Location is perfect offering great deal of privacy but services are still close enough, just remember to rent a car for your whole stay. The Owner is a very pleasant, easygoing and helpful person and it was pleasure to deal with him. This Villa simpy won't dissapoint and I would recommend it to anyone. -Axel

Unforgettable experience

Traumvilla auf Kreta

Wir kommen schon viele Jahre in diese Villa und das nicht ohne Grund ;-) Sie liegt allein-sprich Privatsphäre hoch 10 ist gegeben, auch die Möglichkeiten am Haus was den Sport betrifft sind einfach genial. Auch hat jeder seinen Rückzugsbereich mit eigener großer Terrasse. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln....der Vermieter ist seriös und absolut verlässlich. 10 von 10 Punkten hat diese Villa und ihr Besitzer verdient!!!!!!

Best Holiday yet

What a fantastic villa, we had an amazing weeks holiday. It has wonderful views with a great swimming pool. The tennis court is great fun and we used it every evening. Panos was very helpful and came over and played tennis with us and brought fresh lemons. There is lots to visit in Rethymno and many interesting gorge walks. Geweldige en goedverzorgde villa voor een heerlijk verbijf in Kreta.

Villa Tinadora is een zeer mooie ruime villa voor 8 personen, gelegen in een gebied met veel natuur. Elke slaapkamer heeft een badkamer en terras met fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen en de zee. Er is een zwembad, een tennisbaan en in de sportzaal zijn er voldoende sportfaciliteiten, zodat een ieder zich rond de villa goed kan vermaken. De wifi werkt uitstekend ook in het zwembad. Schoonmaak en verschoning van handdoeken en bedlinnen 2 x per week. Op een paar km afstand van de restaurants, supermarkten en het gezellige stadje Rethimnon met fijne stranden. De eigenaresse Vicky is erg aardig en attent, er wordt aandacht besteed aan de gasten. We hebben er een geweldige vakantie gehad. Peter en Jacintha

A perfect place to stay.

The villa lived up to all our expectations. We were welcomed by the owners cousin and the owner was in contact during our stay to help deal with a couple of issues including a brief power outage. The villa was comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped and has lovely views in all directions. Eating on the balconies was fantastic and we made good use of the pool and the tennis court. You need a car to make the most of all that the area has to offer. A fantastic villa, great value for money and with an attentive and thoughtful owner. We would recommend it strongly and would love to return.

Wow - definately worth a visit, highly recommended

Great villa in a great location. We were met by our host Panos who was extremely friendly and helpful and showed us round the local area the day after we arrived. We are a family of 8 adults and there was more than enough space and living area. Quality BBQ and very well equipped modern accommodation. Linen changed and villa cleaned twice during our stay. A short drive down to the beach,shops and numerous restaurants/tavernas.

superb and bliss

Wonderful property. We were x4 adults and x4 teenagers and the property could not have been better. Everything is very clean and in good order. The pool is beautiful and the tennis courst with rackets and balls are in good condition. It is in it's own plot so neighbours are not too close which for us with teenage music and evening revelries was a relief. Panos is superb; helpful and goes well beyond what is expected.

Fabulous well equiped Villa

This Villa is outstanding, very clean throughout with great spacious rooms furnished to a very high standard, outside areas are very well maintained with a full size tennis court & basket ball net, lovely pool & sun terrace. Every bedroom has a balcony and own bathroom, all ensuite except one. Kitchen is well equipped and everything works properly. Great views from the rear elevation balconies. We had a superb holiday and will definately return to this Villa at the earliest opportunity, Panos was brilliant & couldn't do enough & made us so welcome, & Pedro who waited for our late arrival speaks excellant english & is great fun. The photos are accurate and can be relied on, plenty of clean towels provided in each bathroom & for the pool. We are a family of 7 adults & would recommend this property.

In one word: great!

This villa is all around great place to stay! We stayed last week of May and weather was already really good, for us finns anyway. Location is really nice, quiet & calm and reasonably close to everything. The villa itself is in really good condition, kitchen is large and pretty well equipped, every room is equipped with well working AC unit and the pool and tennis court both were great. In fact when you look at the photos they give you really accurate picture of what to expect (minus the roses :) ). The cleaning service worked great and communication with owners was painless. All in all I have really hard time figuring out anything negative to say. I would absolutely recommend this place to any friend or relative alike. There is great restaurant really close by called Agreco Farm, I recommend if you stay in this Villa you also check out that restaurant.

Great Family Vacation

We ended up taking a cruise through the Mediterranean and one of our stops was Crete and we had decided to get off the cruise ship prior to our home port and rent this villa for a week. We were very impressed with the facility! Kids loved the pool when we weren't at the beach and we were able to make our dinner in their fully equipped kitchen! The villa had a BBQ and we had made chicken kebobs for dinner. We had lots of room to accommodate our family of 6. Bathrooms were big and clean. Bedrooms were very comfy! We had an amazing time and can't wait to return back in 2 years.

Not luxurious! Too many problems

The villa has good facilities! The pool smaller than the pictures depict. Balconies well equipped . Tennis fine. However very. ..Very basic. No pool towels provided. Water and grapes when we arrived. NOT salt pepper herbs etc...not coffee or even a mosquito repellant for the first night till we got to superrmarket. We have never seen mosquitos like it altho we have lived in Greece. WE were all eaten to bits! we couldn't use tennis courts! Disaster! Fridge freezer broke down! . Bad smell in the basement. However it was quiet and a good Base to travel from . LOVELY weather. THANK goodness we spoke Greek as caretaker doesn't speak. No matter what...we had an amazing holiday as crete has lots to offer! We BBQ ed a lot. Liddle wasn't far. BBQ hadn't been cleaned nor worked well but we sorted and had great meals. We enjoyed our holiday. COMPANY made it ! Not the villa

PERFECT!!!

i stayed in the house with my mum and friends :) we had a perfect time! we really enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighbourhood, no mosquitos and plenty of space in the house! it was also very clean :) we'd love to come again!
