2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment With Large Sun Terrace

This terrific apartment is in one of the best locations on the La Torre resort. It is a 10 minutes walk from the Golf Club. It is fully air-conditioned throughout. The terrace overlooks the communal pool area, with its toddler and main pools, and beyond that, one of the more challenging lakes of the course. There is a reserved underground car parking space and the block is surrounded by splendid, well maintained gardens. There is a lift that runs all the way from the underground garage and the entry hall to just outside the apartment.
The resort is now well established and well appointed, with all you need on site. It is very secure with access only via manned gates.

Property was as advertised, clean and well maintained, and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate, with everything we needed. We really appreciated the excellent air conditioning as the temperature was quite high during our stay.

Another great stay

This is our second stay in this apartment and I’m pleased to say it was as enjoyable as the first one. Spacious accommodation in a good location on La Torre. A roof terrace and a covered balcony mean you can always be outside, in or out of the sun as you please. It’s well equipped for catering and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Great communication with the owner prior to our stay. Very happy to recommend.

October break

This is the second time we have stayed in Guys apartment and we weren’t disappointed. Communication was great, beautiful apartment with private rear terrace and smaller front balcony to watch the sunset. Very well equipped and having the spar supermarket onsite is an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

Lovely apartment,beautiful location

I have stayed in the resort before so know what to expect. Apartment was clean and airy,great view from balcony and only a minute walk to a couple of pool. I came alone this time, would have been nice to have more than 2 tv channels in the evening.

Great Apartment

Had a week away at this apartment with my husband. Great communication with the owner, who also very kindly allowed us early access due to our flight times (very much appreciated). The apartment itself is very spacious and well equiped with everything you need for a self-catering break. Patio area was fantastic and got the sun for most of the day and also had a balcony from both bedrooms if you wanted some shade. Patio overlooked a large pool which was also great. We would definitely stay here again.

La Torre penthouse apartment

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy and well equipped. The terraces provided a sunny aspect all day and overlooked the pool and well maintained gardens. It made for a great week visiting local beaches, towns and restaurants and relaxing at the apartment. Communication was great and everything had been thought of to make it a stress free holiday. Highly recommended.

Penthouse appartment at La Torre.

We stayed between the 1st and 6th June as a family of four, we were very impressed with all the communication from the owners who answered any question's we had and in a promptly manor too. All instructions were clear and on arrival found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and everything you needed for a comfortable stay.The view was stunning and had a lovely pool area. We will definitely look to re-book again at this appartment as we have family who live on the golf resort but also because the whole complex was good for familys aswell as golfers.

So good we booked again for next year!

The booking process is very straightforward and the communication from the property host is excellent. The apartment is well maintained, has everything you need, including aircon in both bedrooms as well as the living area, which was a godsend in 40+ degree heat! A bonus is that there is sunshine on the roof terrace from sunrise and sunshine on the balcony until sunset - great view of the sunset and the mountains from here. The location of the apartment was ideal for us - a minute’s walk from door to pool and only a 10 minute walk to the entertainment square and restaurants (highly recommend Rangal Punjab Indian restaurant). All in all a fantastic holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed enough to rebook with Guy for next year!

The only thing was that we came to a freezing cold apartment. And because it was a penthouse it took 3 days to get it heated up. Would be better in summer. We saved the container in the terrasse from flying away and tried to put it together.

Fantastic stay

We had a fabulous 2 weeks in this apartment. It’s well placed on the resort and gets sun almost all day on the very private roof terrace, then when the sun disappears from there in the early evening you can move to the large balcony off the bedrooms and enjoy the sunset. The balcony also offers some shelter if it’s a bit windy or god forbid raining. It’s very well equipped with a great selection of chairs, all with covers, as well as sun beds and chairs for the pool. We like to do some cooking in on holiday and this place had everything we needed to cook some great meals. It has a dishwasher and importantly (as so many apartments don’t) plenty of crockery and cutlery which meant you could load it fully. Good selection of glasses, vitally including wine flutes for our cava! The apartment has lots of doors and windows meaning we could get a lovely airflow going which is much nicer than AC. That said the AC was great in the bedroom for sleeping. Beds were comfy too. Communication with Guy, prior to staying, was spot on and overall it was a fantastic stay. We would love to return next year.

Lovely location; easy access to airport. The resort is completely enclosed and secure with access only via manned gates. It has shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. So, it is completely self contained.
