Front Line Apartment with Pool and Sea Views

Mature apartment (new exterior decoration for 2010) in lovely private, secure and well maintained grounds. A comfortable, convenient 2 bedroom, (New large walk in shower installed and re-tiled Oct. 2014) 1st floor, air-conditioned (new system 2008) and heated apartment, (New kitchen Easter 2013), Satellite UK TV (new 2012). Fully double glazed 2015, with lift service. A swimming pool (re-tiled and new steps installed for 2012 season) is available for the use of apartment guests and a safe sheltered cove is yards away. A sprinkling of friendly restaurants and bars in the village square immediately behind the apartment are very reasonably priced most offering fantastic value menu del dia. The local supermarket and railway station are both close by (less than 5 mins walk). Trains from Alicante, El Campello, Benidorm, Altea and Denia run on a regular basis and 24 hours a day during the summer months, which is a very swift, economical way of traveling up and down this very scenic coast.

Perfetto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Appartamento fornito di tutto. Ottima la piscina di ritorno dal mare. La sorpresa è la spiaggia davanti a pochi passi. La prima parte più vicina solo per chi vuole affittare canoe o tavole con remi. La seconda parte quella relativamente più lontana eccezzionale!!! Sabbia fine mare calmo acqua bassa per i primi 30 metri perfetta per bambini. Acqua trasparente trasparente, maschera imprescindibile pesci granchi e ricci.

La ubicación muy buena en una cala tranquila y muy familiar, la estancia con todo tipo de servicios, lavadora, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, lavavajillas, nevera pequeña pero hace su función, tendedero... Cosas para la playa, para niños y adultos. Todo muy bueno. Recomendable. David contesta muy rápido y muy amable.

Why they chose this property

Coveta is a wonderful escape location for me. It is a friendly village which is tucked away from the busy centers but at the same time these are easily accessible.

I don't like the intense heat of summer therefore I tend to use it myself for the cooler seasons to get away from the damp and cold of the British winter!

What makes this property unique

The village has everything within a few yards, train station, supermarket, bars, restaurants and the sea. All these within 2 or 3 minutes walk. Location, Location, Location.
