Vue incroyable et magnifique

L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipée, conforme à l'annonce. L'agence est très réactive. La procédure d'arrivée (employé peu accueillant) et départ est simple. Emplacement au top avec tram à 5minutes.

Appartement spacieux avec une vue magnifique. Très bien il y'a toutes les commodités et l'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire. Je note qu'il faut néanmoins une voiture car il y'a des petits commerces et restaurant mais pas ouvert tout le temps

Great view

Good value for the price. The kitchen was with a lot of equipment, but without a oven. Good beds in all rooms. Nice and quietly neighborhood.

Prima verblijf

Het appartement is groot en heeft een heerlijk terras. Het is helaas duidelijk gedateerd en kan wel een renovatie gebruiken. Met name meubels, gordijnen, rolluiken en keuken + inventaris zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Er mist een oven in de keuken. De slaapkamer achter de keuken (staat niet op de foto's) is prima, maar heeft geen raam naar buiten (wel naar een binnenruimte). Aantal zitplaatsen in de woonkamer is ontoereikend bij 6 personen. Badkamers zijn ruim en gerenoveerd. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en genoten van het balkon. Het is een rustige buurt in december, winkeltje en tram op loopafstand en de auto staat veilig op een afgesloten parkeerplek. Dit was de 5e keer in Coveta Fuma en weer was ons verblijf een succes. Met dank aan agent Cathy die zeer behulpzaam en flexibel is! Tot een volgende keer.

Albamar 1-1 competa fuma

Heel ruim maar verouderd appartement op de eerste verdieping van een appartementsblok van 7 verdiepingen gelegen op een privé terrein (3 2persoons slaapkamers, twee badkamers met inloopdouche, drie toiletten, wasruimte, living, eetkamer en eerder kleine keuken). Twee appartementen werden samengevoegd tot één. Afwerking en inrichting is op zijn Spaans. De grootste surplus is het terras met prachtig uitzicht op de middellandse zee. Appartement is dichtbij het kleine centrum (met een aantal bars/restaurants wel vooral gericht op Nederlandse en Engelse klanten). Via een trap bereik je een klein betonnen platform met toegang tot de zee en een klein kiezelstrand. Op 5 min lopen vind je ook een zandstrand en 2 restaurants (tijdens ons verblijf wel veel algen op één van de stranden, blijkbaar door de zware stormen in de voorbije winter). Klein supermarktje op kleine 10 min stappen. Openbaar vervoer prima, tramlijn van alicante naar benidorm voor weinig geld. De kost voor het bad- en bedlinnen + de kost voor het kuisen van € 150 vonden wij wel wat veel gezien wij maar met 2 personen waren en dus slechts één slaapkamer en badkamer gebruikt hebben, proper linnen voor de tweede week mag ook wel voor die prijs. Al bij al aanrader voor kort verblijf.

Heerlijke locatie met ruim balkon

Net appartement op loopafstand van een klein strandje waar je prachtig kan snorkelen (alleen een trap af) en een paar 100 meter van een heerlijke kindvriendelijke baai, waar het heel lang ondiep blijft. Vlakbij diverse restaurants, tramstation en supermarkt. ‘S ochtends wakker worden met een heerlijke zonsopkomst. Door de airco’s kan je ondanks de hoge temperaturen alsnog heerlijk slapen. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De schoonmaaksters mogen misschien wel iets beter hun werk uitvoeren, maar dit is uiteindelijk heel netjes met de verhuurders opgelost

Lovely apartment with outstanding views

The apartment was a bit dated but lovely with outstanding views and had everything we needed. The main thing that really impacted on our holiday were the steep hills directly outside the apartment and leading down to the plaza. Not a problem for able bodied but certainly not wheelchair friendly. Oh and the local supermarket was closed and every bit of shopping is either a tram ride or taxi away (20 euro round trip) As we had no car and my mother dependent on a wheelchair it caused us real problems.

Une vue imprenable

Location faite en fonction de la grandeur de la terrasse et de la vue extraordinaire. Néanmoins l'aspect vieillot de l'intérieur de l'appartement pourrait être nettement amélioré. Nombreuses interventions en cours de location (chauffages d'appoint, lunettes de WC, persiennes, plaques de cuisson, fonctionnement de la télévision ... à souligner, réactivité rapide de l'agence et de l'intervention. Absence d'un four traditionnel dans la cuisine. Vaisselle pas très propre et rangement chaotique de la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer und ist sehr sauber. Das keine 5 Sterne vergeben wurden liegt an den teilweise etwas älteren Möbeln und der Bauruine nebenan (die man aber vom Balkon aus zum Glück nicht sieht). Die erste Anfahrt ist aufgrund der vielen Einbahnstraßen die unser Navi so nicht kannte etwas schwierig. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur lief einwandfrei, nur die Information über die zusätzlichen Nebenkosten von EUR 150 sollte deutlicher bei der Buchung auf der Fewo-Direkt-Seite ersichtlich sein. Insgesamt aber eine klare Empfehlung.

Peaceful

Lovely apartment with everything we could want. Loads of cooking utensils and crockery. Balcony was what really made it special. Looking out to sea and soaking up the sun all day long. Everything was nice and clean . Beds were comfy and the showers were big with loads of hot water. Only slight problem was the mosquitoes..we had to buy plug in repellents, sprays and coils. But that was the only thing we could fault and that is obviously not a problem with the apartment. It was a very peaceful apartment and very quiet in the evenings. Only a few places to eat out but the tram stop is only about 10mins walk away so it is easy to get into El Campello for a better choice of restaurants and shops.

The view is what makes the stay at this apartment great Furniture could do with updating but comfortable and I don’t think the 3rd bedroom works being behind the kitchen and next to the lift but overall I would recommend this apartment

Marvellous and well appointed apartment in superb location.

The apartment is well equipped and spacious with lovely views. Roomy bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Huge terrace overlooking the sea with several sun beds, loungers and large table to eat outside. Very comfortable lounge and attractive dining room , with satellite TV, Wi -fi, and well set up CD player . Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The property manager Cathy ten Have and colleagues were extremely kind and helpful with lots of information and suggestions to enhance our stay. Delightful cove and town but a little quiet as it was late in the season but enjoyed the restaurant bar Los Dos where the staff were welcoming and meals freshly prepared. All in all a very pleasant break in beautiful surroundings and extremely convenient location close to the tramline, making trips into El Campello, Alicante and Benidorm quick and easy and very reasonable.

Beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and perfectly situated

This spacious apartment was our home for 10 wonderful days in September and it provided everything we could possibly have wanted. The huge balcony with its fantastic views was an absolute joy from early morning through to late at night. We didn't hire a car and never felt the need for one, with the local supermarket and village square of restaurants and bars providing for all our day to day needs within easy walking distance. The tram service is reliable and cheap and runs to Alicante in one direction and Benidorm (our least favourite trip!) in the other. El Campello itself is two stops down the line and has a beautiful beach with a good range of interesting little shops along it. (Also the nearest pharmacy) Our thanks to Cathy and colleague, who were on hand with local information, help and advice and we particularly appreciated Cathy allowing us to stay longer on our final day, given that our flights were not until the evening. The ceiling of one bedroom looks as if it might have suffered some water damage at some point and requires some attention, but assuming this was taken care of in the meantime, we would most definitely want to come back. All in all, a perfect place.

Love the balcony!

The apartment is lovely, and you can't beat the views! We ate every meal on the balcony. The three bedrooms are adequate, the two shower rooms are lovely and there are also three toilets. It is fully furnished and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the cooking and eating equipment you would need. It is located a little off the beaten path and is very quiet, but it is only 10 minute drive to El Campello, so you're not far from anything you need. The small cove below the apartment is ideal for a refreshing swim, and the sand beach is a moderate walk around the bend. However, it is rocky and uneven footing, so not good for elderly or very small children. The town does not have much except a few restaurants, but they are all fine. The beaches in El Campello are excellent and plenty of restaurants to choose from on the lovely promenade. The booking agent, Cathy, is helpful and was easily reached when inquiring for information. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway, I recommend this property.
