Este nuevo apartamento moderno en el primer piso está situado en un pequeño pueblo de pescadores a 15 minutos a pie por el hermoso promontorio del fiordo hasta la espectacular ciudad amurallada de Kotor. Estos amplios apartamentos de 1 dormitorio con aire acondicionado cuentan con TV vía satélite, piscina compartida, que incluye el uso de tumbonas, una gran terraza y una ducha exterior. El apartamento tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadero independiente y está totalmente equipado para alquiler. Los amplios balcones privados son perfectos para cenar al aire libre. A lovely apartment with a stunning view. The reclining chairs on the balcony were a great bonus. Carparking space was handy. The pool area was always quiet with sunbeds avaliable. Piers was very proactive with communication, providing detailed directions to the apartment. He was also very quick to respond to any messages, and genuinely seemed to want you to get best out of the place. The location is ideal, very quiet, with a bakery 7 min walk away and the old town of Kotor 20 minutes walk where there isplenyof restaurants. It is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. I would definetly recommend this apartment.

The accommodation was truly fantastic, we didn't lack anything! Great location from where we could make many exciting excursion. The road traffic was tough, but after a few days we got used to it. We really enjoyed.

When we looked at the apartment before booking, we wondered if the view from the window was as good as the photograph. It was absolutely stunning. Kotor is very photographic but it is even more stunning when you are there, looking around you in awe. The apartment is really large for a one bedroom and had absolutely everything needed for a self catering holiday...although we did eat out a lot. The pool area was lovely and quiet and also had a graet view of the bay. The Muo area is just outside the old town but we felt it was a comfortable walk and the views of Kotor bay from the apartment were great, because of the great position - not too far up the hill. Piers gave us loads of information before we arrived and was on hand by Whatsapp if needed. Thera ere so many things to do like the Cable car and coaster at the top of the mountain. underwater wine floating restaurant, wonderful towns in close proximity etc. My wife and I had one of the best holidays we can remember and would urge anyone to try Kotor and, is so come to this apartment. A perfect couples holiday.

Nice appartement with a perfect view on Kotor Bay. Within 20 minutes walking to Kotor. Swimming in the bay is only across the road. The swimming pool is also good

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Montenegro

Nearing the end of our 8 week trip in Europe, this was one of the 2 best accommodations we stayed in. On top of that Piers was so helpful, probably the nicest host we have had. Cannot say enough about the fabulous view and comfortable, roomy accommodation and even a pool. Location is great as it is close to Kotor, but away from that super busy area. Would love to come again some day.

Great stay in Muo, Kotor

The apartment is well located (20minutrs' walk from Kotor Old Town, and close to amenities such as a bakery, supermarket, cafe etc) and well equipped. Stunning views from the balcony overlooking the fjord, across to the Old Town and the mountains. Easy road access to Tivat, Budva, Perast, Skadar Lake.

Lovely location and view just a shame building work on two new properties less than 100m away was taking place, Very noisy builders lots of drilling from early hours until late afternoon. Cant fault property everything you need is there.

Easy going independent travelers, but we know what makes for a good holiday ! Friendliness, cleanliness and that perfect location. Piers hospitality and his spacious appartment tick all the right boxes for a very reasonable priced break away in such an unspoilt country. The views from the balcony or poolside are just stunning, Don't even hesitate to book this property, you will not be disappointed.

The accommodation was wonderful. It was very clean and had a new kitchen that was fully equipped. We even had access to a washing machine. Communication with the landlord via email was excellent. Shortly before our arrival, he provided us with detailed information about the route, how to use the kitchen appliances, etc. The view from the balcony over the Bay of Kotor was breathtaking, both during the day and in the evening when the lights came on. I would book the accommodation again at any time and highly recommend it.

Wonderful holiday

Amazing Balcony Views

This apartment is well-equipped, comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Felt really spacious and never too hot in the August heat. 15 minute walk into town with amazing views across the bay. Sometimes we got so distracted watching the comings and goings on the bay, it was amazing. Piers is a great host - really helpful with his directions and keen for us to have a wonderful stay.

Stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks and was an excellent base to explore Kotor and the surrounding area. Check-in was easy, with the use of the key box and code. Piers made the whole experience so much easier with his detailed email correspondence. The apartment was clean and tidy and was well equipped with all that you would need. Lovely pool and a 2 minute walk to the bay area. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing and no photograph will ever do this view justice. You'd just have to experience this for yourselves!

Our holiday trip was awesome and the stay in Piers appartment was one of the best ever!! We are so happy that we stayed with Piers! The unbelievable view, the nice and relaxing pool (even with the amazing view). The appartement is top, near to Kotor, near to explore the surrounding!! Beautiful Kotor

This was our fourth visit to Kotor, as it’s such a beautiful town. It was our first time in this apartment which is in an ideal location with stunning views across the bay to Kotor Old Town, further enhanced by being on the 2nd floor. It’s well equipped with all you need , pool and grounds are well maintained & communication from the owner, Piers, was great 👍 It’s a 15/20 min walk round the bay into town with lots of great restaurants and bars. I’d highly recommend a trip on the Cable Car for stunning views from the top of the mountain, there’s a nice restaurant up there as well 👍

Best view you can find

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Pier’s apartment! Well equipped kitchen and internet worked great. The views of old town and mountains from the balcony were just breathtaking. You can walk into old town Kotor, markets, etc (so don’t need a car). Property also has a pool which has nice views and was well maintained. Apartment was quiet at night time for a good nights sleep. Pier was very easy to communicate with and highly recommend for future guests. Would love to visit again.

A clean and spacious apartment with the most beautiful of views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony of wide-reaching views of the bay of Kotor was stunning. We spent a lot of time lazing on the balcony. We enjoyed sunny mornings and balmy evenings, watching the beautiful bay and mountains change in the sunlight through to twinkling lights at dusk and night. When we could tear ourselves away we walked into characterful Kotor, or drove to the nearby villages around the bay, or further to Lovcen and Lake Skadar. The apartment is spacious and clean and has all you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. The owner, Piers, was very helpful with directions and restaurant tips.

Stunning Views

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos with spectacular views of the bay from the balcony. There was plenty of equipment for cooking should we have needed it but we ate out in the old town each evening. We enjoyed our boat trip around the bay and to the blue grotto and bus trips to Budva and Perast. We swam afew times from the beach just beyond the old town and climbed the steps up to the fort 🥵. Piers is a great host and responded quickly to my many questions . I would definitely recommend staying here as long as you don’t mind a 15-20 min walk to the old town.

We are a Welsh couple who have always had the travel bug, but unfortunatly both work full time !!. Happy to converse in English or Welsh. I am an Independent Financial Adviser , and my wife , Jayne is a doctor. We first visited Montenegro in 2006, and fell in love with the place. A year later , I found myself with a mortgage , but a beautiful view. Since then we have been back over 35 times We are captivated by Montenegro's beauty , along with the friendly people here. I am a bit biased , as the 3rd time we visited back in 2007 , we overturned the hire car in Herceg Novi , and a man ran out of his house , called 2 friends over . Somehow , they managed to put the car back on 4 wheels !!. Not a word to Economy car rentals please !.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We are very lucky in owning the apartment , as it was the first batch of apartments to be built in Muo (so the best view) , which is a very quiet village with a few bars , and lots of room to swim. But then just a 2 minute drive , or a 15 minute walk (my preference) , you have a bustling city like Kotor which has all the history you can imagine , along with lots of shops , resteraunts, and good night life if you want it (I'm too old for that !!).

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Kotor-Muo apartments only has 18 units , and it never feels busy. But it is always nice to say hello to your neighbours hanging over the balcony , or sunbathing by the pool. The company that looks after the complex are excellent as well , and there is a caretaker on site who speaks English.
The busier Kotor-Vista complex is only about 100 yards further up the hill , where there are 2 more swimming pools, a jacuuzi , and internet access by the pool : that's decadent !!.
