All rooms are on one level: three bedrooms (one ensuite), bathroom, kitchen, utility, and living spaces. The only steps lead to the pool and patio area, which is very private and safe for kids. Staying home can be as enjoyable as going out, with days spent around the pool.
The villa offers excellent Wi-Fi coverage from the front porch to the back deck. It includes:
· Three good-sized bedrooms with air conditioning; beds by Feather & Black.
· Master bedroom: king-size bed, three wardrobes, ensuite shower/toilet, air conditioning, TV with full package and Netflix.
· Middle and Front bedrooms: each with two single beds, double wardrobes, and air conditioning.
· 220-volt sockets in key areas alongside Bajan 110v sockets for fast charging laptops, phones, and tablets.
· Living/Dining room: three-seater + two-seater sofa, dining table for 6/8, HDTV with cable, DVD player.
· Fully equipped kitchen: granite work surfaces, gas cooker & oven, pots, pans, cutlery, food mixer, coffee maker, and gas barbecue in the garage.
Our utility area adjacent to the kitchen includes a top-loading washer and dryer in the American style.
At the rear:
Pool and Pool Deck with Loungers: The property provides exclusive access to a private pool, which is not shared or communal. The pool is available for personal use within the property's grounds. The deck area is treated with a product known as "cool deck," which ensures the deck remains cool even during hot afternoons.
Out and About:
The villa is conveniently located a five-minute drive from Mullins Beach. For golf enthusiasts, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill course are nearby, offering notable views and facilities. Sandy Lane course is ten minutes away.
Golf clubs and a kayak are stored in the villa and can be made available upon request. Locally, Haymans Market, five minutes away, offers music, market stores, food and drink, salsa, yoga, and various other classes, along with an outdoor space and bar.
The local beaches are renowned for their beauty, offering free access and exceptional service for food, drinks, and sunbeds.
Speightown and Holeown offer wonderful entertainment, great beaches, and excellent food and live music.
Bikes may not be available due to replacement tyres, which cannot be purchased locally. Please check on arrival.
