The house has a south orientation facing the sea. It is located in quiet surroundings in the end of the street. Detached holiday house for 6 people. 30m from the sea with heated private outdoor pool. The house has direct access to the beach. Outside heated swimming pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters).
Notice: GUEST TURNOVERS are only on Saturdays (Check-in and Chack-out only on Saturdays) Minimal booking is 7 days.
The house is NOT FOR RENT from November 1th to March 31th.
The pool is for sole use of the guests. Property has a big terrace 35m² and pool terrace 50sq.m with beautiful sea view. 6 people are sleeping in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom number one is located on the first floor and has a double bed. Bedroom number two is located on the first floor and has two singl beds. Bedroom number three has a double bed and is equipped with ensuite shower and toilet. It is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance from outside. All three bedrooms have their own separate air conditioning devices.
Covered parking for 2 cars in the yard on the property.
The house is located in Seget Vranjica which is 5 km away from Trogir and 30km away from the city of Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 12km. Every bedroom and living room has a separate air conditioning device. Total number of air conditioning devices is 4. You will be alone in the house, the owners live in another house in Solin (Split) 30 km away.

Wonderful view

Wonderful Villa in lovely location. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped as if it was someone's home. Host was lovely and very helpful. Views from balcony were amazing and a great place to enjoy outside eating and relaxing. Pool was clean and warm and perfect for cooling off. Things to look out for, plenty of parking is available but a little tight if you have a large car (as is the drive down the street, but this is the same for all properties in the area) and being located on a hillside there are quite a few steps to get around the property. In the local area there are shops and restaurants within walking distance and beautiful Trogir is about 5km away, either a walk along the coast, a taxi boat from the camping area next door or a short drive. Host Mario was super helpful and friendly.

Beautiful Villa in ideal location

A perfect holiday Villa in a peaceful residential area.Mario was an extremely warm and welcoming host throughout our stay.Villa provided excellent amenities and was very spacious and comfortable with well appointed outside area offering stunning views .Close access to the sea and bars and cafe s..Would highly recommend.

Villa Marin is fabulous. The whole apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped. The veranda and views are amazing , perfect for dining what ever time of day .The binoculars are a great touch . The pool is perfect for cooling off and chilling in , with sunbeds and shaded areas to relax . Location to the sea just a 10 min walk and the bars and restaurants all within walking distance . Would recommend the boat taxi to Trogir old town . The Fig restaurant in Split and the Villa meditarana restaurant in the harbour . The hosts Marin and Mario were very attentive and respond to any queries very promptly. They are very warm and welcoming.

This villa was an absolute joy. We enjoyed a wonderful stay here relaxing around the pool and appreciating the stunning coastal views. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need, was well maintained and very clean. It was easy to communicate with Mario the owner who met us at the property and explained all the features and throughout our stay was quick to reply to any enquiries. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location with easy access to the coast for swimming and water sports and there are lots of options for exploring further afield. It is easy to take the regular water taxi to Trogir which is a beautiful town to explore. We also visited Split old town which was very pretty and the pleasant little town of Marina. It is handy to have a car for exploring further afield and getting to a big supermarket but there is a small shop 5 minutes walk away and several restaurants within an easy walk. We had a fabulous time here and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property.

Perfect week

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was immaculate, well equipped and very well located. There is a lovely restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. There are activities to do on the beach front which is on the doorstep of the villa. Lovely walks can be had along the sea front. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here. The pool was perfect, the villa exceptional and the location ideal. Don’t hesitate to book!!

Feels like our house now

This is a gem of a place. Spotless, clean and well equipped. The photos are accurate! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning meant we slept well. The outside areas really make the holiday special as the view from the terrace is spectacular absolutely perfect for morning coffee and evening wine! The pool is beautiful too with great loungers and chairs around it- perfect for sunbathing all day. Mario was brilliant at communicating and genuinely wanted to do anything he could to ensure our stay was perfect. Bikes and pool floaties are available to use. The location is great, the campsite next door has two nice restaurants and nice bars plus the bonus of a good grocery shop. There are steps next to the house that led directly down to the sea and some great swimming places. The other grocery shop and village beaches and restaurants are just under a 10 min walk. We really enjoyed the beach bars and snorkelling there. It is easy to hire paddle boards and boat trips and the water taxi to Trogir and back was also just on the door step. I can honestly say this was our best family holiday ever. Thank you Mario and Marin you have a wonderful house and are brilliant hosts.

Fantastic Villa

Have just returned from a wonderful week in Villa Marin. The Villa is in really good condition, immaculately clean,, and all amenities were in working order. Real thought has gone into making your stay here as good as possible - hand soaps in all bathrooms, pool towels for all guests, plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc so that you aren't always washing up, spare cleaning goods & toilet rolls. The air conditioning in all rooms is very effective and definitely needed when we were there! Communication with the owners is promptly answered and Mario was there for the check in process, giving a very detailed walk round of the villa and explaining how everything works. The location is fantastic, with the sea only metres away, and a short walk to a local shop and some good restaurants and bars. I can highly recommend this lovely villa

Holiday in Seget Vranjica

I stayed in the property with my family. The villa was ideal with all the facilities we needed - a good sized pool; plenty of shade; excellent views and easy access to the sea. The separate room with en suite is great for older teens or maybe grandparents- giving them their own space. Getting to the property from Split Airport (via hire car) was really straight forward and there’s ample off street parking. Marin and his son Mario were superb hosts, meeting us at the property, running through the facilities and providing any support needed through the week. The property is adjacent to a ‘camping park’, this is mostly lodges and various facilities near the sea front. Whilst the park is quite busy there wasn’t any disturbance and it provided easy access to some beachside bars, sun beds and a ferry service to Trojir. Overall the town is well placed for trips to Trojir, Split, Krka National Park and a number of other lovey coastal towns. Overall a great property, good location and excellent host.

Gepflegte Villa in bester Lage!

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Marin verbracht, das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, insbesondere die Matratze war sehr gemütlich. Der Pool war superwarm (bis zu 32 Grad), genau wie gewünscht. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Dear Marin & Mario, thanks a lot for everything, it was a pleasure to stay in your beautiful Villa Marin!

Merveilleux séjour

Très bon accueil de Marin et son épouse, très à l'écoute et disponibles. Marin nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison et donné de très bons conseils. La maison est parfaitement entretenue, et très bien équipée il ne manque rien. Elle est impeccablement propre. La piscine chauffée avec vue mer est juste parfaite. En sortant de la maison, il suffit de descendre quelques marches et on est au bord de la mer et de là part une promenade avec des coins pour se poser, restaurant, bar, glacier. Il y a une épicerie à coté où l'on trouve le nécessaire, surtout du bon pain et des croissants frais tous les matins. Notre chien Nelson a été très bien accueilli lui aussi. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Marin

Wundervoller Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus von Mario und Marin erlebt. Es war alles da, was man sich wünscht, Ende Oktober ein 30 Grad warmer toller Pool, Meerblick und eine großzügige und saubere, toll ausgestattete Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Es war einfach nur toll!

Beautiful Villa , great location

We all loved this villa and it ticked all the boxes for the adults and 12 and 10 Yr old children. Great location near the sea and some restaurants. Mario was an extremely helpful host and we would highly recommend.

Perfect house for everyone

After our second time in the villa we are more than satisfied again. It was five years ago we where here and the villa was just as beautiful as we remembered it. The view, the location, the owners Mario/Marin are so helpful. My husband used the bicycles for smaller adventures. One day, he drove almost to Trogir and highly recommends using the bikes. Another day we took the boat to Trogir an old beautiful town nearby. You can go by taxi (Talk to Mario or Marin. They know exellent drivers) or by boat. The boat is just 100 meters from the house. All six of us are so satiesfied and if you want a beutiful villa with everything and with lots of bath (the pool suits everyone from baby to 75- years old), the view and have a wonderful vacaition, rent this house! The location near Split and Trogir, closeness to restaurants, markets and the ocean is perfect, just as the hosts are! Thank you so much for this time, maybe it will be a third time!

Discovered a gem

Just returned from an amazing week at this property. From the start great communication with Marin and Mario. Property was immaculate, superb location with water sports, boat hire, bars and restaurants on the doorstep although in a quiet street. Views absolutely stunning. Layout of property suited our family perfectly. Cannot give enough praise for this wonderful house and it’s hosts. We certainly hope to be back.

Perfect little Villa

We were a family of 6, 4 adults, 4 year old and a 20month old and stayed for 2 weeks, we all agree it was the perfect place to spend our 2 weeks in Croatia. The villa had everything you needed, it was clean, tidy and well equipped. The pool and pool area was fantastic and heated, which was perfect for our young children. We had amazing views and the property was perfect for walking, cycling and catching the boat taxi (5min walk) over to Trogir. Marin and Mario were great hosts, very friendly, attentive and were on hand to meet us and say good bye. Mario especially was very helpful and a great communicator. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, I highly recommend Villa Marin and Croatia in general, lots to see and do and the Croatian hospitality that we encountered was excellent. Thank you again Mario and Marin, we will be back in the future.

Lovely quiet place by the sea

Very comfortable house with a lovely view of the sea. The front veranda is perfect for breakfast or a nice dinner, and the pool area is private and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Marin and Mario made sure we had everything we needed, even checking in on us several times to make sure everything was ok. They are very thoughtful hosts.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Tolles, kleines Haus. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Alles scheint sehr neu zu sein. Der Blick von der Terrasse sowohl auch vom Poolbereich ist toll. Wir haben ganz besonders den Poolbereich mit der gemütlichen Lounge-Ecke genossen. Nebenan befindet sich ein Campingplatz mit Mobile Homes. Der Strand hier ist sehr schön, glasklares Wasser, sauber und sogar ein bisschen türkis am Anfang :-) Wir haben uns ein Boot gemietet und wurden direkt an der Unterkunft (ein paar Treppen nach unten) abgeholt. Supermarkt ist im Ort, wir sind Hauptsächlich nach Trogir gefahren (ca. 10 min), Plodine oder Konzum. Ein Ort weiter ist ein ganz toller Strand mit weissen Steinen, türkisblauem Wasser und kostenloser Schaukel im Wasser. Die Strandbar ist auch der absolute HIT! Tolle Getränke zu fairen Preisen. Der beste Strand den ich bisher in Kroatien gefunden habe!

Magnifique maison

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison, très bien située, spacieuse et particulièrement confortable. Nous avons aimé la qualité des prestations ( piscine, équipements intérieur, proximité immédiate avec la mer...). Le propriétaire est très sympathique et attentionné à l'égard des locataires. Nous recommandons absolument cette location si vous souhaitez passer un excellent séjour en Croatie.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful views in a beautiful home. A very short walk down the stairs to the Adriatic or you can swim in the gorgeous built in pool. Our hosts Marin and Mario were so accommodating. We had pastries and Cherry Cordial from our hosts when we arrived. We were traveling with our 1 year old granddaughter and it was so nice to have a downstairs room for her naps and sleep where she wouldn't hear us. Also they don't use Chlorine so we were able to take her swimmingin the pool. The home is located in a peaceful, sleepy town on the water and we really enjoyed the slow pace. We found a few excellent restaurants for dinners out and there is a water taxi to Trogir close by. I definitely recommend this property and if we return I would stay here again!

Great house, fantastic location and host

We - 2 families with kids- had amazing time in the property. We enjoyed beautiful sea view while sitting on terrace or using pool. Beach is only few meters away. One can also use facilities of camping Belvedere which is located right next to the house. House itself was very clean and offered everything we needed and even more! Bed linen and towels were changed during our 11 days stay, also cleaning service was provided. Contact with owners was perfect, they provided us with all necessary information, restaurants recommendation and very good wine for a start👍😊

Super Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit super Pool und in der Nähe vom Meer. Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Handtücher, Fön, Waschpulver einfach alles. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Bin auf dem Parkplatz auf ein Eisenteil drauf gekommen und den Reifen kaputt bekommen, hat der Vermieter promt bezahlt. Das Haus ist auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen.
