Una hermosa casa, a poca distancia de la playa y del mundialmente famoso Puerto Banús. La villa tiene una decoración moderna y una arquitectura fantástica, ya que los propietarios son arquitectos. La situación de la casa es perfecta. El Casino de Puerto Banús está a 10 minutos a pie, así como Puerto Banús y la playa (playa y Puerto Banús, 15-20 minutos a pie). Hay un mini mercado a la un vuelta de la esquina. Golf, playa, montañas, todo lo que imaginas. La casa tiene aire acondicionado (excepto apartamento en el sótano) y calefacción (calefacción por aire). Cuenta con una gran piscina, un hermoso jardín y estacionamiento disponible en la calle. Es una casa fantástica, la disfrutarás.

We were there for the 2025 Ironman 70.3 World Championships. Our villa was just as beautiful as in the pictures, it was quiet and relaxing which was perfect in our lead up to the race. We were welcomed upon arrival and given our keys and instructions. When someone parked across our driveway blocking us in, the host quickly helped us out, she was very responsive. The kitchen was well appointed and the showers were excellent!!

Everything was perfect for our stay as a family. Rita was the perfect host and responded very quickly to any queries during the check in process. The property is right next to the Real Padel Club of Marbella and less than 10 minutes by car to great golf courses including Los Naranjos. Cab service was very prompt using Uber and less than 10 euros to Puerto Banus marina.

Rita the host was super efficient and friendly. The whole villa was spotlessly clean. It was equipped with everything you could need. The pool though not heated was excellent we all used it every day of our stay. The area was good with shops (2) stocked with everything you could need. There was an Italian restaurant too although we preferred the short stroll to town to eat. Where there were many restaurants of all different cuisines. For the age groups in our party it was excellent. I think for elderly people with mobility issues and toddlers woukd have a problem though. We had a superb time.

Rita was the most wonderful host for her beautiful home. She is so responsive, kind and communicative. We could not have asked for more and she really went the extra mile for us to ensure we had everything we need for a most relaxing holiday. The villa is built in traditional style with true architectural flair and creative style. It is beautifully maintained with attention to detail. The pool is gorgeous, the environment quiet and relaxing and we had all we needed. We have already booked for next year.

This villa is quite exceptional.Beautifully designed with everything you need both inside and outside.My partner and I along with her teenage son and girlfriend had a wonderful week here. Rita, the lovely owner, welcomed us and was very responsive throughout the booking and also made herself available should we need her whilst we were there.We shall certainly be returning!

Impressive Villa

The villa accommodates a large family with ease and has the added benefit of a lovely self contained basement. It’s just 5 minutes by taxi to Puerto Banus and 15 minutes by taxi to the Old Town. It’s also just a 1 minute walk to Real Club Padel Marbella, a really popular Padel Club with a huge gym. We are a family of six, our children’s ages range from 9 through to 21 and they all loved the villa and the area.

Fantastic Villa

Family of 7 came to Marbella for sun and relaxation, which was made all the better with a spacious, clean and modern villa. Rita was exceptionally helpful and everything went smoothly. Lovely villa in great location. No hire car required. Uber/Taxi to the supermarket was approx 5 each way, and only 20 min walk into town. Fantastic stay.

Great stay

Villa is great and well equipped. The walk to Puerto Banus marina is about 20 minutes and you can walk alongside the A7 highway which Google Maps doesnt seem to show! Thats probably why a few other people have mentioned its slightly more difficult with young kids. Would stay again.

Family Wedding in Marbella

We had a fantastic time in this villa, everything was as it was in the description and pictures. The communication with Rita was excellent and check in was faultless. The villa itself is charming and exactly what we needed and well equipped and very clean. The location itself was a 5/10 minute uber ride to the main areas of Puerto Banus and Marbella Old Town, there are also x2 shops a couple of minutes from the property on foot. There were 8 of us staying at the villa for part of the duration and there was plenty room as it’s very spacious. The living areas are large too and the pool is very private and a great asset. The villa is also very secure. I would highly recommend this villa. Well done to Rita and her team….

Kort verblijf

De woning is ruim en schoon en uitstekend voor een verblijf met een groep. De tuin en het zwembad zijn goed onderhouden. Vanuit de woning kan je prima wandelen naar zee. De wijk is rustig in de maand April. Rita is een uitstekende host. Vriendelijk en rap met antwoorden.

Amazing property with really helpful owners

We returned from a week holiday in this property and would highly recommend. The communication is all direct with owner vs an agent which adds something extra. In the build up to flying, Rita was super communicative sending us all the information we needed and local recommendations. She was also super helpful throughout our stay and easily on hand for anything we needed. The property itself is very secure and child friendly. Very comfy and very well equipped with everything you need. While it was too cold for us to use the pool, it's a fantastic pool with an even better outdoor space. The layout of the house is perfect for large families as the basement level is essentially a separate apartment which gives a nice separate space. We would come back.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten die Villa eine Woche und mit vier Personen auch sehr viel Platz. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und die sehr guten Bewertungen sind nachvollziehbar. Ein Mietwagen ist m.E. notwendig. Rita war wundervoll und hat uns auch unterstützt, als wir bei der Abreise etwas vergessen hatten. Dafür auch 5 Sterne :-)

Lovely villa , good location

We enjoyed the proximity to puerto banus but would recommend a car as not easy to walk too . Villa was well equipped and good communication with Manager who looked after us well . Really enjoyed our stay

Great break in a great villa.

There were 8 adults celebrating various significant birthdays and we had a really good stay at the villa. Accommodation worked really well for us and we used the BBQ on a few evenings. The pool and garden were pretty good for sunbathing with enough sun beds and the pool a decent size.would definitely stay again as location was pretty good for access to PB with good restaurants/cafes/ bars a 15-20 min walk away.

Dear Rita, Thank you so much! The villa is just perfect. Spacious, each room is extremely comfortable- plenty of storage space. The air co is superb. Perfect Wi-Fi and TV services. Soy una profesora de inglés. Hace tiempo nos mudamos a una preciosa ciudad llamada Ronda por ese motivo hemos empezado alquilar nuestra casa en Marbella. La casa esta hecha por mi marido, quien es arquitecto y pintor de arte abstracto.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Me encanta que estemos cerca de la playa y cerca de restaurantes y justo al lado de un gimnasio exterior y club de padel.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The location is great, walking distance from beach and Puerto Banus. The urbanisation is quiet and everything is private for your personal use. The house is very nicely decorated to high standards since it was never made to rent it. It is comfortable as well as winter and summer, since it has air-conditioning which can heat too.You have Netflix, Prime on TV, as well as Spanish TV. Beds have comfortable mattresses, made from viscoelastic material, this will certainly make your stay very relaxing.
