Une belle maison, à distance de marche de la plage et du célèbre Puerto Banus. La villa a une décoration moderne et une architecture fantastique, car les propriétaires sont des architectes. La situation de la maison est tout simplement parfaite. Le Casino de Puerto Banus est à 10 minutes à pied, ainsi que Puerto Banus et la plage (plage et Puerto Banus à 15-20 minutes à pied). Il y a une supérette juste au coin de la rue. Golf, plage, montagnes, tout ce que vous imaginez. La maison dispose de la climatisation (sauf sous-sol) et du chauffage (chauffage par air). Il a une grande piscine, un joli jardin et un parking fermé pour deux voitures. C'est une maison fantastique, vous l'apprécierez.

The villa was beautiful and clean, Rita was so easy and responsive. The beds and bedding we're lovely and comfortable. The villa was well equipped and luxurious. Just small points, we'd have liked better quality towels and more tea towels, soap, etc to keep the villa tidy.

Everything was perfect for our stay as a family. Rita was the perfect host and responded very quickly to any queries during the check in process. The property is right next to the Real Padel Club of Marbella and less than 10 minutes by car to great golf courses including Los Naranjos. Cab service was very prompt using Uber and less than 10 euros to Puerto Banus marina.

We were there for the 2025 Ironman 70.3 World Championships. Our villa was just as beautiful as in the pictures, it was quiet and relaxing which was perfect in our lead up to the race. We were welcomed upon arrival and given our keys and instructions. When someone parked across our driveway blocking us in, the host quickly helped us out, she was very responsive. The kitchen was well appointed and the showers were excellent!!

This villa is quite exceptional.Beautifully designed with everything you need both inside and outside.My partner and I along with her teenage son and girlfriend had a wonderful week here. Rita, the lovely owner, welcomed us and was very responsive throughout the booking and also made herself available should we need her whilst we were there.We shall certainly be returning!

We enjoyed the proximity to puerto banus but would recommend a car as not easy to walk too . Villa was well equipped and good communication with Manager who looked after us well . Really enjoyed our stay

Great stay

Villa is great and well equipped. The walk to Puerto Banus marina is about 20 minutes and you can walk alongside the A7 highway which Google Maps doesnt seem to show! Thats probably why a few other people have mentioned its slightly more difficult with young kids. Would stay again.

Fantastic Villa

Family of 7 came to Marbella for sun and relaxation, which was made all the better with a spacious, clean and modern villa. Rita was exceptionally helpful and everything went smoothly. Lovely villa in great location. No hire car required. Uber/Taxi to the supermarket was approx 5 each way, and only 20 min walk into town. Fantastic stay.

Rita was the most wonderful host for her beautiful home. She is so responsive, kind and communicative. We could not have asked for more and she really went the extra mile for us to ensure we had everything we need for a most relaxing holiday. The villa is built in traditional style with true architectural flair and creative style. It is beautifully maintained with attention to detail. The pool is gorgeous, the environment quiet and relaxing and we had all we needed. We have already booked for next year.

Impressive Villa

The villa accommodates a large family with ease and has the added benefit of a lovely self contained basement. It’s just 5 minutes by taxi to Puerto Banus and 15 minutes by taxi to the Old Town. It’s also just a 1 minute walk to Real Club Padel Marbella, a really popular Padel Club with a huge gym. We are a family of six, our children’s ages range from 9 through to 21 and they all loved the villa and the area.

Great break in a great villa.

There were 8 adults celebrating various significant birthdays and we had a really good stay at the villa. Accommodation worked really well for us and we used the BBQ on a few evenings. The pool and garden were pretty good for sunbathing with enough sun beds and the pool a decent size.would definitely stay again as location was pretty good for access to PB with good restaurants/cafes/ bars a 15-20 min walk away.

The house was originally made for us by us, since my husband Antonio: is an architect and builder, for this reason the house is beautifully designed and very carefully constructed with all the highest qualities. You will be surprised how comfortable it is.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Marbella, is a beautiful vacation place with all the commodities of a big modern city, but still a small location by the sea. My husband and I were originally working in Marbella, so we made a house for us, which we were using for 3 years. Then for work possibilities we had to move 50 km away, to the beautiful city of Ronda, close to our family and we left the house in Marbella for a year empty. After this year we decided to rent it out. The house was originally build by us. It is very well located.

The location is great, walking distance from beach and Puerto Banus. The urbanisation is quiet and everything is private for your personal use. The house is very nicely decorated to high standards since it was never made to rent it. It is comfortable as well as winter and summer, since it has air-conditioning which can heat too.You have Netflix, Prime on TV, as well as Spanish TV. Beds have comfortable mattresses, made from viscoelastic material, this will certainly make your stay very relaxing.
