Enjoy the Master bedroom on the main floor with a luxurious master bath. The main floor has an open concept kitchen/dining/livingroom. Hardwood floors throughout the home. One guest room has a queen sized bed with the other boasting bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full). Bring the kids and enjoy kayaking, fishing or just floating in the provided tubes at the house. You can also enjoy the screened in porch with a cozy fire. There is also an open air deck great for watching the sun set.

Enjoy fishing right from the bank in the back yard! Guests have asked, yes, there is year round water to enjoy. River is great for Kayaking, tubing, fishing or just walk down the amazing steps right into the river for a cool off. Owner can recommend fishing guide services or transport for tubing fun to end your journey at the house. Tubes are on site, 2 kayaks, ease into the river.

This riverfront home has a fully stocked kitchen, linens provided and games to play. Can Jam, Horseshoes, ring toss, a pool table to enjoy during your stay. You won't want to leave the property. End your relaxing day around the firepit and roast some marshmallows.

Our riverfront home is located halfway between Murphy and Hayesville, North Carolina (Just 2 Hours North Of Atlanta!) in the Smoky Mountains. Other nearby attractions include Brasstown Valley Resort and Golf (only 10 miles away), Fires Creek (wilderness area), Shooting Creek, Elf, and Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee is only 10 minutes away. Helen, GA is a short 30 minutes away. You can also enjoy the most amazing white water rafting in the area. (1996 Olympics were held on the Ocoee River)-30 minutes away.
