About Michael Unsworth
We are an English couple who live in the Midlands and have always loved Cyprus and so decided to purchase a property for our own use and to rent out to guests. We have hopefully fitted the apartment out to the highest standard and tried to think of everything we would want and more to make sure our guests have the perfect experience and want for nothing during there holiday. We are always available to answer any questions people might have and always try to respond quickly.

Why Michael Unsworth chose Peyia
This apartment is large in size @106 Sq/Mtrs with a Large 33 Sq/Mtr balcony that is south facing so you can sit outside in either the sun or under the covered veranda side of the balcony and watch both the sunrise and sunset due to its elevated setting in the village of Peyia or Pegia can be spelt both ways. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and with unobstructed views that are outstanding across the coastline and rolling hills for you to enjoy. The balcony has a table and 6 chairs for alfresco dinning and 4 sunloungers for you to relax, we have a further 4 sunbeds down by the swimming pool if you prefer this to the balcony.
What makes this Apartment unique
We have free Wifi for all guests and have a good supply of books and DVD's for guests if they wish to use them and also a XBMC box that allows access to British TV channels and for the younger members of the family plenty of Children's TV programs also. We also provide Beach Towels for all Guests and for those staying longer than 10 nights a free change of bedding and hand and bath towels at the end of each week of occupancy.

- Notes on accommodation: All rooms have dual air-conditioning/heating units, Ceiling Fans. The apartment is suitable for Families or Couples who are looking for luxurious holiday venue. The apartment is Non Smoking other than on the outside balcony. Outside: The apartment has a large balcony with 4 sun loungers for you to Sunbathe in private, and a covered area with table and 6 chairs for you to relax and watch the breathtaking sunsets while enjoying drink. There is a large shared pool with room for sun loungers, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi bath, showers and changing room. We also have available Lilos, rings etc for around the pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Apartment is cleaned for your arrival and fresh linen and towels provided. The towels and bed linen will be changed weekly for Stays of two weeks or more included in price of booking, ( Excluding Beach towels). Other: The XMBC box attached to Tv gives access to all british Tv channels and Filmon films, Internet, Kids channels etc. Beach towels also supplied for your usage but not changed during your stay.

Perfect!
Returned home a few days ago after a stay in Mike and June’s fabulous apartment. What can I say- it was perfect! First of all the view from the balcony is incredible, but the apartment itself is just ideal. It’s light and airy, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need- a home away from home. The large balcony is great for sunbathing and the pool area is lovely- very quiet.
Can’t recommend it highly enough if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

Apartment with everything you could need and fantastic views
Fully equipped with everything you could need and has been updated to a very high standard
Holiday in Peyia
This was the 4th time we had used the apartment and as ever we had a wonderful time. The apartment has everything you need and the most wonderful view from the large balcony. It has recently had some updates and this just added to the fact that we would recommend this apartment. You will see from the bookings for next year there aren't many dates left.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a wonderful holiday
Apartment is fresh, bright and clean. Amazing views. Peaceful with a great pool and only two minutes drive from the village with lots of cafes and bars. 10 minutes down to Coral Bay for sandy beach.

Special interest holidays:
Mountain bike hire is available in nearby Coral Bay, with easy access to the Akamas Peninsula, which also has excellent walking facilities.
Horse riding and scuba diving are all within easy access.
Coast/Beach:
Coral bay with its golden sandy beach and watersports is approx 3.5 kilometers away (approx 10 mins by car).
Polis and Latchi with its lovely beach and marina is about 30 mins drive away.
Travel:
Paphos airport is approx 30 mins drive from the apartment and Larnaca approx 90 mins drive. Car hire is Highly recommended for the duration of your stay, and to allow you to explore the many beautiful parts of the island that require a car to reach them. If you would prefer not to hire a car we can arrange for pick up and return by CY TAXIS who offer a professional and reliable service at a cost to be agreed at time of booking with them.
Distances:
Pegia Village is within 10-15 mins walk down the hill from the apartment and a little longer coming back up, and is well equipped with a good selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, butchers, delicatessen and DVD rental.
Coral Bay is 10 mins drive and has a lovely beach and a further good selection of restaurants and bars.
Paphos Town is 20 mins drive with its beaches, excellent shops, restaurants and bars.

A new bus service has been introduced from Paphos Airport to Coral Bay at a cost of 3 Euros for adults. For departure times see http://www.pafosbuses.com/cyprus/busroute/15. If you have opted to be met at the airport CY TAXI'S will meet you there and take you to the apartment complex.
