Villa Provençale de Charme avec Piscine Chauffée et Jardin Privé à Valbonne

Nichée au calme, à quelques minutes à pied du charmant village de Valbonne, cette séduisante villa provençale accueille confortablement 8 personnes. Avec 230m² habitables, elle propose une cuisine entièrement équipée s'ouvrant sur une vaste terrasse couverte de 100m², aménagée en salon et salle à manger extérieurs, parfaite pour profiter du cadre serein. L'espace estival inclut un coin barbecue, idéal pour des repas en plein air, face à la piscine clôturée de 10 x 4,5 m offrant une vue dégagée et une douche extérieure pour plus de commodité. Beautiful Valbonne villa

Our family (3 adult couples, 2 infants) had a lovely stay at this villa in Valbonne. Plenty of space for everyone, beautiful gardens and refreshing pool. Just a couple minute walk from the main square. Dreaming of our next vacation to the Cote d'Azur!

Perfect stay in Valbonne

We just got back from a wonderful, week-long stay at this perfect rental in Valbonne. The house is great, has a fantastic pool, garden, patio, play house, swings and a bocce court (!!!!). But the the most amazing thing about this house is that it's literally a 5 minute walk to the village of Valbonne, which is one of the best villages I have ever been to in France. This is a perfect house for your next holiday!

Excellent villa

Great location just by the Village. Nice mountain views. House was cosy and clean! Yard is perfect for the kids with swings, play house and pool. Petanque field and ping pong were nice for the whole family. Host, Sylvie, was very nice and responsive. We will definitely be back!

A paradise for families with small children

After 5 years of staying at the same property near St. Tropez we decided to try something new, and spent a week here. The house was impeccable, everything worked as advertised, instructions are well documented on laminated pieces of paper, and our hosts were incredibly gracious: Fanny waited for us (our flight was delayed by 8 hours) until 11.30 pm to check us in. The property has its own playground (a small house, a slide, and swings) which our kids (1.5, 4 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed. For the adults (or older kids), the ping pong table was another welcome addition. The village center (bakeries, small Spar grocery store, cafes) is but a 5 minute walk down a steep path, and we loved having fresh bread every morning. I would advise anyone renting a larger car (we rented an Espace-size minivan) to get insurance with it because access to the house is up a steep hill and through some pretty tight turns. You absolutely get better at it but it could cost you a couple of scratches by the time you do. I definitely recommend this house.

Séjour exceptionnel!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique maison avec un couple d’amis et leurs enfants. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants entre 3 et 6 ans. Les enfants se sont éclatés: ils ont pu profiter des nombreux jeux et activités à leur disposition: toboggan, balançoires, ping pong, pétanque et bien sur la piscine chauffée (très bien sécurisée pour la tranquillité d esprit des parents). Toutes ces activités ont également fait le bonheur des adultes 😁 La maison était très propre, spacieuse et très bien équipée (bbq, ustensiles de cuisines, serviettes, machine à laver la vaisselle et le linge, sèche linge, cocotte minute...). Le centre ville et ses commerces étaient accessibles à pieds; ce qui était très appréciable surtout le matin pour aller chercher le pain frais. La maison est un peu difficile d accès si vous avez une grosse voiture mais cela est vite oublié quand vous arrivez à la maison. Merci beaucoup à Fanny pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons, sans aucun doute séjourner dans cette maison.

Un séjour paradisiaque

La maison est sublime, très bien entretenue et très agréable à vivre. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Située à 5 minutes a pied du village avec une vue magnifique ! Toute la famille a apprécié la piscine, le terrain de boule et la table de Ping pong dans un environnement très calme. Un très très grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs disponibilités pendant notre séjour et tout particulièrement à Fanny qui a vraiment été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous reviendrons très vite 😊

Lovely villa in a charming town

Our stay at Villa Tainfony was perfect. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had the best time. The villa itself is very nicely laid out and exceeds expectations. The size was perfect for our family of 5 and could have easily fitted another couple of people. The views are breathtaking and the location is ideal. Just a short walk from the town center where a variety of restaurants and shops can be found. The villa is ideally Located with easy access to major roads that lead to the different villages around and to the coast. As it there’s have mentioned, the roads leading to the villa are a bit tight so best to have a car on the smaller side. We would highly recommend it!

A Fabulous Villa in a Great Location

Villa Tainfony is a wonderful villa very close to the Centre of beautiful Valbonne. It was everything and more than we expected with for our three generation family. The communication with the owners was fantastic from our original enquiry to the end of our stay. We hope very much to return and would highly recommend it.

Family vacation

The house was lovely as were the views and the gardens. The pool was beautiful and they had a great play area for small children in the back yard. The covered patio in the back was a great area for coffee and breakfast in the morning as well as cocktails and dinner in the evening. It was a great location for visiting the markets downtown with a quick 5 minute walk. Fanny and her dad were very attentive to any of our needs. My only suggestions would b to have liquid soap in the kitchen and bathrooms and an extra set of bath towels in the master bathroom.

Amazing house & location!

Perfectly equipped house for families with small children. Fully fenced pool and immidiate area around house. Just steps away from beautiful Valbonne. Immaculate cleanliness, and nothing is busted or half-way. Everything works. Rent a fairly small car, or be prepared to evolve your driving skills.

thank you very much John. Exactly ! ;) our house is in a path directly accessible from the village. Which makes all the charm to walk to the village from the house. I, all our neighbors and most of our tenants have big cars. It's a question of usual :) When you will come back i m sure you will not choose a small car because you will be expert! hope to see you soon and it will be for us with a real pleasure.

Beautiful house conveniently located near excellent village

Very nice house, and friendly owners. Spacious and with excellent facilities, enough to entertain 6 adults! We made good use of the pool, which can be lit at night, great for cooling off in. The mini gym and sauna were also very much appreciated and a nice extra touch. Being so close to the village, just a 5 minute walk, really was the icing on the cake, as Valbonne is such a charming large village with plenty of friendly restaurants, bistros, bars and excellent shops selling beautiful homewares, linens, wine, chocolates, cheese etc and enough eating places to amuse us for 2 weeks. Whilst there we visited the local market and an antiques market which proved popular. Our favourite beach, Plage Joseph at Antibes, quiet, sophisticated, relaxing, and in a small bay where we could snorkel and has it's own very decent restaurant, was within an easy driving distance as well as Cannes and Nice, where there were plenty of water sports available for our 4 adult kids in their 20s and 30s! Great huge Carrefour just outside Cannes, and a superb Grand Frais selling fresh meats, cheeses, fish and vegetables, in Mouans Sartoux, ideal for BBQs! The house proved to be a fantastic base from which to explore and 2 weeks wasn't anywhere near enough time. We will return!

Delightful house in a perfect location.

This is a lovely family house in a perfect location - a few minutes walk down a hill into the delightful village of Valbonne which has several great restaurants and a bustling Friday market. The house was very clean and suited our party of 6 adults well. The garden is gorgeous and well kept as is the pool. Melanie, who greeted us on our (late) arrival, was very helpful and responded promptly to any queries we had. The deposit is high but was returned the day after we got home. We would certainly stay here again.

A beautiful house in a lovely village

I first reviewed this house following our stay in 2012. We have just had our 4th holiday here and have already booked for 2018. This is a beautiful family home, in which our family (2 adult children, their partners and a grandchild) enjoy everything that a french village, the surrounding countryside and the riviera resorts have to offer. The house is a delight, as is Valbonne, which we first visited 26 years ago.Everything is as described and, in reality, better than that. The house is impeccably maintained and we had perfect service from the owners and their representatives.The local restaurants and shops are excellent, and we keep going back to them. This house is to be highly recommended.

Great property, lovely location

This is a luxury villa with stunning views and a great heated swimming pool. It was very clean and tidy. We were a party of 6 adults, one 3 year old and a 1 year old. The swimming pool was securely fenced and even had an alarm. The villa is situated part way up a steep hill, only 5 minutes walk down to the charming village of Valbonne but more like 10 minutes back! The facilities are excellent. The only slight downside was that the a/c upstairs was a bit difficult to adjust. Charming owners who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The deposit seemed a bit high but it is the owners' home and was returned promptly after our stay. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends.

Beautiful location, well kept, family oriented

Property is easy walk to village with a lovely pool and covered outdoor dining area. Very well kept. Great views. Only challenge was electronic gate which was sticking, making it difficult to access property.

Many thanks for your review! Effectively I know that we have not all the same ease to drive a big car. Our tenants comes usually with big cars ( big taxi 4*4 porshe cayen...) and have never expressed this difficulty. Merryline wrote me that she wanted to come back. I conclude that you really liked our house and its location if you want come back when you lived electronic gate like a challenge. Many thanks!

Clean, organised and well equipped

We had a very nice stay in the Villa. It was very well located close to the village. It was very comfortable for my family and friends. It is situated at the top of a hill and the last part of the hill may be a little difficult for older people. The outside areas were well maintained and the pool was kept clean and a good temperature. I did feel that perhaps more information about Valbonne and the surrounding area could be left for guests. Especially with regards to restaurants, take away food and supermarkets etc. There is a lot of information on how to leave the villa and cleaning but not enough information about what the area has to offer! That's just a suggestion for the future. It's a lovely home and one of the best rental villas I have stayed in.

A Wonderful Retreat - we will return

This is the house we have been looking for since our in laws sold their French house up the road in Bar sur Loup 6 years ago! Heated pool, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, and close to all our old favourite activities of 20 years visiting. The garden is at one with the house and has beautiful views over the azure countryside. Clean, accurate descriptions, and help over the telephone when we asked for it. We will be back. The villa was beautiful. It was immaculate. It had everything that we needed. It was even better than described and the pictures do not do it justice. The views from the villa are breath-taking.
