Modern luxury top floor apartment situated directly on the award winning Marina de Lagos boasting outstanding views across the harbour to the historic old town of Lagos beyond. Spacious open plan lounge/diner with patio doors down two sides leading to front Marina view, front balcony and side balconies. Fully equipped open plan modern kitchen with patio doors leading out to side balcony overlooking open grassed area with palm trees. Tv and access to our private Internet / WIFI connection. Master bedroom with balcony to side and large ensuite bathroom which was completely renovated March 2025. Twin bedroom with balcony to side. Separate shower room again completely renovated March 2025. Sofa bed in lounge for additional guests. All rooms have air conditioning. Conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the town, beach, supermarket, railway and bus stations. The Marina itself is host to numerous cafes, bars and restaurants.

A wonderful apartment with a superb view of the marina and in an excellent location for the old town, restaurants and shops. The pool complex at the Marina Club resort was perfect for families and very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and were very grateful for the great communication and support from the owner Nicola and the local host Emma. Would definitely return here in the future.

This apartment is perfectly located within easy walking distance of all amenities. It has a spectacular setting overlooking the marina and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again. Be aware that there is no lift and it's on the top floor so there are quite a few steps to walk up, we just used it as the perfect excuse to eat plenty because the calories would so easily be burned off! Thank you Nicola and Emma for a fantastic holiday, it was a break well and truly needed and enjoyed!

Lovely Top Floor Apartment

Lovely top floor apartment with balconies all around so you can get the sun all day. Nice easy walking distance to Town,Supermarket & Beach. Bars/Restaurants very close by.

Stunning marina view

We had a great time in Lagos. The apartment was as described, comfortable, spacious with great views of the marina. The use of the pool in the hotel beside the property was great to cool off. It’s also quiet at night which was good for sleeping. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the marina , excellent for food and excursions

Loved the view ,drinks on the balcony in the evening were fav moments . Beds need a mattress on top of box springs , needs a deep clean ,shower worked great , very airy apartment . stairs were a challenge but we did it lol

So sorry the beds weren’t to your liking, funnily enough my friend stayed recently and suggested it was the best nights sleep she had had in ages and found them really comfortable, but everyone is different. After speaking to you regarding the Deep Clean comment as obviously this was a concern to me it appears your main issues were the patio door runners and external shutters, unfortunately Lagos had been experiencing sand storms at this time which is difficult to keep on top of. However your comments are important to us and all have been taken on board. So glad these issues did not impact on your enjoyment of the area and stay with us.

Wonderful apartment. Loved the large balcony with a table for six. The Marina is quiet at night. Beaches aren't super close but are still within walking distance. Would recommend!

Exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic location with outstanding views. Well equipped clean modern top floor apartment with many thoughtful little extras. Great access to local bars and restaurants with Lagos centre and great beaches only a short and pleasant walk away. With an additional bonus of access to the nearby hotel facilities.

Great location in Lagos

The location and the amenities were great. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and activities. We were greeted by Emma who made sure we had all the relevant information, which was very helpful. Wifi was spotty and carrying bags up to the 4th floor was a chore, but if you at ok with those 2 minor items, this place is for you.

Wonderful time in Lagos

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s apartment in Lagos. The top floor apartment is in an excellent location overlooking the marina with lots of restaurants nearby. Train station is 10 min walk and bus station and Old Town 15-20 min walk. Communication with Nicola and Emma (her representative in Lagos) was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed Lagos

A warm welcome from Emma and good to have a welcome pack - Wine, water bread, cheese and butter. Comfortable bed, ample hot water and shower pressure, lovely white bath towels, beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with the addition of an air-fryer now. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that there are 51 steps and no lift, although my wife and I are both fit and in our 70s, we managed with no problem except when carrying luggage.

Outstanding

Wow. This apartment was just amazing, the views from the balcony were spectacular and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is located a stone’s throw away from the marina with bars and restaurants on your doorstep and a supermarket 5 minutes away. Even though you are so close to the Marina it was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was perfect for what we needed with 2 teenagers. There was also use of the pool in the hotel complex next door which was just a few hundred meters away. I honestly couldn’t recommend this apartment enough and would definitely book again.

Beautiful property with amazing marina views

Myself partner and 2 friends came to. Stay at this property We were met with the lovely Emma who as so helpful and had already left some basics along with a great bottle of wine which was just a brilliant welcome The view from the property is amazing with a wrap around balcony so can chill either in our out of the sun The bedrooms were lovely plenty of storage space and again a small balcony one each one should you want some space The property is right on the marina with plenty of bars and restaurants and we even had access to the Club Marina pool which was large and not too busy,also lunch there was brilliant I recommend the shrimp tacos Although you are near the bars there is no noise beautifully quiet area Short walk over the bridge and you are in the town with lots of different options for lunch ,brunch and dinner and plenty of local bars even in October the town was lively with some lovely shops to browse Recommend for brunch a place behind the cinema called Goji amazing food and friendly staff also the garden and Mullens who have amazing peri peri ,just before the brisge there are some street food places Pearl is amazing fresh oysters ,small plates and nice wine ! Only thing as a warning in the property is no lift it wasn’t a problem at all for us especially when you have the view but just in case you are travelling with elderly relatives (our average ages are 60 lol ) Can’t wait to come again. I’m sorry you felt the need to only give a three stars review here, our advertising does advise that there is no lift available to the apartment. I did feel we were very accommodating in providing a full refund on your arrival without question once it was established that you couldn’t manage the stairs. I do hope you still managed to enjoy your stay in Lagos and I’m sorry our apartment did not work out for you .

2 week stay in August with small children

Had the most amazing stay with my husband and two young children in August. Apartment had everything you could possibly want. Apartment pool is fab and restaurant has great food, no need to leave the sunbed during the day. Only fault was there was no lift, this may not suit older people or people with a disability. Overall had a lovely family holiday. Thanks Nicola

Marina location

Overall a great location, close to town walking distance to nice restaurants, access to pool area at marina club great view with large balcony verandah , only thing we have a complaint about are the beds very thin mattresses most uncomfortable and too low almost on the floor, which makes it hard to get up when you are a senior without assistance, also no T.V. Which was unusual, Also lots of stairs to climb no elevator. Other than that we would recommend this apartment, great view of marina.

Fantastic apartment

A lovely apartment in a great location. Very helpful contact with owner and manager. We were left some goodies as our daughter was celebrating a birthday. Wrap around balcony. About 10 min walk into the old town. Lovely use of pool. Recommend visiting local beaches, really good water sports. We used Uber to get to the beaches, easy and reliable. Also recommend kayaking trips from the marina.

Great location, lovely property

There really is nothing to fault in this lovely apartment which is well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The bed and sofas were comfortable and there is both bath and shower. The location is superb - very near great restaurants, relatively short walk to the old town and beach, great place to join boat trips, convenient for the supermarket, bus and train station and a gym (at the marina hotel).

The beautiful Algarve

Our time in Nicola's Agarve Apartment was lovely. It couldn't be located in a better place - directly on the marina with a beautiful water view, within easy walking distance to many amazing restaurants, steps away from the train station, 10 minutes to the bus station and old town. Nicola was very approachable and easy to contact; her contact in the Algarve (Emma) was lovely to work with and very responsive. We had an issue with the AC/heat that was addressed immediately. Highly recommend this apartment.

Short Stay Winter Holiday

Excellent location overlooking Marina and ideal for sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Many thanks to Nicola(Property Owner) for the email communication and information sent prior to arrival. Would stay in this apartment again.

We live in Scotland where the weather is not known to be great! So love every chance to escape to warmer climes. We love Portugal and the Portuguese people and have made many friends on our visits to Lagos which we now treat as a second home. We work for ourselves building our own designed properties locally and more recently have enjoyed the challenge of building our villa here in Portugal. We love exploring Europe and finding new places, traveling in our motor-home and spending as much time as possible in Lagos. I'd say we work hard and play hard...we both enjoy our outdoor sports, skiing, walking, cycling, horse riding and more recently power boating and sailing (since coming to Lagos).

Working for yourself and from home often means long hours with not a lot of chill out time. We wanted somewhere we could enjoy time and time again within easy reach of the UK and Lagos fits that bill. Someone once told us that after your third visit you'll not want to leave.. and its true Lagos certainly gets under your skin! Being able to relax and take it easy, or be as energetic as you like....it's a place for everyone from couples to families or groups of friends. The location of our apartment couldn't be better, once we arrive there's everything we need and everything's within walking distance so we can just chill out and enjoy our break. There's no better feeling than sitting on our balcony with a glass of chilled wine watching the yachts berth below.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our apartment offers one of the best views in the Marina, we wouldn't swap that for the world, the feeling you get on first arriving and opening those shutters still takes our breath away. The station is walking distance so a car is not really necessary, and supplies are easily picked up from the supermarket, only a 2 min walk away. Town is only a 10 minute stroll over the Marina footbridge and along the cobbled aveneda, and there's always space on the 5km long Meia Praia beach, again only a 10 minute walk.
