This unique luxury two bedroom property is located in one of the most sought after residences in Cannes called Parc Aiguebel. It is a very secure complex located close to the centre of Cannes. It is beautifully decorated and fully air-conditioned throughout. It has a large ground floor terrace to the rear of the building and a first floor balcony at the front overlooking two beautiful swimming pools. This popular residence also has a tennis court, private garage parking and an on-site guardian. The apartment is ten minutes walk from Cannes city centre and the congress hall is about a 15-20 minute walk down the road.

Really lovely accommodation with fabulous view from the balcony of the two pools, lit up in the evening and very beautiful. A 25-minute walk to the beach and the centre of Cannes and a 15-minute walk to the station. There are shops and bars/cafes nearby and the pools are lovely. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need. It’s spacious for a family of four with a lovely patio at the back and a large balcony at the front. We had a very happy stay.

Absolutely fabulous

Everything about our stay was perfect. The host and their manager were very helpful and accomodating and communication was excellent. The apartment is lovely, exactly as advertised, well appointed, clean and very comfortable, our every need catered for. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court and only a short walk in to Cannes centre it was perfect. We took some of Ciaran's recommendations for restaurants and shops and were not dissapointed. Excellent all round.

Excellent facilities and great location

Great apartment and residence, clean, safe, quiet and convenient. Excellent check in and communication. Convenient location, just 2 blocks uphill, 10min walking distance to bakery, 15 mins to Supermarket, 20 mins to rue d’Antibes and 25 to the beach. On the negative side, we expected a better bed, would recommend a Nespresso machine and had some issues with the residents / pool security because the kids were too noisy or too present in the pool….

Beautiful Residence and Appartment. All very spacious - clean and very quiet. It was my 1st time as a VRBO client. I recommend that place to everyone. Perfect for Family Holidays. Sabine ( the owner’s represent person ) was there to help in case of any inconvenience. Wasn’t my case. So everything was really perfect! Will be back!

Dream Vacay, What a place!

Ciaran, our super host, was amazing as was the property - as advertised (and more)! Beautiful complex, safe area, clean grounds and pools suited for couples and families. Very quiet area yet close enough to all amenities. With a 15 minute walk to main area and 20 or so to the beach. We had a car and parking was fine. There was an underground unit private to the unit but we never needed to use it. The unit itself had all the amenities you would need and AC was quiet and the view to the pool was fantastic to eat dinner. The rear yard was private for apres sun beverage. Can’t say enough about our stay other than we will be back. Thank you Ciaran! For our amazing family memories.

Fabulous holiday

This is a lovely property in a peaceful location, nice to come back to on a evening and sit on the balcony after the lively resort. It’s a 15/20min walk to the centre and beach which we didn’t find bad at all, it was quite nice to have a leisurely stroll before dinner. The host provided recommendations of restaurants which was a great help especially in the first few days. A must is Le Jardin, a very pretty restaurant tucked away and only a short walk from the apartment. Even though we were there in August we had the gorgeous pool to ourselves most of the time which is a rare find! Overall a lovely place to stay

Great stay in Cannes!

Check in was straightforward and helpful with Sabine. Info prior to stay was helpful from Ciaran. Apartment was wonderful, home from home. spacious and kitchen very well stocked. Pool area was lovely and often had this to ourselves. The only downside was there was no provision of sun loungers, perhaps because these are owner occupied or mid season? We found some padded lounger covers that we used with Sabine’s permission. We also highlighted to Sabine during our stay that the air con in the main bedroom dripped water so we switched this off in the night as it dripped on my head! This was not responded too, but she was helpful on all other matters. We were pleased we were able to store our luggage after checking out as our flight was late. We were requested to check out at 9am but our booking stated 10am which was honoured after a number of communications during our stay. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property if you want peace and quiet, a quality property to stay in and are happy with a 20-25 min walk to the centre, which we were happy with. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Cannes. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in an ideal location - perfect for our family holiday! Sabine was very helpful and at the end of the phone to deal with any queries we had during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Excellente location entre mer et piscine !

Location exceptionnelle, d'une qualité irréprochable. Il y a une terasse et un balcon alors que ce n'est pas un duplex donc pas de prise de tête avec des escaliers c'est vraiment bien et très étonnant ! Les deux chambres disposent d'un accès direct a la terasse, la cuisine et le salon donnent l'accès au balcon avec vue sur les 2 piscines. L'appartement est magnifique. Quant aux piscines... elles sont super belles !!! La première est mieux pour les enfants car elles n'a pas beaucoup de profondeur et la seconde est tout l'inverse ! C'est une piscine a débordement avec beaucoup de profondeur, idéal pour faire de bonnes longueur. En plus d'être une piscine a débordement c'est également une piscine avec un aspect lagon, on rentre dans l'eau petit à petit comme si on était a la plage ! Elles sont toutes les deux très grandes donc on ne se marche pas dessus entre voisins c'est agréable. La location est a 15mn a pied du centre ville et 20 de la plage, on l'a fait tous les jours alors que je suis une feignante de base donc c'est vraiment facile. La gare est a 10mn a pied donc très pratique également. Cette location est vraiment le pied à terre idéal pour profiter de Cannes, la côte d'Azur, les piscines, le soleil et la mer !! Seul chose a relever : on a pas trouvé le barbecue mais c'est peut être pas possible d'en faire en résidence, on a pas posé la question. En tout cas si on doit revenir a cannes ce sera via cette location et grâce a cette location !!!

Zeer mooi appartement in een veilige omgeving dichtbij het centrum en stranden.

Appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping van een beveiligd complex. Er is een bewaker aanwezig en de auto kan binnen de poort geparkeerd worden. Het appartement is groot, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met zowel de eigenaar als de beheer is zeer goed. Ze helpen je bij alles en beantwoorden al je vragen goed en snel. We hebben genoten in dit appartement. Onze kinderen vonden de zwembaden heerlijk. Wij vonden het centrum en de stranden met het warme weer wel te ver om te lopen. Helaas is Cannes wel een erg drukke stad waar autorijden en parkeren niet altijd makkelijk is maar desondanks is dit een centrale locatie van waaruit je vele uitstapjes in de omgeving kunt maken.

I work in Information Technology with a mobile telephone company. My wife is a doctor and works in a hospital in Dublin. We have three young children ranging in age from 13 to 17. We are an active family and love to do things together when we travel. We bought this property as a family investment after we had several disappointing package holidays where the apartment standards did not live up to the expectations the brochures set for us.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. It is beautifully appointed and its location within this premium residence gives it stunning views from the 1st floor terrace which overlooks one of the nicest split level swimming pool complexes you will ever come across.

We absolutely loved the town of Cannes as it is an all year round resort with many flights to nearby Nice airport and it has loads of very good reasonable restaurants. It is also an excellent springboard location to set off and explore many other sites in the Cote D'Azur region.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The property is set back about 1km from the seafront (Carlton Hotel) and this allows us to enjoy the benefits of being close to the town centre without being on top of it. The apartment itself is really well appointed and with the swimming pools and tennis court and is very self contained if you do not want to go out to the nearby beaches and amenities. There is a guardian in the apartment building and the complex itself is very well maintained with beautifully manicured gardens. The property is located close to a small town square where there are fantastic boulangeries and several supermarkets.
