Located on the most prestigious residential road of Nice, boulevard Victor Hugo in the heart of Carré d'or, This luxury 2 bedroom art deco-style apartment of 100 square meter is at only two minute walking distance from the 'Pedestrian zone', Promenade des Anglais and the sea and at only 5 minute walk from the main shopping district (Avenue Jean Medecin) and the old town. The apartment faces south and north and its trans versant.

Furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, with King Size bed and high quality mattresses, the apartment is both elegant and comfortable.

An amazing apartment on the most beautiful avenue in Nice. The apartment manager was extremely accommodating. We have visited Nice several times and this experience was the best ever. The sea view apartments are inferior. This spacious 2 bedroom apartment comes with a living room, dining room and modern kitchen in a nice building. Roxanne went out of her way to make our stay fantastic.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood that’s an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Roxanne was wonderful. She was right on time when we met for checkin and checkout. She always responded promptly to our messages, and she had great recommendations for restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in the heart of Carre D'or. Our host Roxane was terrific. We would have booked for two months next year but the apartment was already taken. Whether you stay for a week or a few months, this the apartment to book.

The location is perfect - walking distance or a quick Uber ride to all the city's major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances. The host, Roxane, was more than helpful, recommending local restaurants, sights to visit, and more. Usual response time was less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to stay in Nice.
