Casa de piedra de influencia árabe y romana, completamente reformada fiel al estilo mallorquín, situada en Biniaraix. Zona muy tranquila, ideal para el reposo y unas vacaciones agradables.

La casa consta de:

• Entrada, sala de estar.
• Cocina (equipada con lavavajillas) – comedor.

• Sala de estar de estilo rústico con chimenea y terraza exterior cubierta. Climatizada.
• Patio con coladuría y aseo.
• Sótano para guardar leña.
• Terraza exterior ideal para comidas al aire libre (barbacoa disponible) y con buenas vistas.

En la entrada hay una estufa de leña que ambienta toda la casa, tres estufas a gas y calefactores en cada baño.

The house is wonderfull, surrounding very nice. Parking is hard and on a street leading to Fornalutx, but we always found a spot.

Beautiful village next to the mountains

Nice stay in a beautiful area. Remarks: Boss of the rental agency is only able to speak Spanish or French. Electricity is sold like gold. Parking is critical, difficult to find something and high risk of damages.

A beautiful stay in a hamlet in the mountains

The house is a beautiful old property in traditional style. We didn't take a car and did a lot of walking (30 minutes from Soller) but the area was so beautiful we didn't mind. You can walk straight on to the mountain trail from the house which was stunning. The best thing about the house is the upper terrace on the second floor which looks out over the mountains and the valley.

Our vacation sept oct 2023

We really enjoyed everything very much: the nice house, the village, walking in the surroundings, the restaurant in Biniaraix, etc. The only problem was that the streets are very narrow. So driving with te car was a challenge. But somehow we made it.

Amazing Traditional Property in a Village Setting

The property is spacious and full of character. The street level patio provided morning shade and was perfect for breakfast with its views across the valley and the roof terrace provided a shady lunch spot and sunny evening spot with a stunning panoramic view. Great walks to be had right on the doorstep. We didn't rent a car and found the buses to be reliable and cheap. Our one very small criticism is that we did not receive any clear check-in instructions, which caused a bit of confusion. We would love to return one day.

The good: The beds were surprisingly comfortable. We had a full kitchen, it was fairly quiet, rooms are not right next to each other, the view is amazing, the town is small, and the owner is responsive. Even though we didn't have A/C in the rooms, even during July-Aug, it wasn't that hot with a fan running and windows open. The house was clean. There are fans in all bedrooms and the downstairs living area. Has a washing machine. Is located minutes from Soller. The not so perfect: There's only A/C on the top floor. There are a lot of stairs. I'm 5'11" and bumped my head several times going in and out of the shared bathroom. The owner doesn't speak English, but we figured it out. The owner wants cash for tourist tax and electricity, and I fortunately had enough cash on me at checkout, so be sure to plan for it. Parking is down the street and make sure you fold your mirrors in. The streets in town are very narrow, so if renting a car, get something somewhat compact.

Great base for mountain walks

The property is utterly charming- wonderful views and beautifully located in the heart of the village. It is of course and old property and has drawbacks associated with this - creaking shutters, rather dark and a bit cold. Parking is a major issue so be prepared to walk some distance ti and from the car. Parking is even worse in Soller and it is quite a long way to walk in the evening if you have been out all day. The village bar and restaurant are great but not open every day. It wouldn’t be to everyone’s taste but we loved it and had a very enjoyable few days.

Hola. La casa esta renovada con un caracter mallorquin y unas buenas vistas al valle. Despues de casi dos años de mas tranquilidad, este año hemos tenido mas clientes de lo normal en el bar lo que esplica que al final hemos cerrado dos dias semanales por descanso.

Stunning terrace in perfect location

Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. It’s difficult to park in the village so when we found a space we left the car there and went out on foot. Minor quibble - the listing details need some updating. There is no hot tub and the air con is only in one room. There are fans however and the thick walls keep the house cool. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

Well equipped and good location

The house was spacious and had everything we needed. There are great walks heading out from the village which is a really nice place to be based. Pedro the owner can often be found running the Bar Bodega (around the corner with seats under the village Plane tree) - a great place to refresh yourself after a few hours walking in the hills above the village. The house has 3 double bedrooms and would be amazing value for two or three couples sharing. (There was just the two of us but we chose for the location and it was better value than many small apartments on the island). Although we spoke no spanish and Pedro no english we were welcomed and Pedro demonstrated how everything worked on arrival. Only advice we would give is to park where you can before getting to the village square as there is hardly any space to park. There are spaces along the road that runs towards the village where locals tend to park. To get to the house walk up the steps (behind the bins on the bend in the road as it approaches the small square) that leads into street with the house on - overlooking lemon groves - just beyond a little garage with a patio area next to it. The village streets are very narrow and if you are in an unfamiliar hire car turning the corner to park next to the cottage is nearly impossible.

Hola. La casa es antigua romano árabe renovada igual que la aldea. Si se quiere llegar delante del la puesta con el coche no hay problema. Hay que estar acostumbrados para entrar en las tres calles del centro Histórico. Distancia de la plaza a la casa unos 40 metros. Las vistas de la casa al Valle de Sóller son muy buenas. Biniaraix en arabe significa hijos de Araix.

Maison magnifique (mais froide en hiver)

Nous avons eu froid en février mais ca vallait la peine. La maison est très bien équipée et bien située dans le plus beau village ancien de Mallorca d´où partent des sentiers de randonnée. Nous avons surtout admiré la terrasse au 3ème étage, les beaux meubles art déco au 2ème, la petite cour (avec WC) au 1er et le poêle de feu de bois dans l´entrée. Nous avons évité les lampes électriques trop claires et acheté des bougies. Merci Pedro, nous reviendrons!

Aufenthalt im Ca'n Ferro, Biniaraix

Ein wunderschönes, renoviertes altes Haus, daß sich über 3 Etagen erstreckt. Es bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Tal von Soller.Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Betten sehr gut.Eine Anreise mit Auto ist nicht empfehlenswert, da die Gassen sehr eng und stufig sind und es auch so gut wie keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Taxi(Soller-Biniaraix 8€) ist auf jeden Fall die bessere Wahl. Der Fussweg nach Söller entpuppt sich als schöner, bequemer Spaziergang. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich neben der Bodega Bar Biniaraix die Cafeteria "Es Barranc", wo man sofort freundlich aufgenommen wird.Es gibt dort neben Kaffee auch Getränke, Speisen und hausgemachte Mehlspeisen.Die jungen Betreiber sprechen Englisch. Sensationell ist das "Nationalgetränk" - der frisch gepresste Orangensaft. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nicht zufriedenstellend, da er weder Englisch noch Deutsch, lediglich französisch und spanisch spricht. Der Aufenthalt ist für Ruhesuchende und Wanderer zu empfehlen. Beate Mozorits/Wien 20.9.2017

L'hote est accueillant, gentil et parle francais. La maison est belle confortable avec une vue exceptionnelle. Biniaraix est un village a decouvrir avec de jolies ruelles, de jolies randonnées en partant directement de la maison.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber erfolgte problemlos.Es gibt keinen direkten Parkplatz Vorort, sondern man muss in einer engen Seitenstraße parken. Das Mietauto hierfür sollte wirklich nicht zu groß sein! Soller ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen (20-25 Minuten) und mit dem Auto braucht man ca 15 Minuten zur Badebucht in Port de Soller.

Vacanza a biniaraix

Location fantastica, con terrazzo meraviglioso, unica pecca lontano dalla vita notturna e senza parcheggio vicino a casa

Hola. Es una aldea Histórica Romano Árabe , Bien de Interés Cultural. Hay casas que están catalogas por Patrimonio. Alguna vez no es fácil aparcar muy cerca de la casa.

Hübsches, traditionelles Steinhaus

Schönes, großes Haus über 3 Stockwerke. Tolle Terrasse vorm Haus und überdachte Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Soller. Wir haben die Ruhe abseits des Trubels genossen. Auto ist Pflicht, da es im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Soller zu Fuß gut in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ausstattung einfach, aber alles sehr sauber. Gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Blick in die Berge und ins Tal

Haben unsere Tage in Biniarix sehr genossen. Das Haus hat eine Top Lage für Wanderungen in die Berge sowie nach Soller. Rustikale, einfache aber ausreichende Einrichtung.
