Villa was exactly what we were hoping for. Easy parking outside, clean rooms, beautiful pool, easy downhill walk to the seafront. Supermarket a literal 5 minute walk down the road. Would book again!

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa, which has everything supplied to make your stay an excellent experience. Tea, coffee, milk and orange juice all provided free at arrival. The pool is lovely and warm and has plenty of sunshine all day. This is a lovely a bright villa close to shops and restaurant and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again !! Many thanks for the use of your lovely villa Jean.Also Jean keeps you well informed of all requirements and provides lots of information that makes for a stressless stay.

The villa was perfect for our stay, Jean was very friendly and helpful before our travel and throughout. The villa was fully equipped for our 6 month old daughter. The town is a 5 min drive away and several lovely beaches close too.

Relaxing stay

The villa was perfect for a week away. Plenty of space and a lovely private pool in quiet location. The larger communal pool across the road would be perfect for families with kids but we didn't need to use it as the villa was enough. Great location, may be a bit far for some to walk to town or beach (we caught the bus) but supermarket a short walk down the road and a lovely cafe and bar nearby. The owner Jean was so helpful and we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. I'd definately stay again!

Just returned from a very relaxing stay at the villa. We had very warm weather so the air-conditioning and veranda were very welcome. The pool was very warm and clean and was in constant use. We visited the Alhambra in Granada, the caves in Nerja which are amazing and the beautiful village of Frigiliana, just a few miles away. We had hired a car from the airport so getting to the villa and getting around was easy. There are two supermarkets close by. We spent time in old Nerja which is beautiful and has lots of nice restaurants and of course visited the Balcon de Europa. Jean gave great information before our visit and was very welcoming. All in all it was a lovely break and we will hopefully return.

The villa is very adequate for a family of 5/6 plenty of space very quiet area not to far from supermarket and bus stop . A walk into town about 20 min . The pool is great good depth and size . We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend and would book again . Our 10th trip to nerja and the best villa we have stayed in

Lovely Villa

We have just enjoyed 12 fabulous days at Jeans villa which is in a quiet and private location with great facilities.Jean was very helpful during the booking process and recommended places to eat etc.The villa was lovely and very spacious inside and out and had everything you would need for a relaxing stay ,there’s two supermarkets just down the road and Nerja town about 5minutes drive or 15-20 minutes walk.Thank you Jean for letting us stay at your lovely villa.

Lovely location and great villa

Nerja is a great place and has all you would want. Plenty of restaurants. Shops and several beaches. We hired a car which was great to see a few places- the caves. Mijas, Friggilana as well as Malaga. Having our own pool was great as well as a community pool across the road. We walked to the town most days (30-40 minutes) though there is a local bus. Taxis are very reasonably priced. Lovely villa.

Great location

The communal pool which was opposite the villa had showers and toilts, the pool was huge with comfortable beds around it. Quite a few tiles had come away on the bottom of the pool in rhe shallow end, but apart from that it was a great addition to the holiday. 5 mins drive to the centre of town with 3 good sized public car parks. The villa itself was very cool and comfortable.

Lovely as ever

Nerja will always be a family favourite in our house. We have been visiting on and off for over 20 years now. This was our second time staying at this villa and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first time. Jean is incredibly organised and easy to deal with. Super responsive and flexible where she can be. We hope to be back soon

Lovely villa

The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived. The pool was nice and warm and a good size. The only issue is the distance to the beach and town centre. 20 mins to beach down hill but the walk back up is quite tuff in the heat. 30 mins to town. A nice walk but in the heat its hard going. I would have liked to have been a bit nearer. Other than that we had a lovely holiday tge 6 of us.

Quiet Villa in Nerja

The owner Jean, was lovely throughout the whole process, great communication and very easy to deal. The villa had a lovely swimming pool, just the right size and depth for all age ranges. I'd avoid using the bigger pool over the road though as its seen better days, there were tiles lose in the shallow part, and it was very easy to cut your feet. The villa itself was Lovely inside and out, clean rooms with aircon in each. Outside it had a nice balcony with a sea view in the distance. In terms of walking into town it was doable at 25 to 30mins, we got taxis back as it was a little hilly for my older parent. Taxis were easy to get and ranged from 6 to 7 euro. I'd recommend getting food from the courtyard and The cave bar both a short walk from the villa.

Fabulous Villa in Nerja

We had a wonderful week in Nerja staying at this lovely villa, which has plenty of space and is well equipped. The added bonus of your own pool was perfect for cooling down from the Nerja sunshine and was used on many occasions. The villa is in a quiet and residential area with a large supermarket located within 10 minutes walking distance. There is also ‘The Courtyard Café’ serving breakfast and lunch a 5-minute walk away. Whilst the walk into Nerja town centre is a good 25 minutes it didn’t stop us exploring the town in the evening and many of the excellent Tapas bars and restaurants. A couple of favourites Bar Esquina Paulina and Food Karma Gastro. We packed a lot into our week, visiting the Malaga Fair, a Water Park, Frigiliana and the Nerja caves, the villa complimenting our stay and allowing us to explore Nerja and the surrounding areas. Prior to our stay Jean was very accommodating providing plenty of information and recommendations, including using Malagacar Hire to ensure we had a great holiday. Thank you, Jean, 😉

Great Nerja Villa

This is a great property and offered pretty much everything we wanted and met our expectations. The communication from Jean was exceptional and gave us great pointers on car hire, places to go and much more. We were also fortunate to be allowed a late check out by Jean, which we were very grateful for, as we in effect had another day. The villa has a great combination of outside space with a large size pool, sun terrace looking towards the sea and two covered terraces for dining as well as a garden. The lager community pool is just across the road. The pools were chilly (as Jean warned us) but we used them every day. The interior of the villa is spacious with three good sized bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathrooms are good too, with one on each floor. There were toys and games for the grandkids and Netflix on the tv and good Wi-Fi. The only slight disappointment was that some of the furnishing felt a little tired and dated. The location is as described and a 25-minute walk to the main town. We walked down in the evenings and took a cab back. We drove to the beach and had no problems parking by the shops and bars nearby. Locally the bars weren’t open due the time of year, but we did visit the Cave Bar and the Sports Bar at the Hotel Nerja Club, which were ok. Restaurants we can recommend are Number 34, Copa Vino in Nerja and La Poda in Frigiliana. In Summary a great experience and thoroughly recommended.

Tranquilidad y comodidad

La casa está en una urbanización muy tranquila y su piscina propia de la casa es ideal para disfrutar de privacidad. Todo muy limpio. Estuvimos 6 personas durante 14 dias y aunque hizo bastante calor en Nerja , el aire acondicionado en la casa y en las habitaciones fue perfecto y lo agradecimos muchísimo. Totalmente recomendable para descansar , tener intimidad . A las playas íbamos en coche (10 min) y de noche íbamos caminando a Nerja pueblo a cenar y es un paseo de 20-30 minutos . Jean, anfitrión, nos ayudó y preparó unas instrucciones muy detalladas para que todo estuviese bien organizado. También organizó la limpieza periódica de la piscina y cambio ropa de cama y toallas a la semana , así que fueron unas vacaciones maravillosas.

Vi hade en jättemysig vecka, alla trivdes, speciellt barnen, 4 och 7år som älskade poolen, härlig terass. Bra kontakt med värden , snabb återkoppling om man hade frågor. Mycket nära till stora gemensamma poolen som dock skulle kunna uppdateras lite. Lätt att parkera hyrbilen, vi hade hyrt en minibuss som var för stor för det tillhörande garaget, men det var aldrig problem att få parkering utanför. Lite trist att vi fick börja med att torka av köksbord och stolar som var alldeles dammiga, terassen fick vi sopa av, det var skräpigt. Nån vaktmästare som skötte om poolen såg vi inte till, den var lite grumlig sista dagarna. När vi bokade tyckte vi det var så bra med flera restauranger bara några 100m från huset, men alla dom var tyvärr stängda så det blev lite långt att gå med 2 små barn... Överlag hade vi ändå en fin vecka i ett jättemysigt hus.

Quiet and Relaxing

Prior to break the host was attentive and we were well informed about the villa, the area and directions. Spent 10 nights at this lovely villa. Had a relaxing holiday in a quiet setting. The pool was fabulous and enjoyed by all the family. The communal pool was quiet throughout our holiday. Within easy reach of Nerja by car although we did walk there and back twice. Supermarkets are close by. A great villa for a quiet and relaxing break.

Nerja's Gem

From time of booking Jean was extremely helpful. Calle Neptuno, is a child friendly villa, child stair gates are provided, for the staircase and is extremely secure to keep the children safe when dining outside. Calle Neptuno, is a beautiful, comfortable and spacious villa, with a lovely shower room and toilet downstairs which is extremely handy, with two young children. Calle Neptuno is in an excellent location, to visit the beach and also Nerja town, with wonderful places to eat and drink. Carolyn( property manager) was very welcoming and extremely helpful. During our 11 nights, Carolyn, came to change bedding and towels. As we were at Calle Neptuno for 11 nights, some positive feedback would be for pool to be cleaned twice, during this time, rather than once. We highly recommend this villa, for families and couples and look forward to revisiting Jean's beautiful villa again soon. Thank you Jean.

So peaceful yet not far from the bustle of Nerja

A wonderful villa in a perfect location - if you don’t mind a short walk into town and a slightly longer one back up the hill. Two large supermarkets close by and the communal pool is so close to the villa that it feels like an extension of the garden. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a quiet haven but within 20 minutes walk of the nearest (and best) beach and not much further to the famous Balcon de Europa and the Al fresco nightlife it has to offer.

Une maison très agréable et un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Située à quelques minutes à pied d'un supermarché et non loin de la plage de Burriana et du centre de Nerja, nous étions ravis de cette excellente situation. La maison est propre, et dispose de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin (seul regret, l'absence de lave-vaisselle...). Maison très bien entretenue et excellent contact avec les propriétaires qui veillent à vous apporter un maximum d'information pour que le séjour soit idéal.

Lovely villa in a great location. 10-15 minute walk into the town centre.

Owner was very helpful and communication was prompt. Will definitely stay again

We are a British couple and we spent many years living and working in sunnier climes so decided to buy a holiday villa in Spain to compensate for the lack of sunshine in UK. We visited many locations in Spain during our search but Nerja was our firm favourite. Our children were teenagers at the time and we loved the fact that Nerja was safe for them to explore, they could practice their Spanish, attend the local discoes safely and make Spanish friends. Our young grandchildren now holiday at the villa and enjoy it equally as much. Nerja is very family friendly and while the town centre is very vibrant by contrast it's good to enjoy the tranquillity of the villa, best of both worlds!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We loved the proximity of the villa to Nerja town and all the wonderful restaurants, bars and beaches that it offers. Suitable for all ages. The villa is enjoyed by teenagers, our grown up children and our young grandchildren. The villa is a very easy journey from the airport (just 45 minutes). The location itself is very peaceful yet not remote and you can self cater either in the fully equipped kitchen or sit out and enjoy a barbecue by the private pool. There is also a large community pool if you wish to be sociable. There are 2 are excellent supermarkets within under 5 minutes walk from the villa. We have ample parking outside the villa as well as 2 garages.
We welcome children and offer a cot, High chair and stair safety gates at no additional cost.

Children welcome and well catered for. We provide cot, high chair and stair safety gates at no additional cost. The property is looked after by an English couple who are always on call. Free child equipment and Wi-Fi.
