We also include those "little extras" to make you feel at home! Samui Sunset 22G has beautiful tropical gardens and an extended terrace perfect for those lazy days in the sun around the pool. The villa is completely private, ensuring you will not be disturbed for your retreat in your own Private Paradise! Includes outdoor areas with sofa, sun terrace with sun loungers and cafe style chairs and table. Free onsite parking, security and cleaning and linen changes.
Our Manager, Kate will check you in and be available for your needs during your stay.
Romantic in house dinners, honeymoon packs and anything else can be arranged for you.

Fantastic villa. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and we spent a lot of time using it. The house was spacious and well equipped. It is a short walk to the beach (via the Sala resort) and there are several bars and restaurants nearby. Mister Eung's was great and excellent value. We loved our time on Koh Samui in this villa!

The property was great. Plenty of room for a family of 4 to relax, fantastic pool, and a communal gym. Property was close to restaurants, beach and driving distance to lots of attractions. We had a few things that needed to be addressed in the property but this was always dealt with quickly by the property manager. Only negative was the beds were pretty hard but we still slept ok. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Erholung pur an einem tollen Ort

Wir haben 5 Wochen in der Villa verbracht und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit: Ruhe, Entspannung, absolute Privatsphäre. Check-in und Check-out verliefen unkompliziert. Managerin Kate hilft zu jeder Zeit. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern Leonie und Barton Walsh war und ist sehr freundlich und nett. Auch sie sind stets hilfsbereit und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bisher waren wir die typischen Hotel- Pauschalurlauber. Zum ersten Mal buchten wir privat eine Unterkunft. Und was soll ich sagen: nie wieder Hotel. Natürlich gibt es aus Sicht des Langzeiturlaubers Dinge, die noch optimiert werden könnten, aber alles in allem war es für uns der perfekte Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wirklich sehr gerne zurück!

Schön, privat und nah zum Strand!

Wir, 4-köpfige Familie verbrachten zwei Wochen in der Villa und haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küchenutensilien für täglichen Bedarf sind alle da, das Putzpersonal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Villa bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Den Pool mit schönem Garten konnten wir gut nutzen, da der Bereich sehr viel Privatsphäre bietet. Bis zum Strand hat man wirklich nur 5 min Fußweg (über Sala Samui Resort). Der einzige Minuspunkt im Haus wären die Sanitäteren Anlagen. In dieser Preiskategorie müssten die Klobürsten und Klobrillen regelmäßig ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten im Großen und Ganzen ist die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

After numerous visits to the island, they decided to invest in the villa and continue to travel there several times a year,their home away from home. Koh Samui was chosen for its relaxed pace, great people and fantastic food and shopping.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the property due to the location and the close proximity to the beautiful Choeng Mon beach.
Shops and great restaurants are never far away and the value is amazing. We have holidayed many times on Koh Samui and have found Choeng Mon the best. The people are incredibly friendly and if you can tear yourself away from the total relaxation of your tranquil private paradise, the white sands of Choeng Mon Beach and views are breathtaking!

The total privacy of having your own pool, surrounded by lush tranquil gardens, truly encapsulates your relaxation! The world outside just drifts away.
