Leading down from the huge main terrace is a luxurious private pool surrounded by numerous areas to laze around on and soak up the hot sun. The gardens are fully stocked with pretty, colourful flowers and large lawned areas perfect for picnics, ball games or just chilling.
Full (All channels including Sports and Movies) Sky Digital TV with a 50 inch Plasma in the living room linked to home cinema system is available in the villa. A separate T.V. room with it's own independent Smart TV ensures that the children can be entertained whilst giving the adults plenty of peace and quiet. Outdoor BOSE speaker system on terrace means you can listen to your ipod whilst realaxing in the sun, shade or during those warm tranquil evenings. Completely reliable secure high speed WiFi THROUGHOUT. If it is sheer luxury and tranquility that you are looking for whilst being only 4 minutes by car away from the Port with it's 3 miles of spectacular beach, 10 mins to Alcudia (5 miles of white sandy beech), 6 mins to Cala St. Vincente ( 2 pristine sandy coves ) and 4 mins to the historic Old Town of Pollenca this is the only place to stay. Don't be stuck this Summer with no breeze and no privacy overlooked by other noisy houses. Because of it's position Sundance enjoys cooling Ocean breezes directly from the Bay of Pollensa which makes sunbathing on any of it's many terraces all the more beautiful. In the Summer months you cannot buy these breezes for any amount of money. Sundance has it all !!
The housekeeper, gardener and pool man are all English so communication with them is easy just in case you have any special little needs or any onsite questions.
There are other houses to rent in the Pollenca area but none are of this caliber. Most houses, even the expensive ones, smell unclean on arrival (from personal experience) but Sundance is absolutely spotlessly cleaned after each departure so on arrival you will find the house in perfect order. I can help advise on restaurants, hire car companies, private chef and any other questions you have once booked. I will normally be at the house on arrival unless it is late at night so that your entry is smooth and seamless.
Should any small problems arise during your stay, ie if a fuse blows in the house, or something isn't working as it should be then this can be taken care of immediately with no fuss, delay or communication problems which is not always the case when dealing with local owners (again I speak from personal experience).
Sundance is a non-smoking property inside, although there are many outside terraces on which to enjoy a cigarette or cigar.

Sundance is available for corporate use such as yoga retreats, business seminars, cycling tours etc and also as a wedding venue which works fantastically to combine as a venue for blessing ceremony, celebration and accommodation but when used for these purposes a premium would be applicable on the standard rental rate costed on a case by case basis.
