Welcome to "Morell Nou" our sea & mountain view Country Home for up to 8 guests.

The cozy holiday home "Morell Nou" is surrounded by 4.5 hectares of countryside with numerous olive trees, fig trees, carob trees and orange trees, as well as pastures and fields.

The finca is located between Alcudia (10 km) and Pollença (5 km), approx. 5 km from the sea and belongs to the municipality of Pollença. The most beautiful beaches in the area can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

A spacious garden with lawns, old trees, including a 1000 year old olive tree surrounds the entire house. A large gravel parking lot is located directly in front of the house and offers easy access.

From the saltwater infinity pool (5 x 10 m) and its terrace you can enjoy a wonderful distant sea view of the bay of Pollença and the Tramuntana mountains in the background.

On the spacious, covered house terrace, family and friends can sit comfortably at the long, rustic wooden table. A sofa area invites you to relax, as well as two hammocks strung between olive trees. There is a large barbecue station with a sink and fridge where you can prepare meals outdoors.

The house was completely renovated in 2017, using energy-saving and ecological materials, and welcomed its first guests in July 2018. Wherever possible, original elements of the old house, such as the old sandstone walls in the living room, were retained and restored.

The finca has been in the family for generations and is managed by the owners Tomeu and Petra.

Downstairs:

The bright, air conditioned, modern kitchen with an integrated dining room is spacious and serves as a fun place to socialize with family and friends.

The cosy living room offers comfortable seating for all guests.

Entry area with a small guest bathroom and a staircase leading to the bedrooms on the first floor.

The downstairs studio provides a separate living and sleeping area for an extra portion of privacy when traveling with a large group of people:

- cosy air-conditioned living room or home office space with a sofa and a desk
- bedroom with a double bed (1,80 x 2 m) and bathroom ensuite with shower

Upstairs:

3 individually decorated bedrooms, all with air conditions, window screens and access to the upstairs terraces.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90 x 2 m) and a private terrace with views of the mountains.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains for a good night's sleep and to control room temperature.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Included in the rental price are:
linens, towels, pool towels, electricity*, the final cleaning, a change of towels after 7 days and a welcome pack.

*we assume a responsible and reasonable use of the air conditioning. If windows and doors are kept open to the exterior while running the air conditions, 10 € per day will be charged at check-out for excess electricity consumption.

The local stay tax of 2€ per adult (16 years and older) per day is charged apart in cash (Euros) at check-in.

A 300 € damage deposit is due upon arrival in cash (Euros) and will be returned the day of departure, as long as no damage has been caused to the house and inventory.

BOOKING DOCUMENTS:

We are required by Spanish law to obtain ID information of all guests 16 years and older. Tourist accommodations must use the Interior Ministry platform to report guest details within 24 hours of check-in.
For this purpose we collect the ID information of all guests 16 years and older in our BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND RENTAL RULE AGREEMENT FORM, which we send out shortly after reservation.
