Splendida cittadina di pescatori in mare a pochi passi proprio come alcuni ristoranti, supermercati, bar e campi da tennis. Villa immersa in un ambiente tranquillo e prestigioso ed è completamente circondata da un giardino recintato con una bella vista sui Monti Monchique e dalla terrazza sul tetto sul mare-fiume Alvor. La grande piscina di acqua salata riscaldata e illuminata con doccia esterna è circondata da terrazze coperte e soleggiate. Nel giardino subtropicale con prati e palme si trova anche un barbecue in pietra. La terrazza esterna coperta accanto al soggiorno con splendida vista sulla piscina e sul giardino è l'ideale per pranzo, cena e ha una porta scorrevole per vivere con camino, TV satellitare INCL. tutto il Regno Unito CH. Internet Wi-Fi, lettore CD / DVD e connessione aperta con sala da pranzo. La camera da letto principale ha il bagno in camera e tutte le camere da letto e la cucina sono su un unico livello. Siete pregati di notare che tutti i bagni e la cucina sono stati recentemente completamente rinnovati, tra cui finestre con doppi vetri. Villa ha un'enorme terrazza sul tetto che offre tutta la privacy.

We had an amazing holiday and we can’t wait to return. The villa was very clean, lovely homely feel, well equipped and a quiet location but only 20 min walk to restaurants. The outdoor space was wonderful, great size pool and good BBQ area. The communication from Gerard before and during our stay was excellent – completely recommend

Enjoyable stay.

A clean and well supplied villa. Approximately a mile from Alvor centre and half a mile further to the beach boardwalk. Nice restaurant and useful supermarket local to the accommodation.

the property was fine for our needs, we were a party of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 5) . We liked the single storey layout as this was easier with the children however we did not use the fourth bedroom with bunk beds for them as the room had to be accessed through the kitchen and laundry room and was too far away from the other bedrooms so the children slept in with their dad. The back garden was very good with privacy, great pool ( used by the children a lot) ) and adequate shade.The towels and bedding could do with a refresh.Very good location for the property being within 10 minutes walk to a very good supermarket. Access to the town and beach was within walking distance however we used Ubers for going to those locations as it would have been too far for the children to walk both ways.

Lovely Private Villa in Alvor - Central Algarve

Lovely quiet villa in excellent location. Not overlooked by either neighbour. Very quiet area. Easy travel to Portimão, Lagos and Praia De Luz. Beautiful beaches and lots of boat trips available. The dolphin sight seeing trip was fantastic. Gerard was a great host, immediately available to talk to. Highly recommended.

Great villa just a 20 minute walk from the centre of Alvor

Alvor centre is a 20 minute walk away, Pingo supermarket 10 mins. The villa has everything you would need, the outside space is fantastic and Gerard is easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely use again.

Logement très propre et agréable situé des les hauteurs d'Alvor. On y trouve toutes les commodités sur place.La piscine est très agréable surtout avec la chaleur.On recommande pour des vacances très reposantes dans cette ville très mignonne.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage in Alvor ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Séjour agréable et paisible

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette maison facile à vivre. Le quartier est calme et à 10 mn en voiture de la plage et des commerces La piscine et le jardin sont vraiment supers!

la maison correspond a l'annonce, nous avons bien apprécier notre séjour.

la maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille ,avec des enfants qui adorent la piscine. Tout est sur un niveau, pas d'escalier à monter; La maison est frais et bien équipée. Le parking est juste en face , sa c'est top.

Fantastic villa

My family of 5 had a wonderful holiday at this villa and we would love to return! The villa is situated in a peaceful part of Alvor but within walking distance of shops and restaurants while the centre of Alvor is about a 15 minute easy walk. We hired a car but this is not essential at all. If you do decide to hire a car would highly recommend Polo car rental in Alvor. Alvor has lots of lovely restaurants - you are spoilt for choice. The beach isn’t far away and is beautiful. Very clean and because it is so long you have so much space. We really couldn’t fault the villa - so much space both inside and outside and an immaculate pool set in a lovely garden. The pictures don’t do the place justice as it really is fantastic. Gerard the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and was happy to arrange car hire etc We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and guarantee you will have a fantastic holiday!

Fantastic Villa in Fantastic Alvor

This is a lovely villa and very clean. The garden and the pool are lovely. Gerard is always helpful and is easily contacted 24/7 both before and during your stay. Would definitely recommend this villa for a stay in Alvor. Tracey Pearson.

Very well equipped and spacious for a family of 6 adults and 2 children

Lovely location and only a short drive to Alvor. The villa was clean, well equipped despite the dishwasher not working, had to revert to old school washing up which was not a problem. Gerard made everything possible including the high chairs, cots, mini-bus and all instructions were clear. Everything went pretty smoothly. Although it said we were to have a cleaner whilst we were there, we didn't, which again, was not a major issue for us - just feedback for the owner. All 6 adults loved the villa, the pool, gardens, watching the parachutists coming down and the town of Alvor itself was fabulous and we found a top Restaurant called the Steak House which we would definitely recommend, in fact we went twice! For toddlers who are not too competent in the water (and some adults) the pool gets deep and steep very quickly. We paid for pool heating too so it was a great temperature for the duration of our stay. Although there is some constructive feedback here, we all loved our week and would have no hesitation in going back

Fijn ruim huis met prachtig zwembad een echte aanrader! Gezellig buiten eten. Er is ook een barbecue en alles is gelijkvloers. We hebben met ons vijven heel erg genoten boften met het prachtige weer. Alvor is een klein leuk stadje. Marlous

Good family villa in Alvor

Just wanted to let you know that we all had a great holiday at your villa. The garden space and the pool were perfect, especially for the children, plenty of room for them to play. It is ideally placed for a stroll into town for a meal and we also made use of the BBQ. The car rental which you organised for us was excellent, thank you. All in all we had a lovely time (thank you for including the good weather in the price 😎) we have already told friends and family how nice it was.

Fabulous Villa and Great Location

As a family of 6 we were so impressed by the villa. It was so well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. During our stay we met both the cleaner and the gardener who were both friendly. I could not fault how well maintained the villa, pool and gardens were kept. Gerrard the owner of the villa very kindly organised our taxi both to and from the villa as I said that we didn't wish to hire a car. The journey both ways was completely hassle free. The villa is in a quiet area and only a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket. We popped there most days to get fresh bread etc for lunch. In the evenings we generally walked into Alvor/ Harbour (about 20 mins) where we ate out in many different restaurants, all of which were reasonably priced and served excellent food. The beach was beautiful too. To sum up, the whole holiday, was extremely relaxing, stress free and a lovely place to be as quiet or as busy as you like. We all loved it!

Relaxing family holiday.

Our Family (4 adults and two 7 year old girls) stayed in Ceu Pequeno in July and August 2015. We love our villa holidays and this one was definitely one of the best we've stayed in . It's spacious and extremely well equipped, with everything you might need provided. There are three large bedrooms, one en-suite, plus a bathroom and an additional shower room. There is also a room with children's bunk beds, plus a cot. The outside space is large and gorgeous, and the pool is a good size too (our girls made great use of it). There are also two separate seating areas and a built in barbecue. The photos really don't do it justice, it's so lovely. The villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and is about a fifteen minute walk to the local Pingo Doce supermarket. Alvor town centre is about another ten minute walk. The fabulous beaches are on the other side of town and although we used the car to get there, I expect it would take about 35 minutes to walk. Pingo Doce is a busy, reasonably priced supermarket, with a great selection of fresh fruit, veg, meat, and fish, as well as it's own bakery. There are a couple of restaurants within about ten minutes walk if you don't want to venture far. We tried Al Capone, near the campsite and it was very good, especially the pizzas. Airport transfers (Carlos Santana) and car hire (Polo) were both kindly arranged by Gerard, the villa owner, and both companies were very polite, punctual, and helpful. There's also a bus service but we didn't quite manage to work out the route or the timetable, but the taxis are very reasonably priced and can be booked by phone to pick up at the villa. During our stay, we visited nearby Lagos twice ( stunning), Praia de Rocha and Zoomarine and would recommend them all. Zoomarine was a great family day out, but mega busy, so get there early if you can. The owner Gerard, is very helpful, making the admin side of the holiday straightforward and hassle free, and we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday and a great base to explore the area.
