Navarre Beach, känd som Floridas bästa bevarade hemlighet, är den pittoreska, familjevänliga platsen du har letat efter, minus överbelastningen på några av de mer kommersiella semestrarna.

Vår enhet ligger bara några steg från östra hissarna på översta våningen, vilket garanterar dig den otroligaste utsikten över både viken och Santa Rosa-sundet. Med nio fottak och över 1500 kvadratmeter, är lägenheter i Navarre Beach Regency rymliga och bekväma med golv till tak / vägg till vägg dubbla skjutdörrar i glas i både sovrummet och det stora rummet. Den privata 30 'x 8' balkongen har bekväma sittplatser för 8 med ett bistrobord, kärleksstol och 2 lounger.

Det fullt funktionella, välutrustade köket öppnar in i det stora rummet. En frukostbar för fyra ansluter köket till den stora matplatsen. Vardagsrummet har två soffor (en en bäddsoffa för drottning) och två bekväma stolar, samt en platt-TV. Gratis trådlöst är alltid tillgängligt. En full tvättstuga / förråd finns utanför köket.

I master-sviten kan du njuta av en king size-säng eller ta en mysig tupplur i schäset med utsikt över viken. Det överdimensionerade andra sovrummet sover fyra bekvämt i 2 dubbelsängar. Båda sovrummen har fulla byråer, dubbla garderober och platt-tv. Befälhavaren badet har en bubbelpool, och det andra sovrummet har en bifogad komplett bad också.

Regency har den längsta stranden per enhet, så det finns gott om plats för alla! Den överdimensionerade poolen värms upp mars - oktober, och ett komplett gym ligger nära kontoret på 1: a våningen. Under kontoret nära poolområdet finns ett praktiskt förvaringsutrymme där du kan placera dina strandleksaker och stolar under veckan.

Förutom mat och dryck på Juana's Pagodas eller Lagerheads på viken, kan du njuta av den längsta piren på Floridabukten, Navarre Beach Marine Science Station med sommarläger för barn, tre konstgjorda dyknings- / snorkelrev och havssköldpadda bevarande centrum. Panhandle Butterfly House ligger tvärs över ljudet vid Santa Rosa Park.

En asfalterad cykel- / gångväg går längs ön och fortsätter genom National Seashore till Pensacola Beach.

We had a fabulous time. This is by far the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay here again. My only suggestion, as small as it is, it would be terrific to have hooks in the bathroom for toiletry bags. I’m a neat freak, and my stuff was strewn on top of the vanity.

The condo was very clean and pretty. Amazing view of the Gulf. The sand was like white sugar and so soft. It was a great time. I wish we could give it 5 stars.... but we had one day without water and a completely different issue but same day, the fire alarm system was being tested for several hours. The luck of the draw I am sure. With that said, I am going back and just hoping for better luck.

Great Stay

This was the first time we stayed at Navarre Beach. We rented the unit based upon the reviews and premier partner status. We were not disappointed. The moment we entered the condo we were extremely pleased. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious with many amenities. The views from the large patio doors are incredible and showcase the emerald water and white sand of the Gulf. The owner & management team provided all the information we needed to check in and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The Navarre Regency is a very quiet and relaxing place with the best views and location on the beach. There are plenty of places to eat within walking and/or driving distance. We would not hesitate to stay at this condo again.

Amazing

The condo was amazing, everything you needed was there for you, washer and dryer in unit which was a plus. Clean and view was our favorite part. Directly on the beach, there were beach chairs and toys available in the unit to bring to the beach. Our family had a great vacation. We would love to stay again!

Best summer vacation ever!

A beautiful place to stay. Regency is the best and this condo is perfect. Extremely clean, amazing views and so comfortable. We will be return customers for sure. We had zero issues but the owners make sure that you have everything you need.

Breathtaking views!

This condo was so beautiful and well maintained. Loved having two queen beds in the second bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. Recliner was nice to have as well. View from balcony to the beach was the best. We say dolphins and schools of stingrays. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Perfect stay for my surprise birthday weekend for my girls!

This condo was perfect from the time I opened the door. We saw the beautiful gulf staring right back at us. The furnishing were perfect for the condo. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Plenty of bathroom towels. The balcony provided any kind of seating you wanted. 2 Lounge chairs, a high top table with 4 chairs and 2 regular outdoor chairs. We utilized them all. We watched the dolphin every day! The view is incredible. Thank you for a beautiful long weekend. Highly recommended.

A view of HEAVEN!!!!

This condo was absolutely breathtaking. We had views from the living room and bedroom. We seen dolphins playing every morning Everything was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. They had appliances that we haven't had in a condo, like a waffle maker and air fryer. Beds were comfy, pillows were comfy, decor was beyond beautiful! Contact with the owners was always super-fast and very helpful! Navarre is perfect in every way. The beach is clean and not so packed like Destin or Pensacola. The restaurants nearby are delicious and reasonably priced. I can't wait to start planning next year's trip!

We love nothing better than family time at the beach! Our daughters and their families, and our friends count the days until we all head south from Louisville on I65 for our week together at the beach. God blesses us each time we are here with unforgettable memories, whether we are swimming in the Gulf, reading by the pool, or playing games around the dining table. We work hard all year long, but our souls are restored each time we cross the causeway bridge. We are so grateful for the experiences we have had and will continue to have together at Navarre Beach.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We began vacationing in Navarre the summer after Hurricane Ivan and fell in love with the quiet pace of the island. We rented a few houses here and there along Gulf Blvd. and decided to try a condo rental during Spring Break one year. When we first opened the door to a condo at the Regency, we were just amazed at the breath-taking views and the spaciousness of each room. We've been coming here ever since that day and eventually decided to try and live the dream by owning our own place. Everything here is just right! The building is not too large or over crowded, so the beach and pool always have room for us. The units are open and spacious! We love how we all fit in the kitchen while preparing big family meals and how everyone has a place to sit and enjoy recapping the adventures of the day. The balcony offers all of us a perfect beachside seat, and we love the top floor views of the Gulf and the Sound on the other side. We couldn't ask for a more family friendly home away from home.

Gulf Islands National Seashore is, perhaps, one of the most beautiful string of beaches in the United States. The water colors are unmatched, and the pure white sand makes everything sparkle. The fact that we can ride our bikes, walk, or drive across this part of the National Seashore to Pensacola Beach makes Navarre that much more special. Navarre Beach attracts families, and that's what I love most about it. While others try to maneuver the spring break or summer craziness in Destin or Pensacola, we enjoy the same easy going atmosphere that we always have here in Navarre. Every time we drive to Destin for shopping, or to Pensacola Beach for a night out, we are so relieved that we get to come home to the calm, relaxing atmosphere that is Navarre Beach.
