Beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom beachfront condo in Pearl #403 on Navarre Beach.

We hope you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful 1377 sf, 2 bedroom, condo in the Pearl. This is a gated facility with two pools (one heated) and a hot tub, as well as direct beach access. We have a fully open living area with a newly remodeled kitchen. Enjoy views of the Santa Rosa Sound, as well as the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the main living area. Located on the 4th floor, with views of the white sand beach, pier, and the Gulf, you will not miss anything. The condo offers a large garden tub with jets and a large shower in the Master ensuite. The master bedroom with a King size bed which offers a Gulf/beach view that is absolutely stunning and with available access to the balcony. The second bedroom with a Queen and Twin size bed also offers a private ensuite when you close the pocket door. Both the bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses, with a Tempurpedic mattress in the Master. In addition the condo has a Queen size Murphy bed in the living room if additional sleeping space is needed. The main living room has a large dining room table with benches along with additional seating space at the bar area. There is also a wet bar area equipped with an ice machine to fill coolers, or for drinks. The large reclining leather sectional sofa offers a comfortable place to relax. If you prefer there is also a table with four chairs and a loveseat located on the balcony for you to take in all of the sunrises and sunsets. Located within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, bars, and the only convenience store. The Pearl offers two large swimming pools (one heated and one not) and a hot tub. Outside grilling area located beside of the pool area. One set of beach chairs with umbrella will be provided March through October, when the chair service is available. Tipping will need to be provided by renter, customary $5 to $7 per day per set. Also if you would like to be on front row you will have a better chance if you rent an additional set of chairs for the week as weekly/daily rentals get priority. I suggest you speak to the Chair service guy once you check in to get on the list to have the rental set put out for unit 403.

Kitchen is so nice with upgraded appliances and finishes. Condo beautifully decorated and very inviting. Beds are comfy and so is that marvelous couch! Washer and dryer, beach towels and even beach toys. They thought of everything. We highly recommend!!!

Check in was super easy and the host were very accommodating to our early arrival. We traveled here for our son's first birthday, the place was perfect for that as well as very clean and updated. Would for sure stay again.

The most relaxing vacation yet

Everything was perfect!! Condo was clean, location was amazing. I can understand why they call Navarre the most relaxing place in Florida. There was some June grass in the water but we didn’t let that bother us. And on red flag days we just went to the bay side. We had the best time renting paddle boards and jet skis at Juana’s Pagoda.

Truly a very beautiful beachfront condo!! It has been so perfectly renovated to have an open floor plan, beautifully decorated, very comfortable! It has everything you need in the kitchen including an air fryer :) you can hear the waves crashing from the balcony and see the ocean from the master shower :) would definitely book this again!

Nice condo!!

Great location, decor, updated kitchen & appliances. Had an issue with one of the shower handles but contacted the owner (who was quick to respond) & they had it fixed the next day. Very comfy beds. Would stay again.

Emerald Coast Paradise

We love this unit so much we had to book it again! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable! The kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessities- plus a number of small appliances (airfryer, keurig, small drip coffee pot, toaster, slow cooker, an ice machine and more!) They have ample beach gear available for use, if you need it. The beds are comfortable and cozy and the condo was spacious and spotless. We especially loved to sit on the balcony in the new swivel chairs, enjoying the beautiful view while having a glass of wine or our morning coffee. I can’t say enough good things about this condo and the owners. Outstanding doesn’t seem to cut it! I had to message them on Saturday evening because (we assume) the previous guests took the purple condo bands required for pool use. Even though it was a holiday weekend, the owners responded quickly and resolved the issue by the following morning. Our family had an amazing time, relaxing, making memories and enjoying ourselves in The Pearl 403! We cannot wait to come back again!

This is our second time at Pearl, unit 403 and we love it. The condo is up to date and very relaxing to stay in. We enjoy the kitchen and balcony so much. The Pearl is very clean and the employees work hard to keep it that way. Will be back next year!

Not what we expected

We picked this unit mostly based on the balcony furniture. We love to sit outside early in the morning and at night. There are numerous well decorated properties but very few have the comfortable outdoor furniture we like. Although the pictures of the unit showed this furniture, when we got there it was not there. I reached out to the owner and was advised it was removed two weeks prior. No apology or adjustment made even after saying this is why we picked the unit. The bed is quite firm which made it hard for us to sleep on. Please note, unless you want to wake up early every morning, I would suggest buying another set of chairs. Sadly in the over 8 years of going to the gulf, this is my first bad review and experience.

AMAZING FALL BREAK IN 403!

This condo exceeded all of our expectations! Owner sent us all of our info weeks ahead & was willing to answer any questions we had. We walked in to our condo after a long day on the road & it smelled so clean! All of the upgrades are top notch..has everything you could possibly need for the week (especially the ice machine)! We had an issue with WiFi and the host contacted me within minutes of messaging to assist us! We will definitely look to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing condo!!

This condo was perfection! From the location, the view, and the amenities, we could not have asked for anything better! The owner of this condo has thought of everything! The kitchen was well stocked with top grade appliances and the ice maker in the bar area was so convenient to have! The beds were super comfortable! The couch and living room/dining room area were so cozy with plenty of room for everyone! We will absolutely be staying here again!!

Perfect place!!

This is our second time at The Pearl in Navarre, different residence. This is by far my favorite Vrbo that I’ve stayed at. Very well thought out with the kitchen. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. It’s on the perfect floor. We love the Pearl. It is close to everything. The property owners were very attentive to my questions and scheduling. I would highly recommend this place anytime!!
