Casa Jean βρίσκεται μπροστά στη θάλασσα του Puerto Calero (10 λεπτά από το Πουέρτο Ντελ Κάρμεν) σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από το διάσημο Σκαφών / Ναυπηγείων Μαρίνα (ιδιωτικό δρόμο σε φανταστικά καταστήματα και τα εστιατόρια και τα μπαρ του Puerto Calero. Μία από τις πιο αριστοκρατικές περιοχές του Lanzarote, έναν ιδανικό προορισμό διακοπών για στιγμές χαλάρωσης σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Αυτή η περιζήτητη περιοχή είναι νέα και η μαρίνα προσφέρει μια επιλογή από υποβρύχιο και καταμαράν εκδρομές με λαμπρή την αλιεία στα ανοικτά των βράχων. Great New Year break

Such a lovely homely & well kept villa. We stayed for a week and found the villa so very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Check in was a breeze and were able to check out later in morning which was a great help..Really is a great villa just a 10 min stroll from Calero centre

Fantastic Villa

Perfect Villa in every way, Very well presented, with everything catered for that you could think of, and then some more.Starting with its idyllic location and tremendous views which greet you everyday of your holiday, to the perfect proximity to the lovely marina of Puerto Calero.Casa Jean is 360, everything you could wish for, and we take our hat off to Teresa for providing such a perfect example of how Villas holidays should be delivered. Fantastic villa with great sea views

Casa Jean has uninterupted sea views and is located a short walk from the shops and restaurants at the marina. The villa was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We highly recommend this property and will happily make a return visit.

The property is in a great location. The photographs don’t give it full credit. It was very clean and when we arrived there was a lovely welcome pack in the kitchen. We would definitely like to stay there again!

Exceptional villa

We have stayed in many villas around the world and found this one to be one of our top ones. Everything was clean and smelt fresh. Plenty of towels as well. Kitchen was very well equipped and having some milk, orange, tea and coffee being supplied was a very welcome addition. Bed was comfy. Only thing we couldn’t get to work, was the TV and SKY but to be honest we also don’t go away to watch TV. Having the access through the garage made all the difference to get to the marina. Would definitely recommend abs hope to return next year. Sorry we never got to meet your representative.

Excellent Villa in wonderful seafront location

Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you would need including sky/UK/International channels. View was amazing and lots of activity in the harbour and at sea to look at and due to location lovely breeze but for when really hot. Management was excellent and booking safe and easy. Thank you

This Apartment is ideally situated within a ten minute walk to all the restaurants and shops in Puerto Calero so no worries about drink driving etc. The facilities in the apartment are excellent and the view over the harbour and the sea is wonderful. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered any of our queries promptly.

Great location

This is our 2nd visit to Casa Jean. Everything was as lovely as we remembered it to be. So lovely clean and welcoming when we arrived. Much appreciated the welcome pack. Very comfortable furniture. The view from inside and out is wonderful. Loved watching the boats on the water. Used the local restaurants and bars, all very good. Went on the ferry to Puerto del Carmen. Excellent 3 night stay in Casa Jean

We love Calero having been over a dozen times in the last 20 years and our only regret is not finding Casa Jean earlier. We knew that the location and sea views would be perfect but what we did not expect was the well thought out design , equipment levels and the extensive support from the owner Teresa and her housekeeper Nikki. From the moment we booked communication was excellent and a few days before arrival we received comprehensive details of how to enter the property , local support suggestions if required from the airport and contact details for Nikki who lives locally for any support required. Upon arrival we found a large welcome pack of food essentials and even a bottle of wine which was unexpected for our short stay but shows that the owner really cares for her guests. Casa Jean was clean with hand sanitiser bottles provided and the towels and bedding had that freshly laundered fragrance. The kitchen was very well equipped and the garage contained lots of extras you would not expect for guests use ....... Fishing rod , Golf clubs , Snorkels and Flippers and plenty of inflatables for the pool. If you know Lanzarote it can be windy and you you do have a sandy dust blowing onto external areas on occasions which has been mentioned on a couple of reviews as if the outside pool area and patios had not been cleaned but we can assure future guests it was spotless on arrival and is not an issue to keep on top of yourselves if required during your stay. We will definitely use Casa Jean again but you can see why availability is not always available as I imagine once you have stayed here once you would rebook at your earliest opportunity. Thank you Teresa and Nikki for a great few days.

Disappointing stay

We have stayed at another property in this residencia for several years and have had fantastic holidays but this was unavailable for our dates unfortunately. First impressions on entering were ok. However when we went upstairs to our ensuite it was fairly shabby and was not particularly clean ( hairs in corners, grimy shower tiles ). There was a strange smell in the bedroom similar to the smell opf marzipan? Due to the Calima there was a great deal of dust/sand which was understandable. However by the Tuesday the caretaker had not called to assist in clearing up the mess outside ( a note was left on Monday when we were out).I had to wash down all the furniture and patio area which took a considerable amount of time. Generally the villa has an unloved air aboutit. There were light bulbs missing in the bathroom, ripped sun awning, mildew in the bathrooms. There were MANY ants in the kitchen due to an open sugar cannister. Again I had to disinfect the kitchen benches etc. Unfortunately the worst experience was yet to manifest itself. I received several "mosquito " bites after my fourth night, even though I am NEVER bitten by mosquitos. My partner was bitten also, but his bites were totally different to mine. When I got up on the day of departure I noticed blood spots all over the bed sheet near where my feet would rest. I had no cuts or blisters. On the plane I noticed several more itchy bites and these increased rapidly at home. These were diagnosed as bed bug bites!!! I was distraught and since have had to deep clean our bedroom in case they had travelled back in our cases. The fact there were bed bugs now explains the almond smell in the villa bedroom as this is their faeces and casts deteriorating on the mattress and pillows.. This has been a most distressing experience for us both. I would welcome your feedback on this. Photographic evidence can be provided re the standard of cleanliness etc if required. It was a really dispiriting stay for all of us. Thank you Donna Smith

Fantastic Villa with amazing sea views.

Fantastic villa in a great location close to the marina and excellent restaurant’s, the villa was spotless and had everything needed for our 15 night stay. Lovely heated pool to relax in after a hard days sunbathing, definitely recommend the villa and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.Many thanks to Teresa and Gill for making our stay so enjoyable.

Fabulous villa and location

This villa has stunning views of the sea and marina with lots to watch with the comings and goings of the water taxi, yachts, catamarans and a yellow submarine! ! Spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

We have had many holidays in Lanzarote usually staying in all inclusive hotels until we stayed at the Iberostar in Puerto Calero. We fell in love with the area and 6 years ago be bought a sea front villa there with the most amazing views.
