Older type detached villa in mature gardens with 7m X 3m private pool (unheated)

A older style 3 bedroom detached bungalow set in private mature gardens with unheated pool(size 7m x 3m) situated in a quiet residential street. Ideal for couples and families looking for a relaxing beach holiday with plenty of shops bars and restaurants. All bedrooms and lounge/diner have wall mounted air-con units.
There are 2 double bedrooms ( 1 en-suite ) and a single bedroom next to family shower room also a washing machine is in this room for your use.
Also there is fully fitted kitchen containing oven hob and microwave.
In the lounge diner the smart television receives Sky UK TV FREE CHANNELS ONLY
Wi fi internet is also available
In the garden there is a dining area with sun blind also sun beds and chairs for eating and relaxing around the pool.
There is plenty of space for parking both in the street and large free car park to the rear of the house.
Within 15minutes walk there are various supermarkets bars and restaurants and bus stops for travel to the nearby historic city of Cartagena, Murcia and Alicante.
Dont fancy cooking breakfast or lunch try visiting the Las Claras bar about 5 minutes walk ( go out of the gate turn right and its straight ahead.
The beach which is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive is blue flagged and has lifeguards. There are also various bars sunbeds and a variety of water sports.
You will find a selection of children's beach toys available.
Other nearby places to visit are Lo Pagan where people cover themselves in "Mar Menor Mud "which some people believe helps various ailments. Further down the coast near La Manga in the town of Cabo De Palos where divers travel out by boat to visit the Maritime Nature Reserve off the shore.
Los Alcazares is served by 2 international airports.
Murcia which is about 30 minutes drive and Alicante 1 hour
It may also be possible to arrange airport transfers if required.
To sum up our Villa is an ideal place to stay in an area that offers so much for a great holiday.

A nice little property in a residential area.

A great little property. If you are looking for super modern then this not for you. If you want a more traditional Spanish house then this is the thing. The sitting room is quite small but then when you spend most of the time outside it doesn’t matter. The pictures don’t really do justice to the outdoor space which is larger than appears. The pool is pretty decent too. The area is pretty quiet - the car park behind actually means there aren’t that many houses too close. You are about a 15 minute, walk from the Main Street, perhaps 20 from the beach. 10-15 minutes walk from 4 supermarkets. All the above no more than a five minute drive. 5 minutes from the main road.

Maison avec piscine privée très agréable

Nous avons adoré profiter de la piscine et du barbecue dans cet environnement calme. La maison est très bien équipée, le quartier est calme et proche de tout à la fois. Les hôtes sont très arrangeants. Ravi de notre séjour.

Big let down after 3 year wait

Having paid deposit August 2019 waited along time for this holiday and very disappointed, Pool area nothing like photos, all garden area very overgrown, couldn't get down side of house due to bushes. Gardener and pool cleaner apparently comes twice a week we were there for 9 days and didn't see anyone Paying final instalment was a large hassle and ended up paying direct which wasn't ideal, now been told not getting deposit back as didn't pay it supposedly VRBO and owner have let us down Will not be using again

The toilets were very small with a washing present The gardens were over grown The villa was in need of renovation it was over priced for what it was Whilst the owner seemed a pleasant person the villa was poor we left after 5 days to congested for 4 adults not a good expierence for us

Needs TLC

Good location. Lot of flight noise from nearby airport but didn't really bother us. Beds in villa were clean and aircon worked fine. Otherwise villa in desperate need of a deep clean and some TLC. We had to clean the pool area before we used it, although the pool itself was fine. Outdoor areas very overgrown. Filthy inflatables left in pool, dirty sock and split bag of sand just left lying round outside. Inside very dated and cluttered. One lounge window shutter was broken so room very dark. Wouldnt use the kitchen to cook, it wasn't clean. Fridge was dirty. Wouldn't recommend as is

Très bon séjour

On a passé un très bon séjour, une semaine avec une très belle piscine que les enfants ont adoré, on espère refaire ça l'année prochaine , :)

La casa era la casa del terror

deberían las personas que se encargan de limpiarlo y cuidarlo, hacerlo mejor, las fotos de la página no corresponden con la realidad. Yo estuve 9 horas y no volvería más. Sin más comentarios por honor a los dueños y a su hijo que no los conozco pero son unas bellas personas, que nos trataron por teléfono estupendamente.

Lovely little villa!

This villa is situated in a very authentic neighbourhood, was lovely walking back on a night time to see Spanish families all eating together outside. The pool was fantastic and the Aircon a godsend!

A great place to stay

Have just spent a week in this lovely villa. It is well equipped with all you need for your stay.A lovely pool and patio area to enjoy swimming and eating outdoors. The beach is only a short drive away,as are the supermarkets and restaurants,although if you wished you could walk,but it is not a short walk.

Relaxing Break Great Location

The villa was perfect for our needs well equipped , only one complaint from the men would of loved a bigger TV for the world Cup. The swimming pool was lovely and we all made good use of it. We had no problem finding our way around, bars and restuarants within walking distance. Just a shame Bar over the road wasnt up and running but it probably is now after refurbishment. Would recommend this villa to our friends as owners very helpful and contact for any queries was very quick.

Really loverly property with all the basics required provided, loverly pool and garden area

Well managed, key's arrived in plenty of time and instructions very clear and concise, if you want to be very close to beach and amenities this is not the place to stay, everything is walkable but quite a long walk, the bar opposite can be quite noisy at times, but overall we had a really great holiday here and will be booking again in the future. My only disappointment was that the Jacuzzi jets in the pool area could not be used.
