Villa El destino le espera. Desde el momento en que llega a Villa Destiny, aprecia el énfasis en la vida al aire libre con amplias áreas para tomar el sol que rodean la piscina de borde infinito de 10m x 5m y el jacuzzi. El comedor terraza, que tiene capacidad para 11 personas y la pérgola donde las bebidas antes de la cena se pueden disfrutar crear un hermoso ambiente al aire libre. Que va desde la terraza principal se entra en la cocina de diseño equipada con electrodomésticos modernos y encimeras de granito negro. Otra área de comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas aquí. Un salón en esta planta ofrece cómodos sofás con TV, soporte para iPod y una selección de libros. Muebles acolchado se proporciona en los balcones y áreas al aire libre para esos tranquilos momentos tranquilos. Para los más activos hay una mesa de billar, tenis de mesa y PS3 con juegos. Chef privado disponible (con cargo). Villa Destiny tiene algo para todos, esperamos que lo disfrutes. Incluso proporcionamos pan de cortesía cada mañana.

Beautiful villa with stunning outdoor space

This was our 4th stay in Kalkan but the first at this Villa. In this region with the hot climate, most important is the outdoor space and the air-conditioning. The outdoor space here was the best that we have encountered in Kalkan - great sized pool, ping pong and pool table. The space is well organised to provide shade and sun throughout the day - superb. Apart from an early glitch, which was speedily resolved, the air-conditioning provided all that was needed of it. The resolution of the problem was testimony to the efficiency and speed of an excellent management team for whom nothing seemed to much, again - superb. Finally a few words on the ease of communication with the owner. Of all the times that I have booked villas over the years, the experience here was "top of the class". Everything that needed to be thought of was and made the whole experience seamless.

Wow - amazing Villa

We arrived at the amazing Villa Destiny late in the evening and were instantly wowed by the spacious, luxurious and comfortable feel of the place. Following some much needed sleep, we explored the Villa further and I have to say we were very impressed with every aspect. The pool is much larger than the photographs suggest and a perfect way to cool down. The jacuzzi section as especially popular with me ! Lovely place to chill. The kitchen/living area is open plan and has just about everything you will need for your holiday We didn't feel the need to use the playstation, but the TV did get some use by the younger members of our party (Love Island/World Cup) - yes all English channels are available ! Bedrooms are large and well equipped with comfortable beds, dressing area and large wardrobes. The view from the master bedroom across the hillside and the bay is amazing - especially at night with all the lights of Kalkan twinkling away. I feel this villa is all about outdoor living though, with loads of space around the pool/dining area. The table tennis table around the back did get a lot of use, especially whilst hungry mouths were waiting for the BBQ to be ready :-) and the covered area up top by the swimming pool was perfect for a break from the sun. Plenty of space for everyone. Walking anywhere from the Villa can be a bit of a challenge depending on the route you choose - there are some very steep hills down to the Kalamar Road which aren't so bad going down but coming back up is quite another thing ! There is an easier route down into town should you be driven to walk, however we found that that the super friendly local taxis were the answer. They nearly all know where the Villa is, and at only 15tl they saved a lot of perspiration and effort. All in all we had a superb holiday at Villa Destiny and would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

A Dream Holiday

Villa Destiny is a beautiful place to stay with panoramic views and plenty of space and everything you need. It's lovely and quiet but yet not too far away from the town. We have stayed in quite a few villas but this was the best. The pool was huge and the cleanest we've had. There are lots of different outside areas to sit all with comfy seating and shade if needed. Everyone in Kalkan goes out of their way to help, including delivering a full english breakfast to your door (Cafe Vita), or last minute shopping (Deniz). There are so many amazing restaurants in Kalkan you're spoilt for choice . Kalkan Beach Club is great - we went twice - and you have to do a boat trip. Julie is the most helpful person I have booked a villa with. She responds quickly and provides you with plenty of information to make sure everything goes smoothly and she really cares that you have a good holiday. We would definitely stay at Villa Destiny again :)

Fantastic villa, amazing outside spaces

Villa Destiny had everything we wanted, and more, for a holiday for 2 families with 5 teenagers. The layout was perfect (teenagers on the ground floor, grown ups on the top floor) and no arguments about use of bathrooms as each room had their own. The interiors are great but what sets this villa apart is the amazing outside spaces where there is more than enough space for everyone - whether you want full sun or shade. The communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Lots of great advice on what to do, where to eat etc. Julie took all the stress out of organising the holiday, from arranging transfers to/from the airport to providing WhatsApp contacts for taxi drivers and the local shop (CanCan) where you can place orders for delivery of drinks, snacks, icecream etc. Julie recommended Kazim, a personal chef, which was one of the highlights of the holiday. What a lovely man who turned up at 2.30pm and cooked all afternoon – the smells coming from the kitchen were amazing and he was happy to chat about and demonstrate what he was making. He even came back the next day with fresh peaches for us. There is a management agent who is on call 24/7 if you have any problems which was really reassuring. There is also a maintenance team which we had to call on for a couple of very minor issues – they were extremely responsive and made sure that everything was in order before leaving. For example, the lid of the kettle was slightly broken when we arrived. Not only did we have a new one delivered on the same day as reporting this, the guy who delivered the kettle filled it up and boiled it fully to make sure it was working before he was happy to leave. On a practical note, the villa was spotless and had everything we could want in terms of facilities, although I would say that it’s probably not for families with young children due to the number of stone stairs and infinity pool. The daily delivery of fresh bread was very helpful and water was delivered throughout our stay (ordered through Jane, management agent). The walk down into town takes about 20 minutes which is fine if all you’ve done all day is sit by the pool! But we resorted to the taxi’s back up to the villa (15TL). But if you don’t feel like going into town there are lovely restaurants nearby, in particular The Brothers – just a 10 min walk away. We would not hesitate in recommending this villa and we hope to return very soon.

As good as it gets !

Villa Destiny is everything you could ask for on a deluxe holiday. On arrival we were in awe at the size and quality of the villa and having walked around inside poured a glass of wine and walked onto the sun terrace overlooking Kalkan Bay I can honestly say we were all totally overwhelmed. It is a very special villa with views that would be hard to rival anywhere. On top of all of that, Kalkan is a fantastic resort that has managed to keep a lovely Turkish charm. As previous guests have stated, the owner Julie is such a fantastic help and we took her advice on a booking the private chef, boat trip etc and were delighted with everything she recommended - she even had a huge chocolate cake delivered to celebrate our daughter's GCSe results. For our family, the holiday could not have been surpassed as we enjoyed a truly fantastic week at Villa Destiny and we were so sorry that we hadn't booked for another week.

We fell in love with Kalkan (as many people do) - with it's relaxed ambience, lovely people and the vast amount of gastronomic restaurants to choose from.

Villa Destiny has a certain charm of its own - it makes you feel relaxed as it gives you lots of space having the bedrooms on the lower and upper floors and the pool and main sun terrace and table tennis on the middle floor. We have always had lots of fun at Destiny - many happy memories have been made there.
