House with direct access to the beach

The property is an apartment of about 60 square meters with a splendid terrace overlooking the sea which is only 30 meters from the house; it is located in a garden (shared with another apartment) consisting of a pine forest and access to the house through an external staircase. The house consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bedroom with large closets, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with all the accessories, a living room with a large table with TV with sky decoder (but without season ticket) a terrace with a table for lunch and dinner outside.
The house is equipped with a comfortable outdoor shower with hot water as well as a built-in barbecue.
The beach accessed from my house is sandy and the sea degrades slowly so it is very suitable for families even with small children.
Also just 10 minutes from my house you can reach the protected oasis of the famous and beautiful beaches of Bidderosa, Berchidda and Sa Curcurica where you will find yourself immersed in a unique landscape in Sardinia. 10 km from Calaliberotto you can reach the lively town of Orosei with its characteristic restaurants and ice cream parlors.

Special for families with little kids, because in the Apartment are two well-bering Kids rooms and in the middle is the Master bedroom for the parents. A few steps next to the white-sandy beach and different beautiful lagons.

Superlage mit traumhaftem Ausblick.

Toller Familienurlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht schon zum Frühstück! Ausstattung teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Viele weitere tolle Strände in der Nähe.

Sehr sauber und wunderbarer Ausblick auf das Meer

Die Wohnung in einem Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und ist sehr sauber. Für uns als Familie perfekt, da kurze Wege zum Strand und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist (Spülmaschine wäre noch toll ;-)). Außerdem gibt es eine warme Außendusche, die vor allem mit den Kindern und Sand sehr hilfreich ist. Dadurch bleibt die Wohnung sauber. Paola ist sehr hilfsbereit und konnte immer weiter helfen. Wir kommen wieder - volle Punktzahl!

Was für eine Aussicht!

Schöne, zweckmäßige Wohnung im ersten Stock, direkt am Meer mit unglaublichem Ausblick aufs Meer vom Balkon. Direkt am tollen Strand gelegen, Steine und Sand im Wechsel, glasklares Wasser, mit direktem Einstiegspunkt der lokalen Tauch Schule. Kontaktloser, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Paola und perfekten Tipps für z. B. Restaurants. Die Wohnung selber bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub direkt am Meer braucht. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - Danke an Paola!

Easygoing check in and great view

Steps to a rocky beach with a few sandy shores on both sides offers enough options to occupy our first three days :-) Though we compromise on space and the lack of WiFi, Paolo’s flat is tidy and functional with espresso machine and toaster, etc. We love the comfy chairs on the balcony with sweeping sea view. A pity though it’s very tight to seat two adults and three children. For that matter, we left our washings downstairs in the communal area. There’s also a washing line between two trees so plenty of space and very handy to air dry beach towels. We could also store beach equipment in the outdoor storage cabinet next to the outdoor showers and BBQ pit. Be mindful though there’s a lot of mosquitoes in the front garden and we had to use mosquito repellent each time we sit on the balcony. The only bathroom in the flat is very small hence not ideal for five people. Communication was tricky due to language barrier but Paolo’s relatives who live downstairs were very friendly so it wasn’t an issue when we needed help with a temperamental washing machine.

Wunderschöne Lage, Strände in direkter Nähe, Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer, einfach traumhaft alles. Der Kontakt mit Paola war sehr nett.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche ist klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Kaffemaschine, Nespresso-Maschine, Waschmaschine. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, der Starnd ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paola hat uns mehr als genug Duschtücher hingelegt, sowie Hand-und Abwaschseife. Die Wohnung wurde wahrscheinlich kürzlich renoviert und war sehr sauber! Wunderbar natürlich die Lage am Meer. Zur Linken gibts einen kleinen Strand, zur Rechten einen grösseren mit Bar und Restaurant. Paola ist eine grossartige Gastgeberin, antwortet jeweils schnell und ist unkompliziert und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens weiter.

Great location and even better hospitality

Through all period, from the moment of booking till departure, Paola was a great host, responding to any of our questions and helping us with whatever we needed. I rarely experienced this level of hospitality. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I like when you enter the apartment, and you dont need to worry if there is a salt, oil, detergent, and other small, but essential suppliancies. Location of the apartment was also great. Just 20 steps from the beach (both having rocks and sand). We checked few other beaches, but we liked the one in front of the house the most. When we decide to come to Sardinia again, we know where we will come. I highly recommend this place to others as well!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Cala Liberotto

Verschiedene Buchten fußläufig zu erreichen, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (wir konnten die Wohnung zum Beispiel noch am kompletten Abreisetag nutzen).

Direkt am Meer gelegene Wohnung, ruhig, alles vorhanden, was man braucht

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, kümmert sich sofort bei Fragen, Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Ausreichend großer Balkon mit schönem Blick zur Meerseite, man ist nur 10 m vom Meeresrauschen entfernt, Felsenküste mit schönen Sandstrandabschnitten. Ruhige Lage.

Vacanza perfetta per chi cerca un incantevole mare e tanta tranquillità!

Splendida casa, molto accogliente e arredata con gusto. Ben attrezzata e fornita di ogni comfort (lavatrice, aria condizionata, TV, microonde etc). Punto di forza è la terrazza che permette di pranzare/cenare e avere una vista sul mare blu di Sardegna con una vista impagabile! Il mare sotto casa è cristallino con spiaggia di sabbia e ciottoli. La casa è situata in un punto strategico per raggiungere altre spiagge nei dintorni. In pochi minuti d'auto si possono raggiungere altre splendide spiagge di sabbia bianca. Grazie a Paola per averci ospitato, per la gentilezza e la cortesia nel fornire tutte le indicazioni utili :) La consiglio a tutte le persone che vogliono trascorrere una fantastica vacanza rilassante in tutta tranquillità con la propria famiglia!

Appartamento accogliente e funzionale posto in un contesto tranquillo

Punto di forza della proprietà, per gli amanti della tranquillità, è la posizione diretta sul mare con una spiaggia comoda anche per chi, come noi, viaggia con bambini. L'appartamento è completo di tutto il necessario. A poca distanza sono presenti supermercati, edicola, farmacia, sportello bancomat e locali/ pizzerie. Punto strategico per visitare bellissime spiagge poste a poca distanza (oasi Biderosa, cala Ginepro, Berchida, Capo Comino). Appartamento da consigliare sicuramente. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in Cala Liberotto direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung ist im 1.Stock eines hause mit 4 Einheiten (2 unten, 2 oben). Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet, mit genug Platz für uns und unsere 2 fast erwachsenen Kinder. (Schlazi, Ki-Zi mit Stockbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Schlafsofa). Küche ist klein, aber fein, alles da, bis auf die Spühlmaschine - kein wirkliches Problem. Im Wohnessbereich mit TV findet man ausreichend Platz, aber wir waren praktisch die ganze Zeit auf der schönen Terrasse mit Meerblick; morgens sonnengeflutet und nachmittags schön schattig! Ein weiteres großes Plus ist die Gartendusche mit Warmwasseranschluss. Die Vermieterin Paola ist sehr nett und wir haben immer wieder über Whatsapp (englisch) kommuniziert. Ob Anreise oder Abreise alles hat völlig problemlos funktioniert - vielen Dank dafür!
