Had a lovely stay at Villa Linda. The outside area is private with plenty of seating area's. The pool was heated, there was an issue with the pool where the water was going down but this was picked up by the pool cleaner and a part was replaced, didn't stop us using it. The single beds not very comfortable. Walk to the centre ok if you took the short cut but not great underfoot, alot of glass around. Linda very helpful from start to finish and secured a late departure which fitted better with our flight. Overall we had a good holiday and would use the villa again

Wonderful Villa

We had a really lovely stay at Villa Linda, the pool was glorious and the house very well equipped. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Perfect for our family holiday.

Lovely, spacious villa

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, spacious villa. It is clean and well-equipped. The terrace is large, with plenty of furniture and a good sized, heated swimming pool. Both Linda and the management team are very helpful and easy to contact.

2 weeks in Lanzarote

The villa was as described and the pool was great , the location was pretty good too with only a 10 minute walk to the super dino and town. Linda the owner any questions we had in minutes. We definitely would not hesitate to stop here again.

Great stay at Villa Linda

We arrived at the villa on time on check in day and we were all ready! The villa is situated a 10-15 minute walk from the main area of Playa Blanca where there are dozens on restaurants and shops. We have been to the area before and really like it. The villa was great, we had a few minor issues but Manolo and Pamela (the villa management) are always contactable and are really helpful. The pool is absolutely brilliant and there are stunning views from the villa outdoor are. We used the BBQ every day and we all had a much deserved break. Would 100% recommend.

Another fabulous holiday at Villa Linda

We have just enjoyed another superb holiday at Villa Linda. It was bliss to spend time relaxing in the sunshine around the large, heated pool. The villa is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We love the location…only a 15 minute walk to the centre and the beach. Again we hired bikes and explored more of the surrounding area. Manolo, the local contact person was eager to help, friendly and responded quickly to any requests. Linda, thank you for the Welcome Pack which was greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to returning in March 2024 !

Another fabulous holiday at Villa Linda

We have just enjoyed another fabulous holiday at Linda’s wonderful villa. Everything about this villa suits us. It is clean, well equipped, spacious, has a large heated pool and a very comfortable outdoor area - throughout the day there is always a choice of sunshine or shade. The villa is private and only a 15 minute walk to the town where there are many shops, restaurants and bars. Linda and her management team are always eager to help with any queries and nothing is too much trouble for them. We love this villa and are already looking forward to returning in November ! Thank you for the ‘Welcome pack’ too, it was very much appreciated

Fantastic Villa

We had a lovely stay at Villa Linda. The villa was spacious and clean, and the outside area with the pool was great for the children. Excellent directions with how to get to the villa etc, although we also used a satnav from the airport, and userd Linda’s directions for the fine tuning as we arrived. Great location a mile or 2 from the the town and the beach, although you could probably do with a hire car to get around. Linda and Manolo were great hosts, and the communication was perfect. We used the BBQ several times as well as visiting the local area for some nice restaurants. There’s a fantastic zoo/water park called Rancho Texas which is about a 30 minute drive which is well worth a visit. In summary we would definitely recommend Villa Linda and Lamzarote, and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Superb !

We loved Villa Linda, it was perfect for us and exactly as described. The villa is clean, spacious and has an excellent pool area. The outside area is great because whilst it gets the sun all day, there is also ample shade. We loved the peace of the villa and access to Playa Blanca town is only a 15 minute walk. The hired bikes and enjoyed exploring the wider area. Linda is very helpful and responds immediately to any queries. We had made previous bookings at this villa which unfortunately we had to cancel for personal reasons, Linda showed patience and understanding towards us. We loved our holiday so much at Villa Linda we have booked to return later this year. Many thanks, David and Alison

Wonderful place

We had a great time in Lanzarote, may well be our new favourite holiday destination. Villa Linda was ideal, with everything you could need in a home away from home. We didn't actually do any cooking, but the kitchen was fully equipped if we had wanted to. We made much use of the patio and the pool, which are both private. Linda herself was quick to answer and very helpful, the couple of times I had questions. The villa is about a 10-15 minute walk from the seafront - once there, you can turn left or right and walk another 15-20 minutes in either direction, with bars and restaurants pretty much every step of the way. This amount of walking suited us perfectly, and though we did hire a car, I don't think I would do so again because we hardly used it (and even when we did, like to go to the Rancho Texas theme park, there was a free public transport alternative that we could have used instead). A great holiday in a lovely villa in a resort that really suited us - couldn't ask for more!

Lovely stay at Villa Linda

My wife and I are in our early seventies and like to have quiet private villa holidays. Villa Linda hit the spot it was lovely and in a great location. We both had a lovely relaxing holiday and enjoyed the privae pool and surrounding terrace. The villa inside was also lovely and spacious. There were one or two areas that need addressing however; The villa is advertised as having a hot tub/spa bath, bidet, circular day bed. These items are not available in the villa. These did not bother us but may some people. Also although the villa inside was very clean, the oven had not been cleaned, when we used it the villa filled up with smoke from the oven walls. Some of the pool area soft furnishings are a little tired and the ribbed rubber matting on the tables is badly stained. All of the above are simple to address and would make big difference. Notwithstanding the above we had a very nice stay at Villa Linda and really appreciated the welcome pack and Manolo was very helpful. Also the directions to the villa and key access was superb.

Hi Gerry I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and I apologise for any issues you may have come across I will have these rectified immediately! Regarding hot tub/spa bath I have never had these and I have never advertised having these I’m a bit perplexed by that issue? The garden day bed unfortunately which was delivered by sea from fuerteventura to the villa was jumped upon by a guests children which broke the base leaving sharp spikes of rattan exposed so therefore not usable I am in the process of trying to source one now as we speak i spoke to the management regarding the oven and they said the oven had just been cleaned and that is why some smoke came off it when turned on?I am flying over myself this weekend and will refresh and refurb where necessary as is my normal routine every 3 months I am sorry for the issues you found and assure you these issues will be addressed immediately

When we arrived at the villa we thought it was lovely, till we saw all the cobwebs.The kitchen lighting was very poor, Luckily I didn’t do any cooking but so glad i didn’t because of the darkness couldn’t see all the ants on the work tops. But the worst part was the pool it is advertised as heated but it isn’t the pump is broken,we arrived on Saturday and no one came till Tuesday and said they needed permission from the owner to replace it, told us they would be back later. They obviously didn’t get permission and we didn’t here another word from the owners.we noticed it is booked up would be interesting to know if they have fixed it. The reason we chose this villa is because it advertises a heated pool. The men didn’t carry out any diagnostic checks they just seemed to already know it wasn’t working.

I am really shocked at Lynda's comments as I was in touch with her constantly regarding the pool issue? Lynda contacted me the day after her arrival on the Sunday morning stating in her words " Hi Linda at the villa absolutely love it! but the pool feels cold" I immediately responded to her email stating i would contact the management company i use as i am based in the UK and get them to check it? the management responded back immediately informing me that the pool guy would be out to check it first thing Monday morning (as Sunday is their only day off?) on Monday the pool guy checked the pool and discovered there was a problem with the thermostat as this is a complex part of the pool system they had to call a technician out, a technician came out the next day and stated that we needed a new pool heater! pool heaters are a very large piece of equipment and not something we found to our dismay something that pool suppliers have to hand at the back of their shop, this equipment we learned can take some pool suppliers several weeks to obtain and after calling all pool suppliers on the island with no joy we decided to uproot our pool heater from our other villa, so as not to leave Linda with no pool heat! this took several hours but unfortunately was not suitable as the pipework was not the same so could not be used! we tried everything we possibly could to fix this problem for Lynda during her stay but sometimes things are beyond my control! we therefore ordered a new pool heater from a supplier who has managed to get delivery of one for today the 07/12/21. Although it is with great regret that i could not get the pool heater fixed during Lynda's stay we have now fixed this problem? Regarding kitchen light?? i have asked the management to check the bulb? as for cobwebs i find this very hard to believe as i personally stayed in the villa a week before Lynda arrived and as the owner i cleaned every inch of the villa?

Lovely stay

This was our 4th visit to Playa Blanca but this visit was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing!! Having always stayed in hotels, this was our 1st experience of a private villa and wont be the last. Linda was brilliant from our very first enquiry right through to the actual booking and made the whole process very easy, answering any questions we had along the way. Joan & Brian were on hand for any problems we had during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa is well equipped and the patio area gets the sun all day - perfect for sun worshipers! The pool was warm and a welcome respite from the sun when it was hot. Our daughter spent more hours in the pool each day than she did in bed!! The villa is located a 15 minute walk from the main center of Playa Blanca. A taxi back was around 4euros. We found some nice places to eat and would highly recommend Resturante El Galeon, which is located in the carpark of the harbour, its a hit with the locals so you know its good!! Also Imagine India which is towards the end of the sea front towards the harbour. It was the best indian meal we have ever had and the service was fantastic, Another excellent one is an italian called Da Vinci,which is just down from the taxi rank. Amazing view of the ocean and also fantastic food and service. Thank-you Linda for an enjoyable holiday and we will hopefully be back soon!

Great villa

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Linda, it was perfect! Our girls aged 5 and 7 absolutely loved the pool. There was so much space and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Der Kontakt mit Frau McKenna war gut und freundlich, das Anwesen wie beschrieben, auch die Lage ist schon durch die Anbindung an die LZ-2 gut geeignet für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank! Klare Empfehlung.

Great villa in great location

A lovely villa close to town. Any issues or queries were dealt with promptly. Would definitely recommend this villa as it has everything you need and is very walkable to town.

Lovely family villa in excellent location

Communication with the Villa owner throughout the pandemic was excellent as there were a number of changes. Nothing was too much trouble. Good location no more than a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca with beautiful walks in either direction. Good sized pool and outside space with lovely mountain views. All the family enjoyed the property and would happily recommend/ stay again

Nicholas and his family were great guests considering all that they had been through due to the Pandemic! I'm so glad they finally managed to get to stay at the villa and enjoyed their long awaited much needed holiday! i would gladly welcome Nicholas and his family at the villa again in the future.

Guter Platz zum Erholen

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind (ca. 2 Jahre) in diesem geräumigen Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind umfangreich mit Schränken und Kommoden ausgestattet und auf den Matratzen war das Schlafen angenehm (das Doppelbett haben wir nicht benutzt). Die indirekte Beleuchtung am Esstisch ist angenehm, evtl. aber auch ein bisschen zu wenig. Der Swimmingpool, der zweimal in der Woche gesäubert und befüllt wurde, war ein Fest für das Kind. An den heißen Tagen hätten wir uns eine Überdachung über den zum Hof liegenden Türen gewünscht um die Aufwärmung des Wohnraumes geringer zu halten. In der Waschmaschine haben wir die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher waschen können, die auf dem Wäscheständer im Hof schnell getrocknet waren. Die Küche ist groß und geräumig. Vermisst haben wir eine Arbeitsplatzbeleuchtung und ein Fenster zum Lüften. Das vorhandene Fenster geht zu einem Nebenraum und lässt sich nicht öffnen, so dass es teilweise recht warm in der Küche wird. Ferner konnten wir keine Schüsseln für die selbstgemachten Speisen entdecken und eine zusätzliche, größere Bratpfanne sowie weitere Töpfe wären eine Hilfe. Zum Kaffee kochen hat uns das freundliche Vor-Ort-Management unverzüglich eine French-Press-Kanne zur Verfügung gestellt, nachdem wir einen kleinen, defekten Espressokocher reklamiert haben. Das WLAN klappte einwandfrei, Fernseher usw. haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Haus liegt direkt neben einem unbebauten, großen Feld, welches wiederum an den Hauptzufahrtstrassen zu Playa Blanca in ca. 200m Entfernung liegt. Den Verkehr haben wir kaum wahrgenommen. Wir haben hier einen schönen Urlaub verlebt, dankeschön.

Very spacious, good location and well managed

This is a very spacious property; great outside space and the rooms are all a really good size. It is well managed and maintained and all those involved are very helpful. It’s 15/20 minute walk from the sea front which was just manageable with a 5 and 2 year old. Loads of supermarkets within easy access and the taxis are easy to use. Only point would be for more comfortable seating inside; and more kids toys would be handy too.
