Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach And Zoo Views - Renovated Studio 1 Minute From Beach
We are so excited to add this studio to our Waikiki vacation rentals. Located across the street from Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park, this piece of paradise provides unobstructed ocean views and of Diamond Head, the Park and the Zoo.
We looked for condos for 10 years in this building and were finally able to buy this fantastic studio. We completely remodeled this piece of paradise with new granite counters, a new full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, high quality split air conditioning, 40" flat screen TV and much more.
It is a great location for those that love the outdoors. The lovely Kapiolani Park and the beach are across the street where you can walk, run, surf, boogie board, swim, and even hike up Diamond Head! It is also the perfect location if laying on the beach is your form of exercise!
Is surf up? Just look out the window to find out! There are board rentals and lessons close by. The prime boogie boarding spot is 1 minute away! Next to that is a huge area of the beach that is protected by a sea wall so it is like a gigantic salt water pool. All the close-by areas of the beach have lifeguards.
High speed fiber optic cable has just been installed in the whole building which provides free WIFI and high definition television. The TV is connected to the internet and you can watch Netflix, Amazon video and others that you have an account for.
The building has a beautiful lobby and a front desk to provide concierge services. There is a swimming pool, laundry, hamburger restaurant, bar, and parking.
Instead of looking at another condo building you'll have nothing but green park, Diamond Head and the ocean for your view. Yet it is very close to all the wonderful Waikiki Amenities.

About Steve Marcotte
We have owned and managed Hawaii Vacation Rentals since 1993 and helped many thousands of guests to enjoy their stay in paradise. We are a boutique vacation rentals and real estate sales company that focus our attention on a small number of properties. Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes. We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off! In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Even if you cannot live in Hawaii full time, It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have property is here and you can come whenever you want. And when you are not staying at your property the rent can help pay the bills. Steve Marcotte Principal Broker Hawaii License Number RB-18115 Hawaii Second Homes 430 Lewers St Honolulu, HI 96815
Why Steve Marcotte chose Diamond Head - Kapahulu - St. Louis
We started looking for Waikiki properties 10 years ago in preparation of relocating from Hawaii Island (The BIg Island) to Honolulu. We loved this building but didn't find a suitable unit until the end of 2015. The views are fantastic! Diamond Head in all it's glory. The Central Park-like Kapiolani Park that houses the Honolulu Zoo, the Waikiki Shell for concerts, tennis courts and a mile of beautiful beach.
What makes this Studio unique
This is one of the few properties in Waikiki that have totally unobstructed views of Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park and the Beach. Your view is NOT looking at another building it is green park and blue ocean!

Great location, great view. Comfortable and quiet.
Wow-- This place was awesome and it had it all.
This place had it all. The view was beautiful and the location was walking distinct to everything. The beach was beautiful. This condo was very special and Steve the owner made sure every little detail was covered. Steve had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler for the beach too.
Great view and access to beach
The condo is small, but comfortable and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants and bus stops to anywhere you want to go. Great view of Diamond Head and ocean and we could watch the flamingos in the zoo across the street from the lanai. Owner, Steve, is very accommodating and gave us some helpful info.
Just wanted a good clean place to sleep. The room was small and clean. WiFi worked really well.
The unit was clean and the location was perfect for us. It wasn’t in the center of the l hustle and bustle of Waikiki beach but was walking distance to everything - shopping, restaurants, beach. The view was beautiful — Diamond Head and the ocean. It would have been nice to have a hot plate to cook some breakfast but there is a fridge and microwave and everything else we needed in kitchen supplies. I can’t think of anything else we would’ve changed or preferred about this place. There were beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, and small cooler which were things we really appreciated! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend!
Wonderful stay in perfect location. Great communication with owner right from time of booking. Very helpful, arranged a park for us and text us on arrival to check we got in ok. At great end of Waikiki easy to get out & about and Teddys burgers are right below and amazing. Will definitely be back! :-)
What an awesome location! One minute from the beach, across the street from beautiful Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo. Restaurants are everywhere, including right in the building. Across the street from the annual premier of Hawaii Five-0. In fact, the neighborhood is a favorite location for filming. It is fun to watch them! It is right across the street from the surfing and boogie boarding spots. There are plenty of board rentals and lessons close by. Moped and bicycle rentals are around the corner. Honolulu has numerous street fairs and free concerts throughout the year and most of them are right around the corner. Are you a music lover? The Hawaii Blue Note opened in January 2016 and is only a 10 minute walk. There is great Hawaiian music by the likes of Cyril Pahinui and Taimane Gardner. Instead of paying to see them in Carnegie Hall you can see them for free at nearby resorts. There is easy freeway access to the Waikiki Grand. It is also close to bus stops for the Honolulu bus system.
