Spacious holiday home in a great location

We loved being so close to the sea and found the house very spacious and comfortable.It was really easy to walk to Fistral beach or out to the cliffs. We would definitely like to stay again.

Lovely

We were staying for 10 nights. The location is lovely just by Fistral beach, lovely walks and the absolutely wonderful The Ghannel with beautiful sceneries, nice café Fern Pit and more. We had a lovely stay and the walk in to town is so beautiful. Nice neighbours and nice host! We did not want to go home! We are a family of 6 and the kids are 7, 9, 13 and 15. We did not use a car and it all worked out fine by foot! Highly recommended!

Newquay townhouse

Very nice townhouse in Newquay with sea glimpses. Log burner is a plus during the cold weather. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Bonus that it is dog friendly.

Great stay, fantastic location and super helpful host

Loved our stay. Very clean and great location for Fistral & the Gannel. Lots of space and private garden with parking for 2 cars. Would definitely book again.

Great location, very nice house

Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach so the location was perfect for us. Comfortable, very clean house, it had everything that we needed, including a wii and board games for those nights staying in. We’ve already booked for next year!

Charming appartment in a perfect location

We had a great stay at Fistral Beach and were very happy with this huge and nice appartment. It was astounding that we did neither really hear the nearby roads nor the neigbours (only the seagulls).

Great Location

This is a lovely house in an amazing location. Plenty of space inside and decent sized garden which gets sun from the morning until around 7pm. The location is perfect for beaches (Fistral about 2 mins walk, Crantock about 10 via the bridge) and central newquay (about 10 mins walk). We've already rebooked for next year!

Excellent location

Excellent location for the beach. Only a 10 minute stroll. The house provided all the amenities that you would need for a holiday.Plenty of bedroom space. We took our 4 year old daughter and so the stair gates provided were ideal. Also fairly close to the town centre. Would definately recommend for a holiday.

Ideal Holiday Home

Fantastic holiday home. Absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday. Lovely spacious extremely clean house. Garden is beautiful and a complete suntrap. Location is ideal for exploring Newquay, Fistral, Pentire Headland and Crantock with moving the car. The hosts are so friendly and answer any queries really quickly and efficiently. Easily out favourite stay in Newquay

Fantastic place to stay

First time of using Vrbo and the reviews are not wrong. The property is fantastic and has everything you need, beds were really comfy (even better than at home as our teenage girls said!) and a great night sleep by all. It is literally a stone throw from Fistral beach and great location to go an watch the sunset! Within easy reach walking into town and great access to venture further a field. Good communication from Eddy and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic house. Clean and well equipped - had everything you might need. Even had torches on each floor in case of emergencies Ideal for dogs - enclosed garden and stair gates. I can’t fault it and will definitely return. Thanks xx

Smashing Place

Spotlessly clean and with everything that you need...and more. The washing down area for wetsuits was an added bonus and the drying space in the covered carport really well thought out and so nicely decorated with a sea theme that made me smile. The lovely log burner made the November sea coldness melt away. Loved the seaside theme throughout.

Good holiday home

Location @2-3 minutes from the beach front .. cut through alley House clean with all amenities described in advert. Bed was comfy .. only used one double Nice linen Plenty of towels Kitchen good to use -had tea towels and cleaning stuff Stair guards a nice idea for our dog .. knew she was safe when we went upstairs Garden great for dog .. had a washing line too for our beach towels .. was a sun trap Plenty of hot water Don’t know about heating as thankfully didn’t need it. We had the sun ! Was an ideal comfy safe base for us two oldies and our old dog If come back to Cornwall would book again Thankyou

Doggy Heaven

First time using VRBO with the aim of taking our two dogs on holiday with us. Verdict: result. Lovely cosy apartment. Facilities and services excellent. Distance from Fistral beach was minutes. A great position to enter the town or venture further afield. The dogs loved the beaches and everybody seems to love dogs rather than the precious people near us!

Solo traveler with dog.

Good timing as weather was lovely for the week. Accommodation was comfortable with all aminities and good location close to beach. The only concern I had was some one coming into the property when I was not there assume it was some one local who sore me the leave the place was informed it could have been the cleaning lady who was not due to come over and clean while I was there but had my suspicion it could have been the neighbour that was the cleaner as I sence her to be a bit of a nosey buisy body? Could not help but wonder if the intruder was judging me for being by my self in a house aswell as looking foreign as the owner did tell me to let him know if any one comes in again while I am not there.

Excellent property and location

We spent two wonderful weeks at this lovely property. Excellent location to walk to beach, shops. The property has everything you would need and more, lovely enclosed garden safe for children and ideal for dogs. Communication from Eddy property owner was first class, friendly professional and prompt. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely visit again. Lovely house in great location

Lovely house, 5 minute walk to Fistral (great surf) and 10 minute walk to the Gannel (great dog walking). House was very clean and Eddy was very easy to communicate with.

A little gem so close to fistral bay and newquay town

This is accommodation was perfect for us - a couple with two dogs. The accommodation has everything you need. Beds are lovely and comfy. The washing down area in the back garden was a godsend for the dogs. The washing machine is great as didn’t have a load of washing to go home with! Newquay is a short walk which was really handy for popping to the shops or going for lunch. Couldn’t recommend it enough and I will definitely be booking again. Next time we will bring our golf clubs as it’s so close to the golf course too. Thank you for a great stay

First visit to Cornwall

Couldn't have asked for a better location for our first visit to Cornwall. Located across the road rom the beach great for early morning and evening walks with the dog. Walking distance into Newquay and other areas all within reasonable driving distance

A fabulous week in a perfectly appointed home

We had a fabulous week in Newquay and the house is perfectly positioned For Fistral Beach which was perfectly my daughters surfing and of course dog walks on the beach. The house is very comfortable, having an outside tap for cleaning our wetsuits and hosing down the dog. Facilities in the house are excellent with almost every kitchen utensil you can think of and additional touches including first aid kit, sewing kit and spare bulbs/batteries. We would thoroughly recommend staying here and will definitely book again

We have designed the layout of the house to suit our needs whilst giving considerable thought to the needs of our guests and have made the house particulary child and dog friendly.

We bought the property in October 2011, and have completely renovated it from top to bottom, so new bathroom, new kitchen and appliances and decorated throughout to a high standard. Location: Some of the local activities and attractions on offer around Newquay. Pub / Restaurant -60 metres. Shop - 40 metres. Beach - 300 metres. Golf - 500 metres. Fishing/river/sea- 5min walk. There is a pub / restaurant 60 metres away. Local shop is only 40 metres away. (Great pasties). Fistral beach is only 300 metres from the front door! It takes 10 minutes to walk to Salisbury's and a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Bed linen and towels included.

A newly refurbished and renovated 2 bedroom property (sleeps 6). Brand new Kitchen and Bathroom and ample parking for 2 cars. Facilities: Lounge Very large comfortable lounge / diner with seating for 6 people, freeview TV and great views overlooking Fistral Beach and the golf course. A wood burning stove is available for those cooler evenings. Kitchen overlooking sun terrace, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster,kettle, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Bathroom Newly fitted with both bath and good shower with anti slip flooring. Bedroom 1 Large bedroom with fantastic views overlooking Fistral beach. With both a double and a single bed, wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom 2 South facing bedroom with a double and a single bed, lots of cupboard and wardrobe space. Garden South.
