Hi Cheryl! I enjoyed meeting you and am so glad that everyone had such a great time here in Naples. I think the kids win the trophy for most pool use - probably should check them to make sure they didn't sprout gills :) Our housekeepers send their love & a BIG THANKS! for all the towel help! Have a fantastic rest of 2026 and Naples hopes to see you all again sometime in the future! Take care! Jan

Hi Sharon! It was a real pleasure meeting you and your group (and your little fur-kids!) Thank you so much for the great care you gave our home (our housekeepers send their love.) Take care & stay safe out there ~ Jan

Hi Denise. Thanks so much for choosing to stay with us. I am thrilled that the family had such a great time over Thanksgiving and I hope that we had the kitchen (over-stocked) with all and more that would be needed to create a great Thanksgiving meal! We loved the photo you sent of the group after your 5k run on Thanksgiving morn! (That's a great way to earn all the day's GOODIES to come). Thanks for taking such good care of our home- we LOVE guests like you! And do please hurry back to lounge in the sunshine of Naples! Take Care~ Jan & Dave

Hi Linda! It was a pleasure meeting you and your family. I'm so glad that everyone had a great time and could make vacation memories. (After all, how many vacations include zombie firemen - haha) Thanks for taking care of the home & getting all those towels done before housekeeping even stepped in. They were thrilled & send big hugs to you all! And the kids room - well, that little organizer you have I can tell already has a bright future ahead of her! Please come back to see us again one day. We would sure love it!! Take care & stay safe out there. ~Jan

Hi Judy & Katee! It was a real pleasure meeting and hosting your family. As Katee told me, "I don't thing there's ANYTHING in the house we didn't try." That a whole lot of stuff!! lol And I am so glad that it kept everyone busy & enjoying themselves. I hope the kids got to see those peacocks! Thanks for taking such good care of the home and please know that you all are welcome back anytime! Take care & stay safe out there ~ Jan

Hi Jessica! Thank you for letting us be a part of your very special celebration. I'm so happy to hear that everything went spectacular, right down to your accommodations! And I can tell you that this host didn't want you to leave either :) Thanks for the great care you took of our home and please know you are all welcome back anytime. All the best to you! Thank you for taking such GREAT care of the home (housekeeping sends their love!) Please know you are welcome to return anytime!! Take care & stay safe out there ~ Jan

Thanks for staying with us Scott & family! (Though my housekeepers said, - "Are you SURE anyone stayed here?) - It was my pleasure to meet you & the family and to host you all. I'm sorry that I couldn't do anything about the weather during your stay, but I've been spending a lot of time with Mother Nature lately & 'think' we just might be getting close enough that I can ask for a 'few favors' in the future (wink/wink). Your family is welcome back with us ANY time you want to visit here again in Naples. Thanks for choosing our home & stay safe out there. Jan~

Hi Stacy! We think you are pretty incredible guests yourselves! Thanks so much for the great description - it's hard to beat incredible. (But now that you've met me, I accept the challenge - wink/wink). It was a pleasure meeting & hosting your family and please know that you all are welcome back ANY time. We hope to see you again in the future!! Take care & stay safe out there~ Jan

Thanks Tony! I enjoyed meeting you all. Housekeeping said to send a big Thanks! to the ladies for starting the dishwasher & washing the remaining dishes in the sink. And for having loads going in both the washer & the dryer. It REALLY is a big help to them on turnover days and lets them know they are thought of as well. And we thank you for taking such good care of the home & grounds. I hope everyone found plenty to do and then went on to enjoy their rest of their time here in Naples. Please know you are welcome to return anytime! And btw: That Harley is beautiful (am I allowed to use such a word on such a beast- lol) - Anyways, stay safe on your long ride back home again! Take care ~

Hi Nick! And the home is in such great shape that I have to wonder if you even used any of the other rooms (haha) You all were a pleasure to work with and I hope to see any/all of you back again in the future. And as to your needs - (You weren't very NEEDY men- lol). Thanks again for staying with us!! Take care~ Jan

I always love to hear when my guests have had a great time. After all, what are vacations for if you can't totally relax and unwind. I would say I have done my job - however, I will never be DONE with making sure every experience is worth talking about (and that means in a Raving manner - not Ranting!) - And all the thoughts for expansions, improvements and additions keep me up late at night- the property and the experiences are only going to get better from here! (Including a fabulous built-in outdoor BBQ kitchen). You are a pleasure to work with - the care you gave the home was impeccable and for both I thank YOU! Your family is welcome anytime - and from the sounds of it - that can't be soon enough - :) We look forward to seeing you again in the near future! Take care Jan

Hi Claudia! Some days I think I have the best job in the world - getting to meet so many amazing new families each week :) It was a pleasure hosting you all and I'm so glad you had a great time. It's a wonderful testament to what we're doing here when I get to hear repeatedly from our guests- "Nobody wanted to leave the property during the entire stay we were here!" I love that. Thank you for taking great care of everything while here & making our housekeepers lives a little bit easier. They too send their love your way! Give little Lola an x-tra hug for me and we hope to see you all back real soon. Take care & stay safe out there~ Jan

Hi Paula! It was a total pleasure meeting you all. I'm thrilled that the location, amenities & our home worked out so well for mom's 90th birthday! She's a lucky lady with such a great family and friends surrounding her. One would NEVER know there was a wild bash here - (wink/wink) Thank you for taking such great care of the home and our housekeepers say the cupcakes were fantastic! (I think the sugar even put a 'pep in their step' - not a single one was left - lol) Please come back anytime! Take care & stay safe out there ~ Jan

Hi Beth! 20,000 - I LOVE it!! And I give you all the same right back as great guests. You have a wonderful family and amazing grandkids - and I think your little 'spokesman' has a future in politics - lol. I love his message on the chalkboard (just like he promised me & then REMEMBERED!) Fantastic :) Thank you for taking such good care of the house and tell the kids I'm so happy that I don't have to separate the barbie shoes from the lego's (wink/wink) Thanks for staying with us and know that you are all welcome back ANYTIME - and please tell the girls I have towel hooks with their names waiting on them in their bathroom! Take care & stay safe out there~ Jan

Greetings Mike & family! "A giant toy store" - I love it!! Well we've done our job then making those all day rains a little more bearable ( for everyone) lol. An enormous THANK YOU for all the 'above & beyond' you went to for our housekeeping staff. Everyone appreciates it (and they got to go home a little early - wink/wink) It was a pleasure to meet & host you and we hope that you will indeed one day come back to see us again. Take care & stay safe out there ~ Jan

Hi Rebecca - I'm so glad everyone had such a great time! We pack the house with goodies, so your never have to unpack or leave (shhh~ It's our little secret.) The boat rides are always fun around here and you can't boat without stopping for the shells! Love all the photos you sent us and that chalkboard wall - WOW! I'm trying to figure out how to immortalize it :) I'm glad that you could bring along Ginger the Dog as well. Every dog needs a vacation too! Thanks for taking such good care of the house and all the 'cleaning' you did before you left. We appreciate you! Please come back ANY time (and we'll keep check-in time our little secret - lol) Oh- and the peacocks are probably going to miss you~ Take care & stay safe out there! Jan

Hi Marc - Thanks so much for staying with us. I am glad our home met the needs of you and your colleagues. We are striving hard to make sure that all one needs to bring to sunny Naples is their bathing suit! As to any musty smell you may have encountered - I can only imagine that is the result of our having the game room carpeting as well as the large area rugs thruout the home cleaned just prior to your arrival. We have had some crazy cool temperatures lately and a/c's have not been running as they typically do thruout our winter seasons. As we have our carpets/rugs cleaned often I will make sure the team keeps the air moving thruout the home so that this is never a problem again. Thanks again for staying and for taking such wonderful care of our home. Take Care ~ Jan

Hi Annie! Can I start by asking if you could bring me your mom for safe keeping (and then you'd have lots more reasons to come back and see us again!) She's an absolute treasure :) Actually, I'd keep your whole family. You have an amazing group there! I'm glad that everyone found lots to do, sorry that you couldn't have stayed longer. But hoping that you'll make your way to see us again some day. Our housekeepers send their love. One said, "People like this make my job security seem scary." I hugged her and then handed her a rag saying, "There's always going to be dust."- lol. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our home & for all the 'x-tra's' you did to boot (it WAS noticed!) As much as you appreciated a great host - I equally appreciated great guests! Thanks for staying with us, take care & stay safe out there ~ Jan

Hi Linzy & family! Thank you so much for the kind words. Our housekeepers tell us that it's easy to keep the place in great shape when our guests are so awesome! Thank you for taking such good care of the home. We try to pack it all in for folks of all sizes, shapes & ages (2 legged & 4) and yes, even Larry the Lizard that came to stay with us once :) We are so glad everyone had a great time and we do hope you think of us next time down in Naples. While our traffic is CRAZY during springtime/break (it's hard to beat our weather for sure!) often turning 10 min trips into 25 with heavy traffic, being on the south of Naples is a big advantage for our golfing groups and adventurers who don't then have to fight the traffic to get to their great outdoor activities. It's always a catch-22 for someone though and we hope the peaceful surroundings & amenities more than make up for. Take care of that new baby and have a great 2025! Jan

Robin - I am so glad that you LOVED our home. We are striving to move way beyond the 'Must Haves' to the 'Nice to Haves'. We are new to the rental market and will continue to improve and evolve as we go along - so each time you visit there will be new wonders to discover. Thanks for staying with us -your family has been a joy to work with too. And thanks for leaving the home in such great shape - (I almost felt guilty calling in the housekeepers) -:) We look forward to seeing you back in the future! Jan

Hi Sheila! Thank you for such an amazing review and your kind words. I love to hear when everyone has a great time- as you all so deserve it! It was a real pleasure meeting your group and my housekeepers send their love for all your hard work before departing. It is much appreciated by ALL of us! We sure hope to see you back again as you are always welcome to stay with us anytime. Take care & stay safe out there. Jan

Ann - I am so glad your group was able to have such a great time in Naples - at both the house and out about the town. These days vacations go way too fast and making sure my guests are both happy and comfortable is my #1 priority. Thanks for your kind words - I am trying hard to make sure that the home not only meets but exceeds my guests expectations. My goal is to always have that 'new house feel' ~ Being new to the rental market brings it's own set of new challenges and we will continue to make improvements (some fun, and some not so much) as we hear from our guests. This is my family's vacation home and we want our guests to feel as if it is theirs too- adding in their valuable comments, suggestions & feedback. And of course, returning back to us from year to year! Your group was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for taking such good care of the home and we look forward to seeing you again! Take care, Jan

Ah ~ That's awesome! how about if we just adopt your great little grandson - :) We are beyond thrilled that everyone had such a fantastic time on your family vacation! It's hard to get everyone in one place these days (and THEN keep them all happy!) - you managed to do both and we love that we got to be a part of your memory-making! Thank you for taking such GREAT care of our home. Our housekeeping sent me a message asking if "anyone really stayed in the home between their cleanings" - I assured them Yes, and they were an awesome family! We will continue to work on & add things for folks to do when they come to stay with us as we too know how 'it's all the little things' that make up the big ones that make all the differences. Please take care and you are all welcome back ANYTIME you find yourselves in Naples. Jan
