SunBay Apartments cuenta con hermosos apartamentos espaciosos de una habitación, todos con grandes terrazas y acceso a un atractivo patio decorado con pérgolas de jazmín y rodeado de una variedad de árboles frutales y setos.
Con licencia de la Organización de Turismo de Chipre. SunBay se encuentra a poca distancia en coche de las mejores playas de Agia Napa y Protaras.
SunBay es reconocido por su limpieza, su servicio amable y su ubicación cerca de la playa.

Hemos estado aquí muchas veces y siempre pasamos unas vacaciones muy felices en sus apartamentos. De todos modos, dentro y fuera, todo está limpio y bien equipado. Nos gusta mucho Chipre y su alojamiento. Volveremos lo antes posible.

Sun Bay Apartment 2

The apartment was well equipped and had everything you need. It was cleaned twice a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays). I felt very comfortable. All apartments have a large private seating area or balcony and then there is a common courtyard with sunbeds, tables and chairs where you can always meet other guests to talk. Eleni, the host, was super nice, helped with all my questions and also told me a lot about Cyprus. I really enjoyed my time there and can highly recommend the location.

Beautiful, clean and close to all amenities

We had a fabulous time. Eleni welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around, giving us all the information we required. She had put cold water and beers in the fridge ready for our arrival and also organised our transfer from the airport. The property is beautiful. You have everything you need and is in a quiet location next to a wheat field. Hope they dont ever build on it.. The apartment is about 5 mins from the sea, in fact you can see it and also very close to restaurants and local supermarkets. The weather was gorgeous for mid November so good in fact we are going back next year. Thank you Eleni for making us so welcome

Great place!

We had a perfectly wonderful time at this great apartment, near the beach, near the main road, near the bus, near restaurants, near supermarkets - everything that you could wish for when you are on holiday in Cyprus. Larnaca is 20+ minutes away by bus and the bus stop is a short walk from this fully equipped apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much, and Eleni was extremely helpful in arranging for a taxi both from and to the airport. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to a return visit!

schöne, ruhige Apartments

wir waren zu zweit für 3 Wochen in einem Apartment im 1.Stock. Von dort kann man das Meer sehen.Die Vermieterin Eleni kümmert sich hervorragend um die Gäste.Auf dem großen Balkon kann man gemütlich frühstücken und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Apartment sind sauber und eigentlich ideal für 2 Personen. Der Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen sowie gute Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu reichen. Auspflüge können in dortigen Reisebüro gebucht werden. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

schöne, ruhige Unterkunft

wir waren im Mai 2015 für 3 Wochen dort. Hatten ein Apartment im 1.Stock mit großem Balkon , das Meer konnte man sehen.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vor allen die Ruhe dort.Das Wetter hat bis auf einige Ausnahmen zum Strand eingeladen, zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Für 2 Personen war das Apartment ideal. Gute Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Apartment war sauber und Eleni kümmert sich liebevoll um ihre Gäste. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist allerdings der Fernseher nur griechische und englische Programme. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Pleasant vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at SunBay apartment. The weather was perfect. We rented 2 apartments for a group of 6 people. The balcony was big enough to accommodate all of us, as we had a lovely breakfast or dinner. Our host Eleni is a really wonderful person, very helpful and professional. I would recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a nice and quite place to stay in Cyprus.

Sun Bay Apartments lives up to it,s description

We have been holidaying in Cyprus for more than 20 years but this was our first stay at Sun Bay Apartments. It was very clean and well maintained with great views from our fantastic balcony, on arrival we had a cold Keo,bottle of water and a bottle of wine waiting for us which was very welcome. We love the beach so Sun Bay was ideally situated for us just a few minuets walk away, also very close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Going into Larnaca is no problem even without a car as there is a very efficient bus service, overall we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend it to friends and family.

Gerne wieder!

Noch etwas vor der Saison hatten wir den Innenhof zum Spielen für uns allein, also richtig Platz. Die Wohnung war genau richtig für uns drei mit einer tollen Terrasse, von der aus man sogar das Meer sehen konnte, wir haben uns dort zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von Eleni sehr nett aufgenommen! An den Strand läuft man ein kurzes Stück und kann dort auch schön spazieren. Mit einem Auto ist man in einer halben Stunde an den goldenen Traumstränden, in einer 3/4 Stunde in der Hauptstadt und erreicht auch sonst sehr gut viele schöne Ziele. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist ganz nah. Das Wetter war schon prima im April, anfangs noch sehr windig, aber dann immer heißer, baden konnten wir an Ostern schon, das Meer war zwar noch frisch, aber ein Traum! Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Eleni!

Super nice and a clean Apartment.

The Apartment vas totally perfect and lived in full up to the description. A super nice place to holiday and close to beach, shopping, dining, and the opportunity ro rent a car. Quiet surroundings and and just right for us at the age of 56 and 60. We thank you for your helpfulness and because you organized the taxi from the ariport in the middle of the night and again on the day of return. If we were to have the opportunity to visit Cyprus another time, we will be happy to return. The apartment is centrally located in Cyprus at appropriate distances to visit several places on the Island. Sincerely Bente and Carl Peter from Denmark.

L'impressione complessiva è stata molto positiva

Ho trascorso nell'appartamento la settimana dal 5 al 12 febbraio 2014. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la sua posizione, a poche decine di metri dal mare, la splendida terrazza esposta al sole, la comodità delle stanze, molto pulite e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste.

Il Sun Bay

Siamo stati ospiti (coppia con bambina di 4 anni) della carinissima sig.ra Eleni che ci ha accolto e seguito con premura durante i nostri dieci giorni ciprioti. Grande Eleni! L'appartamento è ben organizzato e fornito di attrezzature di ogni genere, posizionato come da descrizione vicino alla spiaggia municipale, attrezzata e family-like, di Pyla CTO. La posizione è favorevolssima per la visita di Agia Napa e Famagusta, nonchè la vicinissima Larnaka e certamente Nicosia ed il nord dell'isola. Anche Lemessol è ragionevolmente vicina ed in genere, trovandosi vicino all'ingresso dell'autostrada, ogni luogo dell'isola è pianificabile con facilità per la visita.

Ottimo appartamento

Situata in una zona periferica della città di Larnaca, ma comunque ben servita da autobus, ristoranti, supermarket, autostrada facile da raggiungere ed una spiaggia a 200 mt. Ottimo appartamento per chi vuole un soggiorno tranquillo, ottimo anche per chi pensa di affittare la macchina e spostarsi per l'isola. Consigliata!!!

Perfect

We were truly blessed with the weather, clear blue skies, warm sea everyday and a lovely apartment. The apartment was just perfect for our needs, so comfortably furnished, very clean and in such a peaceful location with constant bird song and flowers smell! A bus stop to Larnaca and Aya Napa was at a 100 m distince Eleni was so helpful all throughout our booking, from the very beginning of the booking stage and when we had arrived. She was constantly helpful and all the information provided covered every little detail. She is truly a wonderful. The apartment has comfortable sofas, beds and lots of little special touches throughout. Everything was as it is in photos. The balcony offered magnificent views. You will not want for anything in Sunbay apts as it is all there! I have been recommending the villa to my freinds! I truly felt all the special touches all around and we felt so 'at home', we barely left it. I can truly say, the next time we travel to Cyprus...we will be back in touch for another booking.

Wir kommen wieder!

Danke, liebe Eleni, für 2 unvergesslich schöne Wochen, die leider viel zu kurz waren! Die Wohnungen sind klein, aber super-sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für 2-3 Leute braucht und die Vermieter sind über alle Massen nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand geht man 3 Minuten und Spielplätze sind gleich mehrere in direkter Umgebung. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Larnaka und in 2 Minuten im niedlichen Pyla. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann wir das letzte Mal so ein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hatten. Allemale 5 Sterne wert!

A choisir sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines dans l'appartement n1. Eleni nous a accueillis très chaleureusement avec des boissons fraîches, énormément de conseils pour nos escapades et une disponibilité de tous les instants. De plus, elle vient nous apporter du pain frais local régulièrement! L'appartement est très propre (ménage réalisé 2 fois par semaine), très fonctionnel (on s'y sent comme à la maison). Concernant la localisation, cet appartement permet de découvrir Chypre tout en étant au calme. Nous avons pu atteindre rapidement Paphos, Kakopetria, Kourion, Nicosie, Agia Napa, Waterworld et bien sur Larnaca ! Avec les grands hôtels a proximité, toutes ses excursions sont possibles (nous n'avons pas le permis!) Mais bien sûr, toutes les commodités sont disponibles dans le quartier: locations (de voitures, vélos, quads, scooters etc), restaurations (cafés, restaurant: nous recommandons d'ailleurs Mamas !), des supermarkets. Bref, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre premier séjour à Chypre et c'est certainement grâce à l'accueil et aux attentions de tous les instants d'Eleni que cela a pu être possible. Si vous recherchez une location au calme, fonctionnelle, propre et très bien située, ne cherchez plus vous avez trouvé!!

Excellent choice

Location: A residential neighbourhood situated to the south of the village of Pyla, Larnaca region. Although sandwiched between the motorway and the coastal (Dekhelia) road the surroundings are surprisingly quiet and pleasant. The loudest noise you’ll hear are the airplanes for Larnaca.There were no night flights when we were there (month of April). The broad public beach is less than 300m distant and from some of the apartments you’ll get a modest slice of sea view. Apartment: A sufficiently spacy and sunny apt, simply but accurately furnished and practically equipped. It sleeps two comfortably, four when using the living room sofas. Self catering is an option in the basically equipped kitchen. Solar heated water in the bathroom with a possibility of electric boost. I think we had the optimally situated apartment (n°5), first floor with a large south oriented terrace. Outdoor table and chairs, 2 beach recliners, parasol. SunBay is situated on a corner, next to a tree lined wheat field. Let’s hope the views won’t be marred by building sites soon. Service: The apartments are rented by the sympathetic and helpful Sardos couple, fluent in English and eager to please. Some water, beer and wine will be there to welcome you. Cleaning is done and sheets changed twice a week, and some excellent bread waiting for you then. The 43 Euro per day price (at the time) is all-in. Other: The supermarkets on the coastal road tend to go rather basic foodwise. The village of Pyla proper is a better option. The bus to Larnaca (430, 15 to 30 min, depending on traffic,) and Larnaca airport (431, 30 to 45 min) along the coastal road go every half hour until evening, but check the schedule in winter. Upon arrival you have the choice between a taxi (25 Euros, 20 minutes’ motorway to Sunbay) or the bus (2 Euros pp, 40 minutes’ coastal road). There are several sensibly priced car rental agencies on the coastal road. Restaurants can also be found on Dekhelia road, nearby El Greco being a favourite.

Einfach und gut für ruhesuchende.

Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage auf Zypern. Die Gastfreundschaft und Beratung durch die Gastgeberin Eleni war hervorragend. Ruhesuchende finden hier die richtigen Apartments. Wir haben alle unsere Ausflüge mit dem Bus unternommen. Traumhafte Strände sind in etwa 30-45 min mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir hatten etwa 25-27 Grad und keinen Regen. Alle unsere Mahlzeiten haben wir auf der Terasse eingenommen. :-) Das Meer war noch angenehm warm. Schöne Gruße aus NRW.

Appartement très agréable, excellent accueil

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Sunbay appartments. Un grand merci à Eleni pour son excellent accueil avec des rafraîchissements dans le réfrigérateur, ses attentions tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé et très propre. L'appartement est bien situé, la plage et une supérette à 200 m, un accès facile en voiture vers Larnaca (commerces, musée, sites ...) et l'est de Chypre. Unfortunately due to illness we were unable to enjoy holidays in Cyprus, but by attention and assistance of Eleni, Dr. Marios and a great apartment, we look forward to a renewed acquaintance with Cyprus. Of course, we then again choose for the apartments of Sun Bay!
