Maison de campagne avec grande piscine et vue imprenable. Près de la Iznajar historique

Belle maison de campagne, restaurée avec goût à l'hébergement 5 étoiles avec de nombreuses caractéristiques originales. Tout est prévu que vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris la télévision par satellite espagnol et WI FI. Il est difficile d'imaginer une maison avec de meilleurs équipements ou une position plus privilégiée. Son très proche de 20 mile de long lac Iznajar avec sa pêche, la navigation de plaisance, plage de sable et même son propre "chiringito", également sa proximité de Fuente de Condé, un beau pueblo robuste populaire avec les Anglais. La maison est à 10 minutes de l'autoroute système qui peut vous emmener à Grenade avec son palais de l'Alhambra et il est Pistes et la ville historique de Cordoue et il est "Mezquita" en moins d'une heure. Voyager au sud, vous pouvez rejoindre Malaga et de son aéroport et de ce stations comme Benalmadina et Torremolinos en une heure et également avec l'autopista récemment ouvert vous pouvez être dans le luxe de Marbella en moins d'une heure et demi. La piscine de 10 x 5 mètres est assez profond pour les nageurs sérieux, mais a une partie peu profonde.

A lovely family holiday

Quaint property , the owners were extremely helpful in terms of our logistical issues ( Ryanair ) and advice on local restaurants . Family of 9 had a great relaxing time .

Perfect Family Holiday

Fantastic house, very easy trip from Málaga Airport. Beautiful views, superb pool, really huge. This rustic, traditional house was perfect,we had such a great time. Loved using the wood fired pizza oven and the BBQ. Iznajar is a 10 minute drive and is really pretty and charming. Francisco and Juani were perfect hosts, thank you you for a memorable holiday

Bliss

Spent a week amongst the olive groves in the peace and quiet. Perfect views and lovely pool all within teach of main Andalucian attractions and close to Iznajar. Perfect way to unwind.

Una Casa Hermosa y Tranquila

Los Caracolillos is a traditional Spanish house set in a quiet location. Our family had a fantastic time here and the photos on here do not really do justice to the outside space which is fantastic. The pool is exceptional and very big for a private villa. The house is very traditional and does have some quirks but is perfect in the setting and, while very secluded, is only 20 minutes from supermarkets and an hour from Málaga. Francisco and Juani were great hosts and clearly want everything to be right for their guests. If you want a peaceful stay in a beautiful location with space for the whole family then you will find that here.

Beautiful rural location, amenities close by

We are a family of 5 who had a great stay. Juani & family were great hosts and we enjoyed their company whenever they visited to do the pool maintenance, they helped with where to eat & places to visit. The property was great, clean and in a quiet location, pool great. We visited the local garage which is a 5 minute drive for fresh bread 🥖. The main supermarket was in Rute a 20 minute drive which had everything we needed. We visited Seville, Cordoba, Malaga & Grenada as well as some smaller places, all on the good motorway network which was not far. Weather was exceptionally hot so the pool was great to have. We loved the house & location and would thoroughly recommend. Thank for a great stay Juani, Francisco and Adrian.

Wonderful.

Thank you to Juani and Francisco for the most special family holiday. Gorgeous house with the most wonderful views. We’re we’re so sad to leave and could quite easily spent another 2 weeks there. The house is immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The pool, wow! Absolutely huge and very clean. The children as well as the adults spent a lot of time in there to cool down when it got too hot. Property perfectly situated to visit surrounding towns. Lovely restaurants in Iznajar, our favourite was Nelson’s. Juani and Francisco were always contactable if we needed any help or questions answered. Thank you again.

A perfect slice of paradise

We are a family of 3 and spent a very happy week at this beautiful property. The house, pool, terrace and views are out of this world. Everything is super clean and well stocked. The house has everything for a wonderful vacation. The pool is big and perfect for swimming and water games. The large patio has lots of different areas to sit outside to enjoy the sun or keep cool in the shade There is an outside BBQ and pizza oven and we only went out for food a few times. The local restaurants are great but we loved our evening meals by the pool watching the sun go down. . The property reflects the love and hard work the owners Juani and Francesco have put into it. We can highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return some day soon. Thank you so much

Exceptional property with amazing pool

Just arrived back from a 2 week stay at this amazing property. Francisco did an amazing job renovating this old property and Juani's style and management of the property guarantee a fabulous stay. The pool and outside space is perfect, cool in the mornings and plenty of shade in the afternoons and beautifully secluded. It is extremely hot in the afternoons at the height of the summer but inside the house remains cool and has aircon for a real cool down. The kitchen is well stocked with all that you need, and those useful things like plastic containers for left overs and a great drinks coolers. You will want for nothing. The scenery is stunning, exploring best in spring and autumn probably when it's cooler. Fab stay, thanks to you both.

A week away with family

We stayed in this lovely villa end of September. Weather was still good around 30s, the view from the villa is fantastic, it is a panoramic view of the Andalusian hills, it is very quiet, has a great pool. The villa inside is quirky with old features. There is a useful freezer (a fridge isn't usually enough in the Spanish heat). Good coffee pot and basic cooking ingredients were there. Outside there s a great BBQ and pizza oven. You can walk to the top of the hill for a fantastic view of Iznajar lake. Juani is very helpful and accommodating. There are local supermarkets in Archidona and Rute (mercadona), these supply everything you need. All in all a very relaxing holiday overlooking the olive groves.

Peace and tranquility

We had a wonderful 6 days here, relaxing, amazing scenery in a spotlessly clean and well equipped traditional renovated house. The owners were friendly and on hand if we needed anything. You need a car to access but shops are 10min drive or 20min for bigger shop. We drove to visit Cordoba, Granada and lake Iznajar during our stay, which were beautiful but we were just as happy, if not more so to stay at the accommodation, having a BBQ and sitting around the swimming pool which is bigger than looks in pictures. The outside area is huge and has shaded areas too if you want to keep out the sun. House is cool with traditionally thick walls and additional air con is provided. Some stairs may be more tricky for very young kids and for tall guests, watch your head when using the en suite 😀. Overall we had a great time & highly recommend.

Fantastic

We had a really nice stay in Juani's house. It has everything e needed. The house is a typical style andalusian house, but has everything we needed, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a third bathroom at the swimming pool. Inside the houde is a smaller living room and kitchen, but it's really well equiped and has everything you need. Once outside everything is really amazing. The house has a supernice terrace with amazing mountainviews with andalusian olive trees, and also a couvered terrace and a really nice swimming pool (with the same views off course :) ). The house is located in a, rural, very tranquile area but still quite close to the road to Iznajar and the highways to Malaga, Cordoba and Granada. The barbeque and woodfiring pizza oven are definitely a plus!! I would certainly come back here for a visit in the region.

Wonderful, peaceful getaway in the Andalusian mountains

This is an amazing villa with all the amenities one could ever want. The welcome Cava and beers in the fridge on arrival were a nice touch. The views are breathtaking as is the general tranquillity and quietness that the area offers. Juani and Francisco (the owners) could not have been more welcoming and have lovingly created this amazing retreat for visitors who wish to get away from it all and have a relaxing holiday. There is an abundance of really good eateries in the area and the nearby supermarket in Rute has great variety of products at a very good price. Everybody is incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home (even if you don't speak any Spanish!). Harry (Juani & Francisco's English friend living in Iznajar) made himself available to assist should we need help with anything due to our lack of ability to speak Spanish which was a very nice touch. To sum it up, we had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend this property to any guest. Definitely a 5 star getaway which we hope to return to in the future. Fabulous house & location

This property is very special! 6 of us stayed here for a week, wish it had been longer. The property is exactly as described, farmhouse local style. Spotless and great care had been taken to ensure we wanted for nothing. Extremely well equipped, particularly in the kitchen, but elsewhere also - little touches like bin bags, dishwasher tablets, loo roll, laundry, cleaning products, BBQ brickettes and even wood for the pizza oven were welcome especially in the early days before a supermarket shop. Juani and Francesco (owners) are lovely! Very accommodating, quick to respond. All linen provided, including towels and pool towels. The location is idyllic if you’re looking for peace and tranquility, fantastic view over rolling hills covered in olive trees. Pool is a very good size and owners come back mid week to clean one evening. Supermarket approx 20 mins away. Malaga airport 55 mins. I could not fault this property one bit, it ticked every box for us (and we’ve stayed in quite a few over the years across Europe) as such we will definitely be back next year, for 2 weeks next time. Parfait

Juste magnifique, nous avons passé 15 jours en famille avec nos trois enfants, beaux enfants et petit fils pour nos 50 ans. Villa superbe! propre bien équipé et juani et francisco d'un grande gentilesse et joignable à n'importe quel moment, aux petits soins pour leur locataire. Superbe accueil de Juani et Francisco ,deux personnes adorables et d'une grande gentillesse, très belle villa rénovée dans la tradition Andalouse ,à l'extérieur plusieurs endroits ombragés pour prendre les repas ou se reposer ,petite cuisine extérieure avec barbecue et four à pizza, superbe piscine avec douche extérieure et tout cela dans un cadre exceptionnel et tranquille avec vue sur les collines d'oliviers,un grand merci à Francisco et Juani

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette petite maison (toutes les pièces font entre 9 et 15 m2) typiquement andalouse, mais avec tout le confort ! Pourquoi demander plus grand alors que avons surtout vécu dehors pour profiter de la très belle piscine et de la terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur les champs d'oliviers ? Points forts: - la localisation : l'emplacement dans le triangle des 3 provinces de Grenade / Cordoue / Malaga permet de rayonner avec la plupart des sites touristiques à 1h/2h de route. Situation idéale. Le lac d'Iznajar à 15 minutes offre une belle plage. - le calme absolu : des oliviers à perte de vue. Magnifique ! - l'accueil très chaleureux de Juani et Francisco : les proprietaries ont été très attentifs à notre bien-être et notre confort durant notre séjour. Dommage que nous n'ayons que 4 mots d'espagnol à notre actif... Point faible : Le supermarché le plus proche est à +20 minutes en voiture Nous recommandons cette location avec enthousiasme.

Très agréable maison andalouse restaurée

Cette ancienne maison andalouse située au carrefour de Grenade - Séville et Cordoue correspondait à nos attentes. Très bien équipée, une terrasse à l'ombre très agréable pour se restaurer (barbecue ++) et profiter de la belle piscine. L'accueil fut très chaleureux. A l'étage 2 chambres agréables mais avec des escaliers un peu raides à monter ! Au final que des points positifs

Endroit magnifique, maison ultra confortable, déconnexion totale...

Je recommande vivement la maison de Juani. Elle correspond complètement au descriptif et nous réserve de belles surprises. Le cadre est magique et la maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Et j'en profite pour souligner la gentillesse de Juani.

Superbe location

Maison superbe d'une propreté irréprochable et très confortable. Notre hote Juani a été très accueillante et disponible. Le cadre était fabuleux vue sur la colline et calme. Maison bien située si on souhaite être "loin de la civilisation" , il s'agit d'un hameau à partir duquel il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour accéder aux commodités.

Hello, we are a young married Spanish couple who dreamed of owning a house in the countryside. After looking at many, we arrived here one day and knew we had found the house of our dreams. It was in a state of ruin but had all the typical charm of the older Andalucian houses. We started work and after working for six years at weekends and nights the project was finished. We have done everything ourselves, the building, decorating, the fabrics and much more. Soon after our first son was born and to see him playing around the house fills us with pride. We would like to share our humble dream with those whom we know will enjoy it and it's surroundings as much as we do for their holidays.

Although you will be in the countryside you will also be less than 15 minutes from the beautiful and historic "pueblo" of Iznajar with its magnificent castle, churches its narrow cobbled streets, it's enormous lake and even its own sandy beach. Within an hour you can be in Granada with Ski slopes and the world famous "Alhambra Palace" also in the same time you can be on the Costa del sol or in Cordoba with its beautiful "Mezquita"
It's in a lovely quiet place with magnificent views.
