The Casas de Campo da Barroca (Country Houses of Barroca), were once the typical houses of the village of Tabosa do Carregal, in Beira Alta, in Sernancelhe county, Portugal. Today, restored and transformed into the form and content, continue to preserve the soul that has always given them grace in a perfect harmony between traditional and contemporary, between rural and sophisticated, looking in every detail convey the essence of country life.
The Casas de Campo da Barroca are a group of houses with a common courtyard, including 7 double rooms spread over two houses: Casa das Tias (House of the Aunts) and Casa das Culturas (House of Cultures). The patio has several floral nooks and a very bucolic and restful grassy area, where there is a barbecue that can be used by the guests.
This notice refers to one apartment with 1 bedrooms in the House of the Cultures: Room Aquilino Ribeiro, in honor of a well-known Portuguese writer born in our village. The room has a king size bed, or two beds and has its own private bathroom. In an annexed space to the bedroom, but independent, it is possible to place two extra beds.
