Beautiful Country Manor

Unique house- wonderful game room with billiards, ping pong, air hockey and darts- the teens loved it- grandson loved the basketball court! Took day trips to Rye and Hastings! Lovely grounds!

Lovely cottage with great facilities

We had 3 generations stay at the cottage. The place was very cosy with lots of historic interesting features. The games room and tennis court were a big hit and there was bats and balls for tennis and table tennis provided.

Three generations, all enjoyed the facilities at Church Elms Farm. A thoughtful welcome package set the tone for our stay, we would definitely recommend it. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well kitted out and the games room and tennis court were fab!

Rural Family Retreat

A unique old house, spacious, with pool, games room tennis court, beautiful garden full of places to sit, a fenced pond and a pub restaurant, the Pig and Stye not far. A gem of a place to stay. And a generous welcome pack. We will be back!

Lovely old property

Thanks Andrew for letting us stay in your wonderful place. Everything we needed was there and we took advantage of the tennis court and games room. Good location with lots of activities within a reasonable drive. We particularly enjoyed the rare breeds farm. The pictures do not reflect how old this cottage is, with many period features. Very nice.
