Cet appartement entiĂšrement meublĂ© magnifiquement situĂ© est Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied d'un large choix de bars et de restaurants, qui rĂ©pondent Ă  tous les goĂ»ts et Ă  dix minutes Ă  pied de l'ocĂ©an. Le balcon avec vue sur la piscine. Un pack de bienvenue est disponible sur demande pour les produits alimentaires de base. Si vous avez de jeunes enfants, un lit bĂ©bĂ© ou une chaise haute peuvent ĂȘtre commandĂ©s pour vous Ă  votre arrivĂ©e. La dame (Sian) qui gĂšre la propriĂ©tĂ© pour nous Ă  Paphos, est Ă©galement une coiffeuse professionnelle qui, si nĂ©cessaire, visitera l'appartement Ă  votre demande. L'appartement de 2 chambres, comme une cuisine amĂ©ricaine et un coin repas. Les deux chambres et le salon sont climatisĂ©s. We stayed 3 weeks at this lovely apartment. It is well equipped, clean & bright. There are ceiling fans & air con throughout. Good storage. A large secluded balcony over looking pool. Pool area was quiet ( most of the time to ourselves), clean & well maintained, with choice of loungers. Location was excellent. a short walk to tavernas and the bus station from where you can easily access beaches, old town and the harbour.

Excellent place to stay in Pafos. Close enough to the bars and restaurants but just far enough to not hear any noise.The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay and when we had a problem (just me not realising you had to turn the washing machine on at the wall to work!!!), the lady from the cleaning/maintenance agency was really helpful. Good that you have an allocated parking spot.We had the swimming pool to ourselves every time we used it.Would definitely return.

Lovely clean well cared for apartment, the owners have thought of everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had the lovely (warm pool) to ourselves every day. Communications with the owner Bob were answered promptly when we couldnt turn the washer on (thanks Bob) definitely recommend, short 20mins to Kings shopping mall, 3 mins walk to bars and shops. Can not recommend highly enough. Thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. Ian and Elaine.

Very Comfortable Apartment

We very much enjoyed our 8 day stay in Bob's apartment. The rooms are spacious and overall well furnished. The couches are comfortable and tv, wifi etc all worked perfectly. The apartment was clean throughout although the cleaning service could do a better service with the washing machine as we had to clean the door rubber before use. Also the extractor fan filter needed replacing. We would have prefered a walk-in shower but we managed without problems. We did miss having a coffee machine. All items for consideration but nothing that spoiled our stay! The complex is tidy with plently of greenery and generally very quiet and close to restaurants and all the neceassary amenities. I enjoyed a swim in the pool every morning. Communications with Bob the owner were excellent. Instructions all very clear. We also felt very safe in this apartment and complex which is of key importance these days. We would definately return to this apartment!

A wonderful apartment

My daughter stayed for a week in this very well equipped apartment. It is a great location, only a short walk to all the amenities but quiet and very peaceful. Our host was an excellent communicator and extremely helpful. I have stayed in several VRBO apartments and Bob is by far the most communicative and helpful.

Arriving in the dark, it wasnt as easy to find the block and then find my way to the entrance. A couple of extra hints would have helped. Overall the appartment is lovely and tastefully decorated. The bed and pillows were comfy. English tv a bonus. The only thing that let it down from being truly luxury was the bedding and towels which were a little tired.

Great location

Property is very close to the new bus station for the airport transfer and to travel to other locations. The balcony is good for summer as it doesn’t get too much sun but for winter obviously the sun is always good to have. The pool for sunbathing is available. TV and sofa. Comfortable

Closely located to historic center and sea boardwalk

Spacious apartment that is ideally situated between Kato Paphos and the historic centre. It was clean but not fully equipped. The kitchen was well equipped with most necessary utensils, however, consumables were in short supply and could be bought up front but it did feel cheap.

Superb Apartment

We had a really great stay in Bob’s apartment! It is exceptionally comfortable and very tastefully decorated and accessorised. Definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot! If you are looking for a quality apartment in Paphos, then this is the one for you!

Fantastic holiday here, great location pool is super quiet we were practically the only using the pool daily . Perfect Paphos
!

Property delivered exactly what we were after. For a family of four, with two under 7, it gave us the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sights of Paphos. As we arrived at night in darkness, we struggled to find the property as not sign not overly clear, but got there in the end (this has nothing to do with Bob and his property), just flagging our experience. The property itself was clean, well equipped and the aircon was so required in the August heat, like a fridge! Location was also fantastic, a few minute walk to some fantastic restaurants and bars, about 15 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes walk to the harbour (or 5 mins and 10 Euros in a taxi). The pool was small but as expected for a small complex, but most days was limited to us and one other family, so nice and quiet. If you are looking for a car and Nestor does not have availability, walk towards Tramps and about half way down on the left is a family car rental place, very helpful and good value (€100 for three days, last minute). A few highlights for us that we thought worthy of sharing:- - Coral Bay, a beautiful beach - Aphrodite Waterpark is a must if you have kids (or even without) - A few of our favourite restaurants (Fat Mamas, Dias Zeus, Three Pigs and Tea for Two and The Kingfisher). - The Harbour, great buzz. We ate here (Sail at Castle), food ok, pricey for quality of food (€32 for Lamb Kebab and Chips) - Walk between the apartment and Harbour All in all, a lovely stay.

Bien mais...

Logement bien agencé et arrivée flexible et autonome trÚs agréable. Bonne communication avec l'hÎte jusqu'à notre demande de départ tardif restée sans réponses. Dan le detail, les timer sur les climatisations sont trÚs contraignants pour les nuits, il y a beaucoup de bruit (voisins du dessus et chiens aboyants toutes les nuits), il n'y a pas de volets ni de rideaux donc le réveil est trÚs matinal. Piscine sale le dimanche et HS (eau verte) à partir du mercredi suite a problÚme technique donc on a pu en profiter juste le lundi. Emplacement bien pour les courses (10 min kings avenue mall et 20 min lidl), 30 min a pieds de Vénus beach et 35 min du port. Parking privé sur place avec barriÚre de sécurité.

Great apartment

Great stay but swimming pool was out of operation due to faulty pump maintenance came a few times to fix, on our last day fixed and cleaned pool but told us not to use until next day as needed to check the water the next morning!! Apartment lovely and had everything you need only gripe could not open bedroom or bathroom window as trees sweeping across them and did not want any insects coming in. Loved the area less than 5 minutes walk to tramps bar and restaurant and bus station just past that to take you to harbour, old town or coral bay which was fantastic.

Great stay in Paphos

Lots to like about this apartment. All as described in listing, clean and comfortable (would have preferred a king sized bed but I am 6'3). Great location, nice quiet pool. Lots of very good and reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance. We hired a car for the trip, but it is not essential as close bus stops and bike hire. We definitely recommend this property.

We love the climate, people & culture. l had my own business, till l retired a few years ago. The business was called Another World, we had a number of stores in the midlands. We specialised in Pop culture, especially American Comics, Rock & Pop collectables, Science Fiction, Games, Posters, T-Shirts etc.
My wife is a nurse & midwife, who is now working to electronically connect patient records in the NHS.

We were lucky enough to find this property in Paphos, just after l retired. We Just love the area & get over to experience the lovely climate when ever we can. As the Cypriots drive on the correct side of the road, as we do in the U.K. Its a joy to hire a car, pack up a lunch box & get out on the road for a picnic, with the family

We could not be more central to where all the Restaurants, bars & shops are situated.
Aldi, Mcdonalds & KFC are close by for your consideration .The recently built 'Kings Avenue shopping mall' is a recent addition to enhance your shopping experience. This is where you will find your local 'M&S', branded clothing stores, multi-plex cinema & restaurants .
Yet the apartment is situated far enough away from all this activity to give you a peaceful quiet retreat, when you retire for the evening. We are a 5 minute walk to where the restaurants & sports bars are situated & where you can hop on & off the air conditioned buses that do the round trip of the harbor, Tomb of the Kings & Coral Bay, in a continuous loop every 15 minutes..
