Impresionante ático ubicado en el piso superior (3er piso), amueblado al más alto nivel. Este ático es luminoso, amplio y luminoso con un balcón privado muy grande que ofrece impresionantes vistas vírgenes de 360 grados del mar Mediterráneo.

Amueblado de maravilla; con muebles elegantes y coordinados de 'laura ashley' y un esquema de color tranquilo que se suma al ambiente de las fuentes de pafilia.

Se accede al ático a través de puertas de seguridad con ascensor, con aparcamiento privado cubierto.

El amplio salón de planta abierta y el comedor se abren a las grandes puertas del patio que conducen al balcón amueblado extra grande.

El balcón ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar y vistas a la piscina y los jardines. Hay una zona de cubierta elevada con sofá y sillas al aire libre y sombrilla grande. También hay dos comedores para comer al aire libre. Una gran sombrilla en voladizo proporciona sombra del sol del mediodía.

We absolutely loved our three week stay here. The apartment was very nice and clean. Could do with a few upgrades the brush, mop, dust pan needed to be changed. freash linen and towels to change the beds mid-week . There was extra charge for this if you wanted a cleaner to come in and change. I think when your paying a lot of money especially 3 weeks you should have at least clean towels and linen provided. We washed them ourselves in the end. Air-conditioning was a god send but the fans are adequate for myself. Lovely big pool was there on our own a few days which was bliss so no getting up to rush for sunbed on any day . Some lovely residents we got talked to and they recommended some restaurants to eat and places to visit. The last castle being one but of a dust dirt track to get there but car was fine. Would definitely stay here again just checking out for next year .

Great Holiday

Had a fab stay at the penthouse. Would definitely book again. Really big and spacious. Fantastic views from the very large balcony. Car recommended for getting around. Some restaurants in walking distance, very hilly. Fabulous cocktails served at The brewery bar.

very comfortable stay - a few improvements required to get that 5th star

We stayed for 12 nights in August- weather divine. after finally locating the car park which took 30 minutes of driving up and down as the signage outside is almost non exisitent so please make sure ou read the instructions rather than follow the sat nav which took me in from another direction. nice bright apartment- air con worked well, beds really very comfy, bathrooms good, nice and clean throughout. kitchen well equipped and functions well. outside on the terrace which is huge and provides a nice vista towards the sea on one side and the hills the other, the sofa and chairs pictured on the raised deck are sadly no longer there so not great to relax outside as you only have table and chairs- parasol was broken and dumped on the side, terrible smell in second bathroom and shower holder broken. Hoover pole also broken and brush provided to sweep needed replacing-. In saying that these issues were rectified when reported but really i don't feel its my responsibility to do the maintenance checks when i go on holiday. - no response to why the sofa is no longer there. Pool was lovely and warm and very quiet when we were there- the pool was cleaned 2 a week most of the sunbeds are worn and need replacing but did the job. Is a 10 minute walk uphill (very steep) into the small village with a selection of local restaurants- main supermarket 5 minute drive into coral bay. we travelled to a number of local beaches our favourite a 30 minute drive to Latchi. I feel the space was great and location for us worked you must have a car - be careful when entering the car park as if you enter coming up the hill the clearance on the front bumper means you will scrape car. I would return but would not pay an increased price, around 100 euros a night would be maximum. we sat out most night as the evenings are lovely and warm, very little bugs to worry about and a lovely late night swim was enjoyed most evening. look forward to hearing about the planned improvements for next year.

Wonderful stay

As a family we prefer the freedom of villas and this did not disappoint. It was clean, friendly and had plenty of room for a family of 5 or more. Coral Bay is a short drive away and taxis were cheap, Peyia Village has some great places to eat. The local residents were particularly friendly and couldn't help us enough. We'd been waiting years for this holiday and hope to return next year.

Perfectly situated for walking to the village and visiting surrounding area. Property Managers couldn't have been more helpful when we called them.

Very large penthouse in a nice and quiet area

The penthouse is an amazing space. It's in a nice quiet area with walking distance to some shops and restaurantsand only a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The apartment has everything you could need and is huge! We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay there.

Wonderful holidays

Penthouse is exactly as on photos, and even better for amazing view. Place is just fantastic close to great beautiful beaches, sea view is crazy . Apartment is very comfortable with all the things you need. Communication with Jonathan is easy and efficient , so definitely a 10 out of 10 for this wonderful stay.

What a lovely apartment.

This is a lovely penthouse apartment in a quiet part of Cyprus. The owner is extremely helpful and quick to respond if you have any questions. A car is a must with supermarkets and beach only five minutes away by car. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the veranda views are wonderful. The swimming pool and gardens are extremely well maintained.

Stunning Penthouse with amazing views

My wife and I checked into Johnathan's apartment on the 4th Oct for a few nights. Our communication with Johnathan leading up to our stay was very good. He told us everything we needed to know about the apartment, and responded immediately to any questions asked in a extremely polite and friendly manner. We arrived at Johnathan's penthouse, check in was swift, with a safe and clever key collection set up by the host. We walked into the Penthouse, switched on the lights and instantly knew that this place was nice. As the door opens you are invited into a spacious lounge and kitchen area, both immaculately kept, the decor is lovely and modern, with some really nice touches. The host kindly left, a loaf of bread, a selection of jams, water, juice and milk for us. This was very thoughtful, given the time of our arrival, these little things really make a big difference! We then checked out the dedrooms, of which there are 3, the master bedroom is pleasant with an on suite shower and bath. The other 2 contain single beds and are smaller, great for kids. Last and certainly the main feature of the penthouse was the terrace, wow, what a view, the terrace is big space, overlooking the sea and swimming pool. It's a stunning terrace, with enough room to host a BBQ with family and friends! This quickly became our favourite place in the house. The complex is quiet, it has a swimming pool downstairs, which we practically had to ourselves! The water was cold- but hey! The people living in the other apartments were all lovely and very friendly. The location is cool, only 5 mins from Coral Bay- which is a Georgeous little town with great beaches and 30 mins from Paphos (driving). We would strongly recommend this penthouse to anyone.

Perfekte Ferien!

Wir verbrachten 7 Tage in diesem einfach traumhaft gelegenen Penthouse. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig, die Coral Bay und alle Restaurants und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, zur Küste ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, Peya selbst ist ein sehr hübscher und beschaulicher Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und ist stilvoll, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alle Utensilien die man braucht, Geschirr ist reichlich vorhanden. Und die Terrasse ist einfach umwerfend! Die Aussicht über die Hügel mit den Häusern bis zur Küste ist überwältigend, bis zum Sonnenuntergang ist sie in der Sonne. Und falls es Nachmittags zu sonnig ist, vom Schlafzimmer aus gibt es noch eine kleinere Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool. Der Pool war zu unserer Zeit fast immer sehr leer, oft hat man ihn ganz alleine. Ein Mietauto ist empfehlenswert, eine Fahrt durch das Troodos-Gebirge war ein Highlight! Die Strassen sind alle sehr gut und sicher zu fahren, auf der Insel herrscht allerdings Linksverkehr, entsprechend sind auch die Mietautos, aber man gewöhnt sich daran, und die Einheimischen sind sehr rücksichtsvoll und bleiben immer ruhig und freundlich. Zum Bummeln ist die Promenade von Paphos zu empfehlen, gute Restaurants direkt am Hafen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Gastfreundlichkeit von John Barrow, vielen Dank für die Früchte und den Wein, eine nette Geste. Wir können das Apartment zu 100% weiterempfehlen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

great spot, lovely apartment - Go!!

Great info that came through before our stay - we knew exactly where to go / how to get there!! Fantastic apartment, just as described - great contact with host and Cyprus contact - both really quick to sort a few minor issues on arrival. Wine and fruit on arrival was a nice touch. Location perfect, neighbours non intrusive, yet polite / friendly. Would def recommend. Local amenities good, even a gym down the road :o) Thank you for ensuring a great holiday away!!

Absolutely brilliant

First time in Cyprus and will definitely be going again. The penthouse apartment has a lot to do with this decision. It was very modern and clean. The outside terrace is the best feature of the house. With mountain views on one side and sea views on the other. Relaxing on the terrace after a hard day of relaxing on the beach was amazing!! Early morning dip in the swimming pool started our days off in the best way. Ask the locals and they will tell you that peiya is the best place to stay when visiting Paphos. It's 5 minutes to coral bay and 10 minutes to Paphos town centre. Absolutely loved staying here. See you again soon

Relaxing Holiday

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Peyia Springs Penthouse Apartment. Very spacious, private, well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Sun terrace was the highlight, it was huge with stunning views of the sea and hills. We spent many an evening having BBQ's , enjoying a glass of wine or 2 , watching the sun set..... Just perfect. The apartment is in a great location, 15 min walk to Old Peyia where there are plenty of traditional tavernas, bars, a lovely bakery and a couple of grocery stores. Busier Coral Bay is about a 5 min car drive so would definitely recommend a car if you want to get out and about. We had the swimming pool virtually to ourselves everyday. Jonathan the owner was great, answering any queries etc immediately. All in all a fabulous, relaxing holiday . Highly recommended!!!

Es un lugar fuera de lo común, la vista es espectacular, la terraza es grande para compartir con toda la familia, es el lugar perfecto para separce del trabajo, donde te encuentras con la tranquilidad y belleza, la casa súper cómoda, muy limpia, de verdad fue un paraíso, disfrute mucho. Se los recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

What a balcony!

This apartment is beautifully equipped and immaculately clean. The main feature is the balcony- superb! This makes for such relaxing times and is the reason I will definitely return. The pool is lovely as are the nearby beach and restaurants. WE actually arrived ON 12 July but this form will not enter a date before August?

Wonderful holiday!

When we arrived at this accommodation we found it to be even better than we were expecting! The description of the property was accurate and the location was exactly as we expected. It was easy to find thanks to good directions sent to us before hand. The penthouse is a beautiful accommodation with everything a family would need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the amazing roof top terrace which we were really looking forward to from the pictures, but found it to be even better than we were expecting. We loved the fact that there are plenty of excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and then the bustle of Coral Bay just a short drive away if we wanted something a bit busier. The children loved the beach at Coral Bay and made good use of the water sports on offer. This holiday has been one of the best we have been on due to the ease of booking and the quality of accommodation in a perfect location. We will definitely be going back!

Luxury Apt with Enormous Terrace with Sea Views

This was my second stay at this location and apartment and it didn't disappoint. Everything was spotless and clean and the view and amenities are perfect. The huge terrace with sea views is the key feature for me. Many nights we would turn the lights of and just lay under the sky listening to the sounds coming off the nearby Akamas peninsula mountain range and the moons reflection in the sea. The host Jonathan is responsive, kind and helpful to whatever your needs. Highly recommend this to anyone. Must be great for a family or a bunch of friends. Johnny
