South west facing Villa Mandelina is a luxury spacious stone farmhouse restored by the owners (who also own Villa Maslina) to make a fabulous holiday Villa. Spread over three stories each room is unique in design and furnishing with parts of the building dating back 300 years. The bedrooms have been furnished with comfortable beds and all the rooms are very spacious with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is properly equipped ( not at all like a holiday let) and has a big American fridge freezer, oven and hob plus lots of cupboards and work space.A huge dining table seats 12 with views over Tivat bay and the seperate sitting room has Sat TV , books and games and big squashy sofas. It is a great place for groups of friends or large families with 3 bedrooms having a private courtyard and 3 on the top floor. The huge contemporary living space has terraces which overlook the private flat deck pool (8 meters x 4 meters) and the sea. The pool is surrounded by sun terraces for all day sun bathing plus umbrellas for shade. Overlooking the pool is a shaded terrace which has a great bar for those cool drinks, BBQ and table seating 14.. A games room has table tennis , darts and ball games. Secure parking for 5 cars and a large garden add to the sense of space. A footpath leads down to the beach (15 min walk approx ) and the shops and beaches are 5 mins by car.
We have rented Mandelina for holidays for 10 years and so many groups of families and friends have enjoyed the villa and location some returning every year. There will always be a family member to greet you on arrival and be on habd if you need anything during your stay.
