To many problems
1code for key pad didn't work neither did the WiFi password both given by owner called property manager have me new keypad code no secure WiFi
2 pool had to add water until part replaced
3 hot tub broke for 6 days
4 blinds broken
5 lamp switches broken
6 screening broke gecko s all over lounges along with their fece on patio one was even on chemical float in pool
7 our last day cable tv was off
Rented many places at Indian creek this is the worst
As long-term owners we appreciate that things do not always go 100% to plan and that problems may occur. We always aim to respond to any issues as soon as possible, work with our guests and also takes steps to prevent a re-occurrence.
Unfortunately, if we or our management company are not made of problems it is difficult to respond. Our management company are highly professional and will respond asap to any requests for assistance or maintenance issues. However, they too rely on other suppliers and contractors. The pool / tub issue was a mechanical failure and a replacement -part was sourced and fitted at the earliest opportunity. We have also refunded some pool heating costs as a goodwill gesture.
We are starting to encounter a recurring problem with blinds being damaged, sadly through them not being operated correctly. We have recently replaced tracks and blinds throughout the property, but may have to consider an alternative option going forward if this is starting to detract from guests enjoyment.
Ultimately our aim is for guests to have the best possible vacation, and we welcome feedback and would always encourage to report issues to us asap so we can act upon those reports.

wonderful home. plenty of room! 3 FULL bathrooms which was VERY handy and master has a huge bathtub plus shower. spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. everything was GREAT! game room was a bonus....we played a lot of ping pong!
Won't rent again.
It started out badly when we arrived and found people in the house. Still not sure if it was a scam or a mistake. But the cleaners had let these people in. We tried to call the manager twice and no one answered or responded to our message. We also tried the owner but he lives overseas so it was the middle of the night there. Luckily the people agreed to leave. Not a good start. The manager did come the next day and apologized. We also had problems with the pol heat not being on and the hot tub being empty and not working. That got fixed the next day, but we had problems with the pool the whole trip. There were also blinds missing on practically every window. We did like the newer carpeting instead of cold tile floors. The living room furniture was newer too and very comfortable. We like the Indian Creek neighborhood,
but won't stay at this house again.
As owners not resident in Florida, it is always our aim to try and resolve any issues as swiftly as possible, the time difference inevitably does cause some delay. The issue with people being in the property was reported to VRBO/Homeaway who investigated and confirmed it had been an error on the part of the guest who had arrived on the wrong date.
whilst we do have a comprehensive maintenance programme in conjunction with our management company, mechanical failures do happen. The pool/ spa was repaired within 24hrs, and as a goodwill gesture some of the cost of pool heating was refunded. Neither us as owners or my property manager were made aware of any ongoing problems with the pool or they would have been addressed.
our aim is always to try and provide an enjoyable vacation for all our guests and respond to any issues as soon as we can. As experienced owners we know that occasionally things do not run as smoothly as we would like, but always respond to feedback to improve the experience for our guests
